Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads)

Wolfgang Agency ( ---------- ) is a UK-based digital agency providing end-to-end performance marketing and digital growth solutions. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, structure, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook , Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Monitor daily KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize budgets, bids, and targeting accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with creative and copy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and test new hooks/angles continuously.
• Track conversions and set up event tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate data insights to the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying and paid acquisition (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and delivering measurable ROAS/ROI.
• Strong knowledge of tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a self-driven, independent working attitude.
