Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician

Confidential employer

Position Summary We are a small managed service provider (MSP) looking for a Helpdesk Technician who can own the full support lifecycle — from first-contact triage through advanced troubleshooting — across our client base. You’ll be the primary point of contact for end users, handling everything from password resets and printer issues to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, network diagnostics, and server-level troubleshooting. Because we’re a small team, you’ll wear many hats, work directly with clients, and have real impact on how we deliver service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Front-Line Support Answer incoming calls, email s, and tickets; log all requests accurately in the PSA/ticketing system (Superops) Perform initial triage — gather symptoms, identify urgency, and resolve straightforward issues on first contact when possible Handle common requests: password resets, MFA setup, account unlocks, new-user onboarding/offboarding, email and calendar issues, printer troubleshooting, and basic software installs Walk end users through solutions clearly and patiently, adapting communication style to non-technical audiences Advanced Troubleshooting Troubleshoot complex workstation, laptop, and peripheral issues across Windows 10/11 and macOS environments Administer and maintain Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 tenants, and Group Policy across multiple client environments Diagnose network connectivity problems including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall rules, and switching/routing basics Support and maintain RMM tools (Superops) for monitoring, patching, and remote access Investigate recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes rather than repeated band-aids Support cloud platforms and SaaS applications common to the client base (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, line-of-business apps) MSP Operations Manage and prioritize your own ticket queue across multiple clients, meeting or exceeding SLA response and resolution targets Create and maintain client-specific documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles in the company documentation platform (Hudu) Participate in onboarding new clients — inventorying assets, documenting environments, and setting up monitoring and management tools Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when escalation beyond our scope is needed Assist with project work as needed: workstation deployments, migrations, network upgrades, and office moves Contribute to improving internal processes, automation, and service delivery quality Required Qualifications Excellent English Language Skills, both written and verbal 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience; MSP experience strongly preferred Solid working knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365 administration, and Active Directory / Azure AD Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and basic firewall concepts Experience with a PSA or ticketing system and an RMM platform Ability to manage multiple client environments and context-switch effectively throughout the day Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking directly with clients ranging from small business owners to office staff Self-motivated and able to work independently; you won’t always have someone looking over your shoulder Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Certified Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions (Datto, Veeam, Acronis) Exposure to basic security concepts: EDR tools, email filtering, security awareness training platforms

Sales: Hunter/Closer/Winner

Confidential employer

Inside Sales Representative — US Financial Services Marketing (Full Time, Long Term) About Us We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in US-based financial services businesses. We have been doing this since 2001 and have served over 1,250 clients. Our mission is simple: Big budgets shouldn't beat better local financial services. We change who gets found, and that changes who wins. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to sell our services directly to agency owners across the United States. This is not an appointment-setter position. This is not a call-center script job. This is for someone who can hold a real business conversation with a small business owner, find what is actually costing them money, and show them a solution they can afford. The Role You will call, email , and follow up with independent locally owned financial services firms in the United States. (Accounting/Insurance/Investing) You will introduce our services, find out what is holding their growth back, and close them onto a monthly program. Responsibilities include: Outbound calling to a provided prospect list Qualifying and diagnosing prospect needs through real conversation Presenting our service components clearly and confidently Handling objections without pressure tactics Closing new monthly recurring accounts Following up by email and phone until you get a decision Staying in contact with your clients after the sale Protecting retention and spotting problems before they become cancellations Growing existing accounts by adding services over time Keeping accurate notes and pipeline records in our CRM Important: Your clients stay yours. You are paid every month they stay with us. Keeping them happy is part of the job, not an afterthought. What You Are Selling Websites, content, reputation, local search visibility, AI search visibility, and compliance tools for small financial services firms. You do NOT need to be an insurance expert. Our clients are the insurance experts. You need to become the visibility expert — how local businesses get found, why AI search is changing everything, and what it costs an agency to stay invisible. We will give you the materials. We expect you to study them and know them cold. Our entry pricing is deliberately affordable. A typical new client starts at around $500/month with a small setup fee. This is not a high-pressure, big-ticket sale. Our buyers are careful with money and skeptical of marketing companies. Your job is to earn trust, not to push. There are upgrade pathways that can push clients far above the $500/mo rate over time. Compensation We keep this simple. Everything is 5's. $500 USD per month base salary 5% of every setup fee you close — paid immediately (after 30-day cancellation period) 5% of the monthly recurring revenue of every client you sell and retain — paid every single month that client stays with us (start after 30-day cancellation period) There is no cap. There is no expiration. The book of business you build keeps paying you. What this looks like in practice: | Stage | Base | Setup Commissions | Recurring | Monthly Total | | Getting started (first months) | $500 | ~$200–260 | small | ~$750 | | 20 active clients | $500 | ~$200–260 | ~$530 | ~$1,250 | | 40 active clients | $500 | ~$200–260 | ~$1,065 | ~$1,800 | | 100 active clients | $500 | ~$200–260 | ~$2,665 | ~$3,400 | *(Based on a typical $500/month client and roughly four closes per month. Your actual results depend on your performance.)* Our expectation: you build to $5,000/month in recurring revenue under management and keep growing from there. If a client cancels, that recurring commission stops. This is why retention is part of your job and part of your pay. Requirements Must have: Proven B2B sales experience with a closing track record — not just lead generation or appointment setting Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American-sounding accent Selling environment with zero background noises. (No screaming children, chickens, loud TVs) Confidence talking to American small business owners as a peer Ability to work US business hours (Eastern or Central time) Reliable hardwired internet connection Backup power and backup internet A quiet, dedicated home office — no background noise of any kind Professional USB headset Comfort with CRM systems and disciplined note-taking We are looking for someone who: Is genuinely curious about other people's problems Listens more than they talk Enjoys finding the real issue underneath what the prospect says Can research a market and a prospect without being told to Takes ownership of their pipeline and their numbers Handles rejection without losing energy Follows up relentlessly and politely This Position Is NOT For You If You have never closed a sale yourself You need a script for every situation You need to be told what to do each day You are uncomfortable calling business owners in the United States You want commission without account responsibility You are looking for a short-term or part-time position You are not willing to work US hours This Position IS For You If You are a self-starter who does not wait for opportunities... you make them You love the ---------- nt when a prospect realizes you understand their problem You want to build a book of business that pays you every month You are looking for a long-term home, not a contract You believe small local businesses deserve to compete with big budgets Required With Your Application Applications missing any of these will not be reviewed. 1. Begin your application with the word "Lighthouse" so we know you read this posting. 2. A short summary of your B2B sales experience, including what you sold, to whom, and your typical monthly close numbers. 3. A voice recording (2–3 minutes) telling us about a deal you closed that you are proud of — what the prospect's real problem was, and how you found it. 4. Your answer to this: *A small business owner tells you "I already have a website and it's fine." What do you say next, and why?* 5. Your answer to this: *What is the difference between a prospect who says no and a prospect who is not ready?* 6. Your monthly salary expectation 7. Your time zone and the US hours you can commit to 8. Confirmation of your internet setup, backup power, and workspace How We Evaluate Candidates We hire on ability, judgment, and fit — not on how many years are on the resume. Shortlisted candidates will complete a live role-play: we will give you our materials and a realistic prospect scenario, you will study it, and then you will run a real discovery and pitch conversation with us on a call. We are not looking for a perfect performance. We are looking for how you listen, how you handle a curveball, and whether you can think on your feet. This is the fastest way for both of us to know if this is a fit.

INBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTER — HAIR SALON (WARM FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM LEADS, $1,250–$2,000/MO OTE + 13TH MONTH PAY)

Confidential employer

READ THIS FIRST We're hiring ONE full-time Inbound Appointment Setter to call warm leads from our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for a color-specialist hair salon in Fontana, California. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead you speak to has already raised their hand by submitting their info through one of our ads. Your job is to reach them fast, build trust quickly, understand what they actually want, and guide them into a booked appointment. This role demands two things at once: sharp conversational judgment AND tight process discipline. The conversations are where you win or lose the booking. The process — cadences, call dispositions, CRM hygiene, follow-up tasks — is what makes the whole system work and what lets us measure anything. You need both. People who are great at one and sloppy at the other don't last here. On the conversation side, what we're really hiring for is the ability to think on your feet. Someone replies three days later with just "sorry, been busy." Someone says they want highlights but describes something else entirely. Someone says "that's a bit far for me" but what they really mean is they don't see why it's worth the drive. If you can read what people actually mean and move the conversation forward without being told what to say next, you'll do well here. If you need to be spoon-fed a script for every situation, this won't work. IF YOUR BACKGROUND IS PRIMARILY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND NOT SALES, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. OTE: $1,250–$2,000/month (base $900–$1,000 + uncapped performance bonuses). 13th month pay included — paid every December, on top of your base. Not baked in. Not restructured. A full extra month of base pay, added on top. --- ABOUT THE COMPANY You'll be employed by Midnight Siren, a growth and client acquisition company that operates and supports beauty service businesses. Your day-to-day work focuses on a family-owned, color-specialist hair salon in Fontana, California that has served the Inland Empire for over 21 years. The salon has 4.9 stars on Google with 200+ reviews and a stylist team with 75+ combined years of experience. The business is real, established, and respected in its market. You'll work directly under Ethan, the founder of Midnight Siren — no middle managers, no agency layers between you and the person making decisions. The Midnight Siren team is small and tightly focused. The stylists at salon handle the in-salon experience; you and Ethan handle everything that gets a client booked. A note on team structure: you will be the only appointment setter on the team. Your day-to-day working relationship is directly with Ethan. There are no peer-level coworkers, no team chat with other appointment setters, no group energy to feed off. If you thrive with autonomy, clear systems, and a direct manager relationship, this works well. If you need a team environment or peer social dynamic to stay motivated, this will feel isolating over time. We're in an active scaling phase. Core processes exist and are being refined. They don't change daily, but they evolve as we learn. If you like improving systems alongside a team, you'll fit. If you want a fully crystallized corporate environment where nothing ever shifts, you won't. --- WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING This is a front-line revenue role, not customer support. Daily: Call new Facebook /Instagram ad leads within minutes of opt-in (speed matters — you'll have task notifications throughout the day) Run our call script for the structured parts of the call, and use our frameworks + your own judgment for discovery and objection handling. The script covers the greeting, the offer, pricing, and the booking ask. Discovery can't be fully scripted — clients say what they say, and you'll need to adapt in real time. Respond to inbound SMS, Facebook ---------- , and Instagram DMs that get escalated to a human when our AI can't handle them Collect cards on file via secure link (never over the phone), book appointments, reschedule, and cancel Call no-shows to get them back on the calendar Coordinate with stylists about client requests and scheduling needs Create follow-up tasks in HighLevel (our CRM) Submit a brief end-of-day report with your numbers Weekly: One coaching/review call with Ethan (~30–45 min) Async coaching via Loom video reviews on your live call recordings between meetings Review your KPIs, own your numbers, and bring data-backed ideas to improve them During training (first 2–4 weeks): We'll meet daily for live coaching to get you fully ramped before transitioning to the weekly + async cadence. --- A WORD ON THE CALL SCRIPT (READ CAREFULLY) We use a script. We also need you to think. Where the script is fixed: the greeting, how we introduce the salon, how we present the offer, how we state pricing, the booking ask, and our core objection responses. These are tested and they work. You run them as written. Your tone, warmth, and pacing are what make them sound human — not changing the words. Where the script can't help you: everything a real client throws at you. A vague text with no context. A client describing a service using the wrong name. Someone who's hesitant but won't say why. Someone who asks about price before you've figured out what they actually want. There is no script for these. There's a framework, and there's your judgment. This is the part people underestimate. A big chunk of this job is not reciting — it's listening to what someone actually means and figuring out the next move in seconds, while they're on the phone with you. Scripts do change here, but only based on data. If you bring an idea for a better line, we'll A/B test it. If it wins, it becomes the script. What we don't do is let setters freelance changes on the fly, because then we can't measure what works. If you want to be told exactly what to say in every situation, this role will frustrate you. If you like having strong structure AND room to think, you'll do well. --- SCHEDULE (PACIFIC TIME — GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN PHILIPPINES) All schedule references in this post are in US Pacific Time. Because PH is 15-16 hours ahead of California, each shift starts late at night your time and ends the following morning. US workdays: Monday through Friday US days off: Saturday and Sunday Hours per day: 8 hours of work + 1 hour of break (30 min lunch + 2× 15 min breaks, or 30 min lunch + 1× 30 min break — your call) Pacific Time (US): 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM PST Philippine Time during US Standard Time (roughly November through mid-March): Shift runs 11:45 PM – 8:45 AM PHT A US Monday shift = late Monday night through Tuesday morning your time A US Friday shift = late Friday night through Saturday morning your time Your days off in PH local time: Sunday and Monday (until your shift starts late Monday night) Philippine Time during US Daylight Savings Time (roughly mid-March through early November): Shift runs 10:45 PM – 7:45 AM PHT Same day-shift logic as above — shift starts the previous calendar evening in PH This schedule is FIXED. It's based on data showing when our booking demand peaks. If you need flexible hours, rotating shifts, or plan to hold another job during these times, this role is not a fit. Please re-read this section carefully and make sure BOTH the standard-time and daylight-savings schedules work for you long-term before applying. The 1-hour shift twice a year is non-negotiable — it follows US business hours. Please make sure BOTH schedules work for you long-term before applying. --- COMPENSATION Base pay: $900–$1,000/month (depending on experience), paid via Wise on the 1st and 15th of every month. 13TH MONTH PAY included — paid every December on top of your regular base, not restructured into it. Prorated in your first year if you start mid-year. Total annualized base compensation including 13th month: $11,700–$13,000. Performance bonuses (uncapped, paid monthly): $3 per new client showed appointment $2 per existing client showed appointment $1 per rebooking confirmation (low-effort confirmation calls for clients who already booked through the salon) Tiered cumulative threshold bonuses (paid monthly): +$75 at 90 showed appointments/month +$150 at 120 showed appointments/month +$350 at 150 showed appointments/month Worked examples: Baseline performer — 90 showed appointments/month: Base: $950 (midpoint) Performance: ~$225 (avg $2.50/show × 90) Threshold bonus: $75 Total: ~$1,250/month Solid performer — 120 showed appointments/month: Base: $950 Performance: ~$300 (avg $2.50/show × 120) Threshold bonus: $225 ($75 + $150) Total: ~$1,475/month Top performer — 150 showed appointments/month (90% show rate on ~167 booked): Base: $1,000 Performance: $450 ($3×90 new + $2×20 existing + $1×40 rebooking) Threshold bonuses: $575 ($75 + $150 + $350) Total: ~$2,025/month This is a PERFORMANCE-PAY ROLE. 30–50% of your monthly income should be earned through bonuses. The base is intentionally modest. If you want a high guaranteed salary with low expectations, this is not the role. --- OTHER BENEFITS 1. Annual performance-based raise after your first year 2. 14 days of PTO per year, single bucket, available after 90-day probation (use for vacation, holidays, sickness — your call). For planned multi-day time off, give us at least 1 week's notice so we can plan coverage. Emergencies are understood — just communicate as soon as you can. 3. 90-day initial probation period. Pay is NOT REDUCED during probation. To confirm you have read this post in full, include the word BURGUNDY in your answer to the final question on the application form --- TARGET KPIs Lead to Booking Rate: 25%+ Show Rate: 90%+ Bookings per day: 4–9 Showed appointments per month: 100–160 Daily volume: Finish all assigned tasks each day. Time-Lapse / Post Editor | Remote | Full-Time | compensation TBD

Confidential employer

Video Editor – Construction Time-Lapse & YouTube Post-Production (Full-Time, WFH)` Turn 6 months of construction into 16 minutes people can't stop watching. You build things — garages, barndominiums, full custom structures — and we film every single day of it. Cameras run from the first stake in the ground to the final light switch. What we need is the person who can take thousands of hours of that footage and turn it into a time-lapse that makes viewers say *"whoa"* out loud. If you've ever watched a start-to-finish build video and thought *"I could cut that better"* — this is your role. You'll work from home, on a predictable schedule, with a team that actually gives feedback, pays on time, and lets you own your edits. What You'll Do Edit long-form construction time-lapse videos (10–20 min finished runtime) from start-to-finish build footage Process interval/GoPro/DSLR time-lapse sequences — deflicker, stabilize, ramp speed, smooth transitions between days Sync and cut multicam footage (drone, ground cam, POV, handheld B-roll) into one clean story Color correct and color grade for a consistent, punchy look across weeks of changing weather and light Design sound: music selection, timing beats to the build, ambient layers, SFX for satisfying ---------- nts Add clean motion graphics — day counters, lower thirds, callouts, titles, end screens Cut vertical Shorts/Reels/TikToks from the same footage for social distribution Add accurate captions/subtitles and export to spec for YouTube and social platforms Manage and organize large footage libraries, project files, and backups Apply feedback quickly and hit publish deadlines What We're Looking For 2+ years editing video — time-lapse, construction, real estate, DIY, or documentary experience is a big plus Strong with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (either is fine — we care about the result) Comfortable with After Effects or Fusion for basic motion graphics Experience handling large media files, proxies, and long-form timelines without breaking a sweat A real eye for pacing — you know when to hold a shot and when to cut Reliable internet (at least 20 Mbps) and a computer that can handle 4K editing Good written English for feedback threads and file notes Dependable, organized, and communicates when something's blocking you Nice to have (not required): LRTimelapse, Topaz Video AI, Adobe Audition, drone footage experience, YouTube thumbnail or channel-growth knowledge. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. A strong reel beats a long résumé here. --- About The Company We're a remote-first media company producing long-form build and construction content for YouTube and social platforms. Our videos document real projects end to end — no staged sets, no stock footage — and our audience shows up for the craft. The team is fully distributed, deadline-driven, and small enough that your edits genuinely shape the channel. Why Work With Us Your work gets seen. These aren't corporate videos filed away in a folder — they go out to a real audience that comments on every cut. Creative ownership. You'll have real input on pacing, music, and structure. We hire editors, not button-pushers. Straight answers. Clear briefs, honest feedback, no guessing what the client wants. Long-term. We're looking for someone to grow with the channel for years, not a one-off project hire. Respect for your time. No surprise midnight revisions, no unpaid "test projects" that run for weeks. How To Apply Email your application to ---------- with: 1. A video sample in this style — a time-lapse, construction, build, or start-to-finish edit you personally cut. Send a YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link (make sure the link is set to public or "anyone with the link"). 2. A short introduction about yourself — a few sentences, or a quick 60-second video if you'd rather talk than type. Tell us who you are, what you edit, and what software you use. 3. Put BARNDOMINIUM in your subject line so we know you read the full posting. That's it — no long forms, no cover letter. Your edit does the talking. We review applications daily and are hiring immediately. Send your reel now — the sooner it's in, the sooner you're on the shortlist.

Amazon PPC / Advertising Specialist

Amazon PPC Specialist - Pax Distribution We manage Amazon end-to-end for premium brands. You'd run the ad accounts day to day. Build the campaigns, read the data, kill what's not working, double down on what is. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it seat. We don't manage everything to one ACoS number and call it a day. Every campaign has a job, and the job d ---------- the metric. A rank-building campaign gets judged differently than a profitability one. If that made sense to you, keep reading. If it didn't, this isn't your role. What you'd actually do Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display across several brands Structure campaigns so our own products don't bid against each other Own the negative keyword work. This is where most people get lazy and it's where accounts quietly leak money Read Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics, and tell me which terms we can actually win and which we can't Know when to stop spending, not just when to spend You're a fit if You think in terms of what a campaign is for, not just its ACoS You'll tell me a keyword isn't worth it even when it looks good on paper You get that sometimes the fix is the reviews or the listing, not more ad spend You treat a budget as a ceiling, not a quota to hit You're not a fit if You manage everything to one blended ACoS target You think more spend is always the answer You need to be told what to do every day You can't explain why you made a bid change

Guarantee seals and trust badges. Bottle mockups that look real. Doctor and ingredient callouts. Chunky headlines. Loud, dense, and unapologetically direct response. You also know the difference between old-school-that-converts and old-school-that-gets-your-ad-account-killed. And you build with AI. Claude Design and Lovable are part of our daily stack, alongside whatever image generation you already use. You should be producing variations in hours, not days. THE WORK Sales pages, advertorials, statics, banners, product mockups, labels, badges and supporting assets — designed for US nutra buyers, built for volume, and iterated against real performance data. TO APPLY Send DIRECT LINKS to nutra work you personally designed. Live pages or hosted images, not a PDF portfolio and not a Behance profile of unrelated work. Tell us which offers or verticals each sample was for. Tell us which AI tools you use and what you build with them. Start your message with the word NUTRA so we know you read this. No nutra samples, no reply. We check every link.
