You get stable monthly income, a clear repeatable process, and a long-term role on a fast-growing content studio working with multiple German creators (10K to 100K+ followers). We're a content studio producing short-form video for German Instagram and TikTok creators in the business/coaching niche. We're scaling content volume across several accounts right now, with major product launches coming for multiple creators later this year. What the job looks like You edit short-form vertical videos (45-90 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The format is consistent and repeatable: the creator speaks to camera, you remove the background in CapCut, drop in AI-generated images behind them, and sync them to the talking points. Every video follows the same template. Once you learn it, editing is fast. A good editor will finish 5-10 clips per hour, with basic color grading applied to each one. Expected output is around 180 clips per month across the accounts you're assigned to. This is fully async work. You receive footage and assets in Google Drive, edit, and upload exports back. No daily calls, no time zone pressure — but you need to be reachable on WhatsApp, and either work ahead of deadlines or be genuinely available every day of the week. What you earn $200/month fixed to start, paid reliably every month. After 30 days of reliable delivery, your rate at least doubles. At 5-10 clips per hour, this works out to roughly $5-11 per hour of actual editing time to start — and it only goes up from there. The faster and more consistent you are, the better your effective rate. What this role can become We have more work than we can currently handle, across multiple creators and formats. If you deliver quality work and grow with us, there's room for a lot more volume, more responsibility, and meaningfully better pay — well beyond the starting rate. This isn't a "try it for a few weeks" gig. We want someone in it for the long run. What you need CapCut desktop — you already use it or can learn it fast Basic color grading skills (or willingness to learn — we'll show you) Reliable internet and a computer that handles CapCut without issues You can follow a written workflow in English and communicate clearly about editing details — a lot of what makes this work well is understanding specific notes and feedback, so solid written English matters Willingness to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to understand the German source footage well enough to edit it precisely — we have a clear process for this, you just need to be willing to work with it. Already having your own ChatGPT account is a plus, but not required. You do not need to speak German yourself. Quick gut check before you apply: it's Saturday evening and a Reel urgently needs to go out. How do you handle it? We're looking for people who either work ahead or are genuinely available through the week — not just during "office hours." To apply Send a short message with: 2-3 examples of short-form Reels or TikTok videos you've edited Your typical turnaround time from raw footage to finished export Confirmation that you have CapCut desktop A one-sentence answer to the Saturday-night scenario above Put "PILOT" at the start of your subject line so we know you read the whole post. Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid test task before we finalize anything.

You get a long-term role on a fast-growing content studio, real creative ownership over how videos are cut, and a clear path to higher pay as you prove your level. We're a content studio producing short-form video for German Instagram and TikTok creators in the business/coaching niche, ranging from 10K to 100K+ followers. We're scaling toward major product launches for several of these creators later this year, and we're looking for an editor who can take clips beyond the basic template — stronger storytelling, pacing, and visual polish. What the job looks like You edit short-form vertical videos (45-90 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with real creative input: strong hooks, retention-focused pacing, motion graphics, B-roll integration, and color grading. This is not the repeat-the-template role — you're expected to make editorial judgment calls that improve watch time and overall feel. This is fully async work. You receive footage and assets in Google Drive, edit, and upload exports back. No daily calls, no time zone pressure — but you need to be reachable on WhatsApp, and either work ahead of deadlines or be genuinely available every day of the week. What you earn Pay here is performance-based and starts meaningfully higher than our template-editing track, reflecting the extra skill and judgment required. Rates scale with quality and reliability — editors who consistently improve retention and deliver on time take on more volume and earn more over time. What this role can become We have more work than we can currently handle, across multiple creators and formats. This is a long-term seat, not a short gig — if you're strong, there's a clear path to more responsibility, more creative control, and significantly better pay. What you need Strong command of CapCut (or an equivalent tool you can prove you're good at) Must-have: motion graphics, B-roll integration, and color grading — this is where you're expected to already be strong, not learning on the job A good editorial eye for storytelling, hooks, and pacing in short-form content Reliable internet and a computer that handles editing software without issues You can follow a written workflow in English and communicate clearly about editing details and creative feedback — solid written English matters here even more than on our other track Willingness to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to understand German source footage well enough to edit it precisely. Already having your own ChatGPT account is a plus, but not required. You do not need to speak German yourself. Quick gut check before you apply: it's Saturday evening and a Reel urgently needs to go out. How do you handle it? We're looking for people who either work ahead or are genuinely available through the week — not just during "office hours." To apply Send a short message with: 2-3 examples of short-form Reels or TikTok edits that show off storytelling, motion graphics, and color grading — ideally with reach or retention numbers if you have them Your typical turnaround time from raw footage to finished export A one-sentence answer to the Saturday-night scenario above Put "PILOT" at the start of your subject line so we know you read the whole post. Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid test task before we finalize anything.

We’re looking for someone who can understand how a business process works, identify what should change, and use automation and AI to build a better way. Build error handling, monitoring, and testing into automations. Use sound practices for credentials, permissions, and service accounts. Document what you build so systems are understandable and maintainable. Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve the systems you build and inherit. The goal isn’t more automation. It’s better systems and better ways of working. Experience We’re Looking For You should have meaningful hands-on experience with: n8n AI agents and LLM-based workflows APIs and webhooks Connecting and transforming data across systems Designing workflows around real business processes Testing, monitoring, and maintaining production automations You do not need to know every platform we use. Our Current Environment Our systems include: HubSpot GoHighLevel n8n Zapier Typeform Zoom Fireflies Google Workspace / Google Drive Dropbox Stripe Some systems are already connected and automated. Others need improvement, consolidation, or redesign. You’ll inherit what exists, understand it, and help us build what should exist next. That means monitoring them, maintaining them, solving problems when something breaks, continually improving them, and identifying new opportunities to make the business work better. Please include: 1. Your Background Briefly tell us about your experience with automation, AI systems, n8n, APIs, and business-process improvement. 2. Short Video Send a 60–90 second video introducing yourself, why this role interests you, and why you’re a strong fit. Please also include your availability. Why This Matters Epic Success is a coaching and consulting business that helps people and businesses grow, perform at higher levels and create meaningful change. We’re building systems that allow us to do that work at a much greater scale without losing the human experience that makes it meaningful. Title: (Finish by Oct 6) I run Sign Mockup Studio ( ---------- ), software that sign companies use to create photo realistic sign mockups, shop drawings and fabrication files. I'm showing it for the first time at a trade event on October 14 and need the main flows tested before then. This is a fixed price project. If it goes well, I'll have ongoing testing work after the event. What you'll test: 1. The core flow: uploading a building photo, placing a sign, the night render, exporting a shop drawing, sharing a mockup with a client, and signing up for a plan. I'll provide a test account and a checklist. 2. The different sign types the app supports, including channel letters, cabinet signs and logo signs, with the lighting and mounting options for each. 3. Logo uploads in SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG, including messy files like low resolution images, logos with text, and multi-color logos. I'll send a folder of test files. 4. Desktop Chrome and Safari, plus an iPhone or Android phone and a tablet if you have one. For every bug, I need: 1. Steps to reproduce 2. What you expected vs. what happened 3. Browser and device 4. A screenshot or screen recording 5. The file you uploaded, if the bug involves one 6. Severity: does it block the flow, cause wrong output, or is it cosmetic? Findings go in one shared document that you update as you go, so I can check progress while I'm traveling October 3 to 6. Timeline: start early next week, finish by October 6. To apply, answer these two questions in your proposal: 1. Which devices and browsers can you test on? 2. Write one example bug report for any bug you've found on any website, using the format above. Proposals that don't answer these won't be considered.

We run a personal branding / coaching business and we're building out our official Done For You Instagram account ---------- — a page focused on proof: our best coaching moments, teaching, wins, and testimonials. We need a reliable content clipper to run this ONE account: go through our long-form footage, pull out the best moments, edit them cleanly, and post them as short-form reels every day. This is a taste-driven role. You need real experience in content and personal branding so you can instantly recognise what makes a great clip — the hook, the moment, the payoff — inside a long recording. If you get excited about finding "the perfect 40 seconds" in a 90-minute mastermind, you're who we want. WHAT YOU'LL DO (daily): Go through our long-form footage (masterminds, coaching calls, and other recordings) and identify the strongest moments. Clip them out and edit them cleanly: trim tight, add clear captions, crop to vertical 9:16, keep a consistent premium look. Write strong hooks and captions for each post. Log into our official Instagram account and post 2–3 short-form reels per day. Keep a simple tracker of what's been posted so nothing repeats. YOU MUST HAVE (don't apply if you do not) Have real experience in content / personal branding and understand short-form (hooks, pacing, what makes people stop scrolling) — this is essential. Can edit cleanly and consistently in CapCut Pro (or similar) — captions, trimming, vertical formatting. Have genuine taste — you know which moments are worth posting and which aren't. Are reliable and consistent — this is a daily posting role. Are detail-oriented, follow direction, and communicate proactively. Are discreet with our footage and client content — confidentiality required. Have a laptop, stable internet, and can work with Instagram and Google Sheets. WHAT YOU GET: $3/hour, with raises for consistent performance. Clear direction and a simple, repeatable daily workflow. A steady, long-term role with room to grow. ========================= HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY ========================= There's no long application. To be considered, do the trial task below and send it to me directly. Applicants who only send a message without the task will not be considered. STEP 1 — Start your message with the word "CLIP" so I know you read this. STEP 2 — Do the trial task: Download our example long-form recording (a mastermind session) here: [PASTE EXAMPLE MASTERMIND FILE LINK HERE] From that ONE recording, create THREE (3) short-form reels — the three best moments, fully edited and ready to post. Specs for each reel: vertical 9:16, 1080p, 20–60 seconds, clean captions timed to speech, tight edit (start on the hook, end on the payoff), consistent look across all 3. For each reel, add one line on WHY you chose that moment, plus a suggested caption/hook. HERE IS THE FRAME LINK TO MAKE THE EDITS FROM ---------- TRIAL TASK INSTRUCTIONS ---------- STEP 3 — Send everything DIRECTLY to my WhatsApp: ---------- Send the 3 finished vertical videos (or a shared ---------- folder link) + your notes and captions. Also include a quick note on your content / personal branding experience and 1–2 past examples of clips you've edited. The person whose three reels are strongest — the ones we'd actually post as-is — gets the role. WE ARE LOOKING TO WORK LONG TERM AND GIVE RAISES
