Job Title: Accountability Coordinator — Online Fitness Coaching Business (AU Client, Long-Term Role)

Pay: $1,300–$1,730 USD/month, based on experience

About the Role

Pro Train Fitness runs the Men's Shred Program and Women's Shred Program — online coaching programs helping busy professional men and women (mostly ages 35–60) transform their health and fitness. We're growing, and we need a reliable, detail-driven Accountability Coordinator to keep our clients on track, engaged, and supported every single day.

This isn't a fitness-coaching role — you won't be designing programs or giving training advice. This is an operations and client-support role: keeping our systems accurate, our clients accountable, and our community engaged, so our coach can focus on actually coaching.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Checking daily that clients are logging their food, weight, and workouts — and personally following up when they're not
  • Keeping our WhatsApp community groups active and positive (weekdays only)
  • Making sure clients show up to their coaching calls, and calling anyone who's missed their booking
  • Helping new clients get set up smoothly in their first week
  • Basic tech support (helping clients connect their fitness apps)
  • Keeping accurate records in our systems
  • A short weekly check-in with the business owner to flag anything that needs attention

Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm Sydney time, plus a short 2-hour window on Sunday afternoon (Sydney time) for outstanding call bookings. (We'll walk you through what this looks like in your own local time.)

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English and a warm, professional communication style
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in follow-through
  • Fast learner — comfortable picking up new apps and systems quickly
  • Reliable internet with a backup connection (mobile data/pocket WiFi) — this is a requirement, not optional
  • Detail-oriented and dependable — this role is trusted with real client health data
  • A positive, can-do attitude — someone who brings energy to the team, not just gets the job done

No fitness industry experience required — we'll train you on everything specific to our systems. What matters most is your reliability, attitude, and communication.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Big Plus)

  • Experience using Trainerize (fitness coaching app)
  • Experience with InShot or CapCut for basic video editing

What We Offer

  • $1,300–$1,730 USD/month, based on experience
  • Long-term, stable role with a growing business (not a short-term gig)
  • 4-week paid trial period, followed by ongoing work once you're confirmed as a good fit
  • Clear systems and a detailed SOP — you won't be left guessing what to do
  • Real support from the business owner, not just left to figure it out alone

To Apply

Please include the word "ELEPHANT" somewhere in your application so we know you read the full ad. Then answer the following questions:

1. What word did we ask you to include in your application?
2. This role requires you to work 8:00am–6:30pm Sydney time on weekdays, plus 4:00pm–6:00pm Sydney time on Sundays. What would those hours be in your own local time, and are you able to commit to this schedule long-term?
3. A client hasn't logged their bodyweight or food for 3 days. What would you do?
4. Do you have a backup internet connection (e.g. mobile data or pocket WiFi) in addition to your main internet, or would you need to set one up?
5. Have you used Trainerize before? If yes, briefly describe how. Have you used InShot or CapCut? If yes, what kind of videos have you edited?
6. Tell us about a time you had to follow a detailed set of instructions or a process exactly, even when it felt repetitive. How did you stay consistent?
7. What's your current employment status — are you working full-time elsewhere, part-time, or fully available?
8. Are you a fast learner? Give an example of a time you were asked to learn a new tech-based skill — how quickly did you learn it, and were you able to use it effectively?
