Virtual Assistant (US Optometry or Ophthalmology Experience)
Confidential employer
We are a U.S. based placement company. Through our specialized virtual assistant program, we train Philippine-based virtual assistants and match each one with an optometry or ophthalmology practice in the United States. This post is for virtual assistants who have already supported a U.S. eye care practice and want a long term placement with one practice, working from home as their dedicated assistant.
HOW THIS WORKS
We are the placement company, not the practice itself. If you pass screening and interviews, you complete our free eye care training (60+ hours) and earn our Virtual Assistant Certificate. We then match you with one U.S. practice. Placement depends on practice demand, so we cannot promise a start date. Paid hours begin on your first day with the practice, at $7.00 USD per hour, paid per tracked hour. You work as an independent contractor and register with the BIR once you qualify, using your own computer and internet connection. There are no application fees, placement fees or training costs at any stage.
