You will report to our Director of Revenue Operations and work from a single ticket queue, so priorities are always clear. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build and QA marketing email s, landing pages and forms, including form-field-to-property mapping Build and maintain lists and the segmentation behind each campaign Build HubSpot workflows: form follow-up, list enrollment, internal notifications, lifecycle stage progression Monitor the MQL queue daily, confirm scored contacts get a lifecycle stage and an owner, and flag it when the handoff breaks Keep UTM and campaign tagging consistent so attribution reporting holds up QA a recent Marketo-to-HubSpot migration and move over anything still missing Report campaign performance: sends, engagement, form conversion, contacts created WHERE WE DRAW THE LINE You will flag issues and propose fixes; we make the final call on campaign strategy and channel mix, sending domain and deliverability settings, subscription and opt-out configuration, lead scoring thresholds, and ad spend. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation, with 2+ years hands-on in HubSpot Marketing Hub (Professional or Enterprise) HubSpot Academy certification in Marketing Hub Software You can build a branched workflow and explain why a given contact did not enrol Professional written and spoken English Consistent availability during 9am-5pm US Pacific Your own reliable computer, a backup internet connection and a quiet workspace NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED) Marketo experience, especially migrating off it HTML/CSS comfort for email and landing page templates 6sense, HG Insights or another ABM/intent platform B2B enterprise or cybersecurity marketing HOW WE HIRE 1. Short application. Please include answers to these two questions in your application: a) Describe a HubSpot campaign you built end to end from someone else's brief. What did you build, and what did you flag back to them? b) Tell us about a time a workflow you built misfired. What was the root cause and how did you find it? 2. A short written exercise. We send a one-page campaign brief; you send back the workflow logic you would build, the properties you would need and the three things most likely to break it. No build required. 3. A short video interview where you can demonstrate knowledge of HubSpot workflows and landing pages. HOW WE WORK Weekly sprint meetings. Every request is a ticket. You post a short end-of-shift update: what you finished, what you are blocked on and who owns the unblock, and what is next. Escalating a question stops the clock; guessing does not. Structural and destructive changes are reviewed by us before they go live. This is a long-term, full-time engagement and we would like to eventually bring the right person in-house.

Speaking Engagement & Podcast Booking VA

Confidential employer

Job Description Every week I'm not on a stage or in someone's podcast feed is a week fewer women hear this message. That's the job: find the podcasts and events where my message belongs, pitch me in, and follow up until you get a booked date. You will not be managing my inbox for other tasks or doing general admin work. Your focus is on pitching, continuing follow up and getting me booked in podcasts and other speaking opportunities to spread the brand message. Some context: Built in the Chaos is my book and keynote speech. It is the way I reach new audiences for my co-founded brand Lead Through the Noise, which is a women’s focused brand that helps women cut through the noise and complexity in their lives to lead and thrive in business, career and life. We have a membership community, run live events and plan to launch retreats in 2028. This is not a job where you check the inbox once a week and call it done. I need someone who is able to own the process and follow up multiple days a week. What You'll Do Asset Creation: Work with me to update my speaker bio (short and long versions), keynote description, topic one-sheet, and podcast pitch templates, all based on my brand voice and existing materials. I'll give you source content and feedback, you'll turn it into polished, ready-to-send assets. Research: Find podcasts, corporate events, women's leadership conferences, entrepreneurial summits, and virtual summits that fit my audience: high-achieving women balancing business, motherhood, and ambition. Pitching: Write and send customized outreach email s and booking applications to event organizers and podcast hosts, using the assets above. Follow-up: Track every pitch in a shared tracker, follow up on pending outreach, and manage responses (including rejections) professionally. Calendar Coordination: Schedule pre-interviews, tech checks, and confirmed speaking dates, and keep my calendar updated. Reporting: Send me a brief weekly update on pitches sent, responses received, and bookings confirmed. Event Support (growing scope): Our first live event is already planned, no work needed there. As future events and retreats get added to the calendar, help research and coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics. Ideal Candidate Experience with PR, podcast pitching, or speaker outreach, with real results to share Strong copywriting skills, able to write a bio or one-sheet that sounds like a person, not a template Detail-oriented: catches ambiguity, asks good questions instead of guessing, and writes clean, error-free outreach Consistent with follow-up, nothing falls through the cracks Bonus: experience with event or retreat logistics, since this role will likely grow in that direction Hours & Terms Part-time, roughly 5 hours per week Ongoing role for the right fit, with more hours as speaking bookings and the global events calendar grow Pay: $10-15/hr depending on experience with a pay increase at 3 months based on performance. How to Apply Along with your resume, also please include: A short note on your experience with speaker or podcast outreach One or two writing samples (a bio, one-sheet, or pitch you've written for someone else)

Local SEO - Link Building & Citations VA

Confidential employer

The Role We're a local SEO agency. We handle search visibility for automotive shops across the US. We do the strategy. We research every client, analyze their competitors, and build the exact link plan for every platform, directory, profile, and outreach target, listed out before you start. Your job is to execute that list. Nothing in this role requires you to decide what to do. It requires you to do it correctly, log it properly, and not cut corners. If you want a role where you pitch ideas and build strategy, this isn't it. If you're good at detailed, repetitive work and you take pride in a clean tracker, keep reading. What You'll Actually Do 1. Directory & profile submissions: Create and fully complete business profiles on the platforms we assign. Not just name and phone categories, full description, hours, services, photos, logo. A half-filled profile is a wasted submission. 2. Citations & NAP consistency: Submit business listings matching our master record exactly β€” character for character. Flag duplicate or outdated listings that need claiming or removal. 3. Outreach links: Find the right contact at a target site (chambers, associations, suppliers, sponsors, local orgs), send our template, personalize the opening line, run the follow-up sequence, and log every reply. 4. Link reclamation & fixes: Chase down unlinked brand mentions, broken links pointing to our clients, and links that dropped or went nofollow. 5. Daily tracker updates: Every task logged in Airtable with its status and the live URL. This is not optional, and it's the thing we'll evaluate you on hardest. What You Will NOT Do Touch any client's Google Business Profile Decide which sites to target or what the strategy is Talk directly to clients Anything that needs a decision gets flagged to us. You never guess. What We Give You AdsPower browser profile per client, pre-configured Dedicated residential proxy per client Dedicated email per client Airtable base with your full task list and tracker Complete client info pack NAP, descriptions, categories, logos, photos, service lists Written SOPs for every task type Outreach templates, already written You will not be figuring this out on your own. Everything is documented. Requirements Prior experience with directory submissions, citation building, or link building (tell us specifically what you've done) Genuinely detail-obsessed you notice when an address says "St." on one listing and "Street" on another, and you understand why that matters Written English good enough to send a professional outreach email Reliable internet and a setup that can run multiple browser profiles Comfortable working from a task list without being chased Available 4+ hours overlapping US business hours Nice to have (not required): Used AdsPower or any other similar tools Used Airtable Worked across multiple client accounts at once Paid Trial Before we hire, we pay you for a short trial: Ten citation submissions for one client, using our browser profile, our client info, and our tracker. Do the work exactly the way you'd do it on a normal day. We'll review it and give you feedback either way. Takes most people 1 to 2 hours. Paid: we'll agree on the amount before you start. To Apply Reply with the word CITATION at the top of your message, then answer these four questions. Applications without the keyword or the answers get deleted. 1. A client's address is listed as "1420 N Main St, Suite B." One directory only has a single address field, with no suite line. What do you enter, and why? 2. A directory requires a phone call or SMS to verify the listing, but you don't have access to the client's phone. What do you do? 3. You submit a listing, and it says "pending review." How do you mark that in the tracker, and what do you do next? 4. Name one specific directory or citation site you've submitted to before, and one thing about it that annoyed you.

: GoHighLevel Automation Builder with AI Experience, Real Estate and Credit Repair

Confidential employer

READ FULLY BEFORE APPLYING. Applications that ignore these instructions are deleted. I run a real estate and credit repair company in Arizona, USA, on GoHighLevel. I already run an advanced AI operation, Claude based bots handle parts of my business, so I'm not looking for someone to teach me AI. I have a small team from the Philippines I've built over the years. People who work with me stay, I pay on time, and the workload grows with trust. Long term, not a one off gig. THE WORK: workflow builds from written specs, AI follow up sequences for credit repair leads and clients, GHL Conversation AI and Workflow AI setup, lead nurture, pipelines, escrow and transaction workflows, email and SMS automations. I provide the spec and the strategy, you build it clean, test it, and hand it back working. REQUIREMENTS: real GHL experience in client accounts including its AI features, comfort working alongside an existing AI system built by the owner, you follow written specs exactly, you test your own work, reliable internet, clear written English updates. HOW TO APPLY, follow exactly: Start your application with the word WORKFLOW. Describe 2 or 3 GHL automations you personally built, and at least one that used Conversation AI, Workflow AI, or any AI integration. What did it do, for what kind of business? Screenshots welcome. Tell me your price for a single workflow build, roughly 8 to 12 steps with email and SMS actions. Selection process: shortlisted builders get one paid trial project with a written spec and a one week deadline. Best build wins the ongoing work. Communicate ONLY through OnlineJobs. Anyone contacting me on Instagram, text, WhatsApp, or Telegram is automatically disqualified, no exceptions. Due to high application volume, only shortlisted applicants will hear back. SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist β€” Acquire Online Communities

Confidential employer

IF YOU'VE DONE LINK BUILDING OUTREACH, THIS IS YOUR JOB β€” JUST A BIGGER PRIZE You already know the loop: prospect sites in Ahrefs, check the traffic and niche, find the owner, reach out cold, negotiate a price, close the placement. We do the exact same thing β€” except instead of buying a guest post or a backlink, you're acquiring the whole community. Same skills, same tools, higher-value deals. WHO WE ARE We're a small digital media company that grows and manages niche online communities in the wedding and lifestyle space. We're hiring an experienced SEO outreach / link builder to source and acquire communities for us. You bring the Ahrefs judgment and the outreach muscle; we'll teach you the platform side (Reddit) fast. THE JOB, DAY TO DAY Prospect and vet communities from a list our software pulls β€” the same way you'd vet a site for a link: traffic, niche relevance, keyword and search intent, real engagement vs. inflated numbers Judge commercial value β€” does this niche have buyer-intent keywords and monetization potential, or does it just look big? Find the owner/moderator and reach out across the right channels (their public socials, DMs) β€” cold outreach you've done a thousand times Negotiate the price and close the acquisition β€” moderation rights or full ownership transfer Coordinate the handoff once terms are set Keep a clean pipeline: prospects, outreach status, deals, spend WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY HIRING FOR 1. Ahrefs-level judgment. Anyone can read a traffic number. You can look at a site or community and tell whether the niche is worth paying for β€” search intent, commercial keywords, traffic quality. This is the rare skill, and it's the one link builders already have. 2. Outreach and negotiation. Cold-contacting an owner, getting a reply, agreeing on a price, and closing. If you've negotiated guest post or link placements, you've done this β€” we just need you comfortable doing it on bigger deals. Reddit experience is a plus, not a requirement. The platform mechanics are quick to learn for someone who already knows SEO. WHO YOU PROBABLY ARE An experienced link builder, SEO outreach specialist, guest post / blogger outreach VA, or digital PR outreach person with real past work you can point to Fluent in Ahrefs (or Semrush) β€” prospecting, traffic analysis, keyword and niche evaluation Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach AND with negotiating a price with a site owner You understand niches, search intent, and what makes traffic actually valuable Organized, self-directed, runs your own pipeline Clear written English Bonus: affiliate marketing experience, or you've bought/sold websites or domains COMPENSATION Competitive base + a bonus on every acquisition you close. Strong closers earn well here. TO APPLY, ANSWER THESE 1. Describe your link building / outreach experience β€” what kinds of sites did you prospect, what tools did you use, and roughly what volume of outreach and placements did you handle? 2. You're evaluating a site or community in Ahrefs. Beyond the raw traffic number, what specifically tells you the niche is genuinely valuable and worth paying for versus something that just looks big? Be specific. 3. Tell me about a placement or deal where the owner wasn't interested at first. How did you get them to a yes, and how did you handle the price? 4. Your desired rate and weekly availability.

Confidential employer

IF YOU'VE DONE REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS, WHOLESALING, OR DEAL-CLOSING β€” READ THIS This is the same work you already do, just a different asset. Judgment β€” anyone can read a traffic stat. The rare skill is knowing whether a community is actually worth paying for, and how much, without us in the room for every call. 2. Closing β€” cold-reaching a stranger, warming them up, negotiating, and getting the deal done. This is the bulk of the work. Reddit experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement β€” the platform side is quick to pick up. If you're a strong closer who's never touched Reddit, still apply. When you size up an online asset, what actually tells you it's worth paying for versus something that just looks big? Be specific. 3. Google Ads Expert (e-commerce)

Confidential employer

We're looking for an Google Ads expert (2+ years experience preferred) for ecommerce who genuinely loves this work and shows up with the plan. If you light up when you're building a Search or PMax campaign from scratch, use AI as a daily working partner without letting it do your thinking for you, and prefer driving strategy over taking tasks, we'd love to hear from you. Our company is evident electrolytes, a clean, electrolyte supplement brand. The Role You'll build and manage multiple Google Ads (and Microsoft Ads) accounts from the ground up, exclusively for ecommerce clients. Most of the work lives in Search and Performance Max, with other campaign types layered in when the account calls for it. You'll partner with our team to win. We share the wins and we share the work, but you'll lead the thinking on the accounts you own. Success in your first 30 to 60 days looks like you showing up with the plan. You're telling us what we should be testing, why, and when. You have a clear point of view on what's working across each account, what isn't, and what you want to try next. The bar is strategic ownership. Schedule You'll work part-time hours that fall somewhere between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. We'll set the exact schedule together. There's a real path to full-time as the work grows, so we'd love to know you're open to that conversation down the road. Just want to make sure you can work somewhere inside that window. What We're Looking For An AI-first mindset, with your own judgment doing the driving. You use AI as a real working partner every day β€” for research, drafting, analysis, and speed β€” but the strategy, the diagnosis, and the final call are yours. We're not looking for someone who feeds a prompt to AI and forwards the output. Independent problem-solving. You think first, use AI to amplify your thinking, and verify before sending anything off. A strategy-first approach. You're someone who shows up with the plan and tells us what we should be doing, testing, and improving. You partner with our team on execution, but you lead the thinking on your work. Deep comfort in Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console. You can navigate them without thinking and read the data without guessing. Ecommerce-specific paid search experience. You understand product feeds, ROAS targets, shopping campaigns, seasonality, and how PMax behaves with a real product catalog behind it. This is not a lead-gen role β€” we want someone whose instincts are built for ecommerce. A real love for this work. That comes through fast in conversation, and we'd rather hire someone who has it than someone who's just qualified. How to Apply A few things we'd love you to do, in order. 1. Please start your reply with the word "Jamal." We use this as a small check to spot applicants who read instructions carefully. Without it, we won't be able to review your application. 2. Record a 5-minute video answering the questions below. No script needed. We just want to get a feel for how you think. 3. Share your full tool stack with self-ratings (1 to 10). These ones we already know we need. Google Ads /10 GA4 /10 Search Console /10 Then add every other tool you use, one per line, with a /10. Include Microsoft Ads if you've used it, AI tools, spreadsheets you've built, niche platforms, the works. Honesty matters more than scoring high. The video will give us a sense of where you actually are. 4. Walk us through your work history. For your last 2 or 3 ecommerce clients or accounts. What size was the account when you started (ad spend, revenue, ROAS, whatever metric fits)? What did you do for them? What was the outcome? Where were they when you started, and where are they now? If you have current clients, where are those accounts today? We're trying to understand how you measure your own impact. The more specific, the better. 5. Quick confirmation that you can work somewhere inside the hours described above. How You Use AI In your video, spend a minute or so on this. The more specific the better. Which AI tools you use daily, weekly, and occasionally A specific example of a task in Google Ads where AI saves you real time, and how you use it A time AI gave you a wrong or bad output. How you caught it, and what you did about it Anything you've intentionally chosen NOT to let AI do in your work, and why β€” we want to hear where you draw the line and rely on your own judgment instead We're looking for real, lived examples. The specifics tell the story. A Few Questions for Your Video Take these in order, and just talk through them naturally. 1. If you took over a Google Ads account on day one for an ecommerce client, walk us through what you'd want to look at in your first week and what your first hypothesis to test would be. 2. Walk us through how you'd diagnose a Search or Shopping campaign that's spending well but not converting. What do you check, in what order, and why? 3. Tell us about a time you disagreed with a client or stakeholder about how a Google Ads account should be structured. What did you push back on, how did you handle it, and what happened? 4. Why do you love this work? Tell us about a recent campaign or ---------- nt that reminded you why you do it. 5. What's changed about how you structure and signal Google Ads campaigns in the last 12 months (PMax asset groups, product feed optimization, AI Max for Search, broad match plus smart bidding, whatever you've adjusted to)? What's working for you right now and what isn't? 6. Are you open to a performance based pay structure? You would receive a base per hour/salary rate + bonuses for hitting certain ROAS, sales, and other revenue metrics. This way if you’re confident in your abilities, and you can do it well, you’ll end up making much more than just a salary.
