: GoHighLevel Automation Builder with AI Experience, Real Estate and Credit Repair

I run a real estate and credit repair company in Arizona, USA, on GoHighLevel. I already run an advanced AI operation, Claude based bots handle parts of my business, so I'm not looking for someone to teach me AI. I'm looking for a builder who speaks that language and can build the GHL side to match: automations, AI powered follow up, and conversation bots inside GHL, especially for my credit repair client pipeline. I have a small team from the Philippines I've built over the years. People who work with me stay, I pay on time, and the workload grows with trust. Long term, not a one off gig.

THE WORK: workflow builds from written specs, AI follow up sequences for credit repair leads and clients, GHL Conversation AI and Workflow AI setup, lead nurture, pipelines, escrow and transaction workflows, email and SMS automations. I provide the spec and the strategy, you build it clean, test it, and hand it back working.

REQUIREMENTS: real GHL experience in client accounts including its AI features, comfort working alongside an existing AI system built by the owner, you follow written specs exactly, you test your own work, reliable internet, clear written English updates.
