Do you know what a Second Brain is, do you work with AI every day, and have you built agents? If you had to ask about any of those, this project is not for you. PROJECT BASED. I primarily work out of OneDrive and OneNote, and I also have Notion. I have years of notes, files and documents scattered across all of it. I need someone experienced to consolidate everything into one proper Second Brain in Notion - and to build it so that AI can actually work with it. This is a short project to get everything set up, and if it goes well we can talk about ongoing work from there. THE PROJECT Audit what I have: OneDrive files and folders, OneNote notebooks, sections and pages, and whatever already exists in Notion Design a clean PARA structure (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives) in Notion, or an equivalent structure you can justify Migrate my OneNote notebooks into Notion cleanly - pages, sections, images, attachments and links intact, not a broken copy-paste mess D ---------- with me what belongs in Notion as knowledge and what stays in OneDrive as file storage, then organize OneDrive to match Kill duplicates and near-duplicates, archive what is dead, surface what actually matters Set a consistent naming convention and apply it across both systems Build the Notion side properly: databases, tags, linked relations, dashboards and templates that are genuinely useful, not decorative Set up a capture inbox and a simple, repeatable process for filing new material as it comes in Use AI to speed the work up: bulk summarizing, tagging, cleaning and reformatting content - with your own eyes on the output, never blind trust Make the whole thing AI-ready: structured and clean enough that Claude or ChatGPT can be pointed at it and give useful answers Assemble reusable assets from my material: prompt libraries, custom GPTs or Claude Projects, templates, SOPs and checklists Set up simple automations so the system keeps itself fed and tidy Build agents that work on top of the system - something that can answer questions from my knowledge base, file new material, or run a recurring task without me babysitting it. Build it on whatever platform you are strongest in. Write me a short, plain-English guide and a quick walkthrough video so I can maintain it myself afterward REQUIRED - YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE Real experience building or running a Second Brain / PKM system for yourself or a client. Tell us whose it was and how long you ran it. Solid understanding of PARA and progressive summarization, or a comparable method you can explain clearly Proven hands-on experience migrating content INTO Notion, ideally from OneNote or Evernote. Tell us how you did it and what broke. Strong OneDrive, OneNote and Microsoft 365 skills Deep, practical Notion skills - databases, relations, rollups, templates Genuine daily proficiency with AI, specifically Claude and ChatGPT. You should understand the different model tiers and when to use which, and be able to explain what each is good and bad at. Real experience building ON TOP of LLMs - custom GPTs, Claude Projects, knowledge bases the model can search, system prompts and prompt libraries. You do not need to train a model from scratch, but you must understand how these systems are put together and what makes them work or fail. Working knowledge of automation - Make, Zapier, n8n, Notion automations or similar - and the judgment to know what is worth automating Experience assembling reusable assets: prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, workflows others can pick up and use AGENTIC AI: you understand where the world is going with agents and you have actually built and shipped them. The platform does not matter to me - Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI Assistants or custom GPTs, n8n, Make, Zapier Agents, LangChain, Relevance AI, whatever you are strongest in. What matters is that you have really built agents: connected them to data sources, defined their actions and triggers, set guardrails, tested them and put them into use. Tell me specifically what you shipped and what it does. You can explain in plain English the difference between a chatbot, an automation and a true agent, and when each one is the right answer HUGE ADVANTAGE: real proficiency in n8n and Base44. If you can build workflows in n8n and ship apps or tools in Base44, say so clearly and show me what you have built - it will move you to the front of the line. Strong written English and good judgment about what matters in a document and what can be archived Careful and methodical - a bad migration is worse than no migration PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF You have only watched videos about Second Brains but never built one You have never actually migrated real content into Notion Your AI experience is casually asking ChatGPT questions - that is not what this is You have read about agents but have never built and shipped one You are not actively using AI in your own work. Everything in this project runs through AI - if AI is not already part of how you work every day, this is not the project for you. You are hoping to learn this on the job - I need someone productive from day one You are sending a generic copy-paste application THE INTERVIEW Be ready to walk me through work you have actually done. Expect to explain: How you structured a real system and why you made those choices Exactly how you handled a real migration, step by step, and what you did about the things that did not transfer cleanly An AI workflow, custom GPT, Claude Project or automation you built - what it does, how you built it, and where it fell short An agent you have built on any platform - walk me through how you set it up, what data it uses, what it can and cannot do, and what you learned when it misbehaved How you d ---------- which model or tool to use for a given task What the outcome was - what got faster, easier or findable, with real examples and numbers I will likely ask you to share your screen and give me a tour, so please have something real to show. INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY Interviews can only be scheduled in these windows: Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern (6:00 AM - 8:00 AM next day, Philippine time) Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern (Saturday 10:00 PM - Sunday 7:00 AM, Philippine time) Sunday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Eastern (Monday 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Philippine time) Please only apply if you can make one of these times. HOW TO APPLY Start your reply with the word DISTILL so I know you read this, then include: 1. A short description of a Second Brain you built or a real migration you completed, and for whom 2. Your OneDrive, OneNote and Notion experience, honestly rated 3. Your AI experience - which tools, which models, and one specific thing you have built with Claude or ChatGPT 4. Your agentic experience - which platforms you build agents on, what you have shipped, and what it does. Copilot Studio is a plus but any platform counts. If you have never built an agent, please do not apply. 5. Your n8n and Base44 experience, if you have it - what you built and a link or screenshot. This is a big plus. 6. Screenshots or a short screen recording of a real system, agent, prompt library or automation you built (blur anything private) 7. How you would approach the first week of this project 8. Your estimate of how many hours this project would take you 9. Which interview window above works best for you ONLY PEOPLE WHO MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD APPLY. To be completely clear, you must already have ALL of the following: Built or run a real Second Brain / PKM system Migrated real content into Notion before Strong OneDrive, OneNote and Notion skills Daily, hands-on use of AI - Claude and ChatGPT Built something on top of LLMs - custom GPTs, Claude Projects, knowledge bases, prompt libraries Built and shipped real agents on some platform NOT required, but a STRONG PLUS that will move you to the front of the line: Proficiency in n8n Proficiency in Base44 If you are missing any of the required items above, please do not apply. Interest, enthusiasm, related VA experience and a willingness to learn are not enough for this project. Applications that skip the questions above will not be reviewed.

We run the clips channel for The Iced Coffee Hour, a finance and interview podcast. We're hiring one full-time thumbnail designer to own thumbnails completely. Be clear-eyed about the volume before you read further: 90 clips a month, 3 thumbnail variants each. That's 270 files a month, roughly 4-5 clips and 12-15 files a day. This is not a side gig you fit around other clients. It is a full-time job and it will fill your day. — WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY IS Every clip we publish is already titled and edited before it reaches you. Your job is one thing: the thumbnail that makes someone click. For each clip you get a 4K video file and the finished title. You: Watch the clip and find your own frames. We do not send you stills. Finding the right expression is most of the job. Build 3 variants for split testing. The 3 share the subject cutout but differ in text, crop, colour and framing — enough that the test teaches us something. Deliver 1280x720 JPGs plus layered PSDs, within 24 hours of the clip landing in your queue. — WHAT WE NEED You have shipped YouTube thumbnails on real channels. Not spec work, not mockups. Live videos we can go look at right now. Photoshop. Not Canva-only. You can sustain 12-15 files a day without quality dropping in week three. Consistency matters more here than any single home run. Reliable 24-hour turnaround. This is half the job. Internet fast enough to download a 2.5GB file comfortably, and a machine that can scrub 4K video. Backup plan for brownouts. We're not screening anyone out for where they live, we just need to know your plan. — WHAT WE DON'T NEED Video editing. That's handled. Copywriting or titles. Also handled. Channel management, uploading, or scheduling. You do thumbnails. That's the whole role, and we want it done by someone who takes it seriously enough that we never think about it again. — PAY AND TERMS $1,700 - $2,000/month depending on experience, for up to 90 clips. Overage above that is paid at $15/clip. Rate review at 90 days with a clear path to $2,200+ if you hit the bar. No fixed PTO policy. The work is task-based - if it's done, take the time. — HIRING PROCESS 1. Application form below. Takes about 3 minutes. 2. Shortlisted applicants get a PAID test project — $40, one clip, 3 variants, 24-hour turnaround. Paid within 24 hours of delivery whether or not we move forward. We don't ask anyone to work for free. 3. Top 2 do a PAID trial week at full rate on real clips. 4. Offer. — HOW TO APPLY Apply through this form, not through OnlineJobs messaging: ---------- Put the word NIETZSCHE at the start of your form's final question so we know you read the whole listing. The most important question on the form asks for 3 live YouTube videos where your thumbnail is currently the thumbnail. Applications without those links don't get read.

We are a U.S.-based service company looking for a confident, part-time outbound cold caller who can pick up a phone, start a conversation with a business owner, and book the appointment. This is not a script-reading, tick-the-box role. You are the first voice a prospect hears. We want someone who is comfortable being told "no" fifteen times and still sounds warm on call sixteen. You will call U.S. businesses during U.S. business hours, introduce our service, qualify whether they need it, and hand the interested ones to our team. Calls are made from a dialer we provide — you do not need your own phone system and you are not paying for calls. We are growing our sales side right now, so there is real room here for someone who produces. Perform, and this becomes more hours and better pay. What You Will Do Make outbound calls to U.S. business contacts from a list we provide Introduce our service clearly in under 30 seconds Qualify the prospect: do they need it, who d ---------- , when Book the call or hand off the interested lead to our team Log every call and its outcome the same day, no exceptions Send a short end-of-shift summary: calls made, contacts reached, leads booked What We Need From You REQUIRED Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience (BPO outbound counts) Reliable computer, headset, and a stable internet connection (please state your speed) A quiet place to work — no background noise on calls Available during U.S. business hours, [X] hours per week Willing to be recorded and coached — we listen to calls and give feedback STRONG PLUS Conversational Spanish. A large part of the U.S. market we call is Spanish-speaking, and callers who can switch languages mid-call are worth more to us and will be paid more. Filipino/Tagalog for internal team communication Experience with a CRM or a power dialer B2B experience specifically (calling businesses, not consumers) WE DO NOT NEED Perfect grammar in writing A degree Ten years of experience We would rather pay well for results than cheaply for hours. If you consistently book, we will increase both. How To Apply Applications that skip a step are not read. This is the first test of whether you follow instructions on a call. 1. Put the word BLUEBIRD as the first word of your application. If it is not there, we will not open it. 2. Record a voice clip, 60 seconds, and send us the link (Google Drive, Vocaroo, or a voice message): First 30 seconds IN ENGLISH: pretend you are calling a business owner who did not ask to hear from you. Introduce yourself and try to keep him on the phone. Last 30 seconds IN SPANISH, if you speak it: the same thing, in Spanish. Skip this half if you do not speak Spanish — you can still be hired. 3. Answer these in two sentences each: What is the hardest objection you have ever gotten on a call, and what did you say back? How many dials did you make on your busiest day, and how many people did you actually reach? 4. Tell us your available hours in U.S. Eastern Time and your internet speed. We reply to every applicant who follows all four steps.

Write a short report for the parent after every lesson. Google Meet creates an AI summary of your lesson, so this takes only a few minutes. Track how each student is progressing, and change your teaching when a student needs something different. Build a warm and trusting relationship with each student and their family. Teach the timetable we give you, at the same times each week. Join our team training sessions and tell us what you need to teach well. What you need Essential: You are a qualified teacher with a valid professional teaching licence. Your main subject is maths, English, or one of the sciences, and you can teach it confidently up to Senior High School level (age 18). You can also teach a second subject from maths, English or the sciences to elementary students (up to age 12). Your spoken and written English is excellent. Our lessons are one-to-one, so your students hear you and speak with you for the whole hour. You can commit to 20 or more hours each week inside our teaching hours above, including Saturday mornings. You have a computer, a headset with a microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to teach. Helpful, but not essential: Experience teaching online, or teaching one student at a time. Experience with the New Zealand curriculum, or another international curriculum. Confidence using Google Meet and Google Docs. We welcome applications from teachers at every stage of their career. We are interested in how well you teach, not in how many years you have been doing it. Please note: our need is mainly with older students. If all of your teaching experience is with elementary children, this particular role is not the right one for you. Our needs change as we grow, so please watch for our future adverts. What we offer you 20 hours of pay every week, guaranteed from your first week. Long-term students, so you keep the relationships you build. A full library of teaching resources, so you are never planning from nothing. Light paperwork, helped by AI lesson summaries. Full onboarding and training, and a team that answers when you ask for help. Work from home, with no travel and no classroom duty. International teaching experience with the New Zealand curriculum, which is valuable on any teacher's CV. More hours available as you grow, for teachers who want them. How to apply Please send us these four things: A link to your CV. Please share it as a PDF from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, and set the sharing option to "anyone with the link can view". A link to a 2-minute video of yourself. Use Google Drive, unlisted YouTube, or Loom. This video matters to us more than anything on paper. Our families choose teachers they like and trust, and the video shows us who you are. Please speak to us as you would speak to a new student. It does not need to be perfect. Your two subjects, and the ages you teach in each one. Start your message with the word CLASSROOM, so we know you have read this advert fully, and confirm that you can work our teaching hours. Please send links, not attachments. We cannot open attached files, and we do not want to miss your application. What happens next We read your application and watch your video. If we would like to take it further, we will reply within 5 working days. We invite you to a short interview on Google Meet, so we can meet you properly and answer your questions. We ask you to teach a short demonstration lesson. We make an offer and start your onboarding. We would like to hear from you. Apply today and help New Zealand students achieve their best.
