About MSTR MSTR ( ---------- ) is an AI software company based in the Netherlands and an Anthropic partner. We build custom AI software for Dutch businesses, run programs that bring AI into daily use, and ship our own products. We are 20+ people, with a customer-facing team in the Netherlands and a remote development team in the Philippines. We build and run native mobile apps that record audio, keep data safe on the device, upload in the background and talk to our own APIs. We are hiring a mobile developer to own them. This is a long-term career opportunity We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, not find their next gig. We invest in our people's growth and increase responsibility as you develop. Location and type Remote Full-time, 40 hours per week, 14:00 to 23:00 Philippine time (overlapping with Netherlands business hours) Long-term contractor position What you will do You own both native apps end to end, from a ticket to a release in the stores. The same codebase ships as several branded products on both platforms, so one change usually lands in more than one repo. The apps are multilingual, with Dutch and English today and more languages likely. You work with a small team in the Netherlands and use AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow. Build features: take a feature from description to a finished screen that looks like it belongs in the app and feels native on iOS and Android Keep recording reliable: long audio recordings, background uploads, interruptions and OS watchdog kills are the hard part of this job Release to the stores: handle signing, TestFlight and internal testing tracks, review submissions, screenshots and release notes, for every branded app Fix what breaks: take a Sentry issue, reproduce it, fix it and ship it Modernize step by step: move the apps forward (for example from UIKit to SwiftUI) without a rewrite Localize: keep string tables in sync across platforms and make every screen work in every language What we are looking for Must-have: 5+ years of native mobile development in Swift and Kotlin, with at least one app you took from first commit to a live store listing and kept alive through updates Hands-on with App Store Connect and Google Play Console: certificates, provisioning, app signing, TestFlight, internal testing tracks and review submissions hold no surprises REST API integration end to end, including auth flows, token refresh, error handling and versioned contracts Audio capture or other long-running background work on at least one platform, and the drive to be equally strong on the other Local persistence, encryption and migrations, in whichever database you have used Comfortable in a reactive codebase (Rx-style or similar) Everyday Git: branches, rebases, pull requests and reviewing other people's work Excellent English communication, written and verbal (you do not need to speak Dutch) You read crash reports before feature requests Also important: Design minded: you work from a brand guideline and the existing screens, have a good eye for spacing, type, color, dark mode and iPad layouts, and know the Apple and Material conventions well enough to choose between them on purpose. You are happy to show two quick variants and take feedback. Localization: you have shipped an app in more than one language, and know how to handle text that grows and format dates and numbers per locale. Nice-to-have: SwiftUI, Combine, Jetpack Compose or Kotlin coroutines, so you can help us move the apps forward OAuth and Microsoft sign-in Your own iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Mac, so you can test on real devices from day one Experience using AI tools like Claude or Claude Code in your work AI tools are welcome. We are an AI company. If you use Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools to write code, migrate old code or track down crashes, tell us how, including where they don't help. We would rather hire someone who uses AI well than someone who avoids it. What we offer Long-term partnership: we are investing in your future with us Real ownership: you own both native apps, from ticket to store release A clear growth path: a buddy, monthly check-ins and room to grow Continuous learning: work at an Anthropic partner, with Claude as part of your daily work Freedom to propose: if something should be done differently, we want to hear it Flexible remote work A team that moves fast and takes quality seriously Our mobile stack We care about depth on both platforms more than any specific library. If you know the modern equivalents (Combine, Compose, coroutines, Room, SQLDelight, SPM), you will pick these up quickly. iOS: Swift, UIKit with a SwiftUI migration under way, Rx-style reactive code, Realm, Moya, CocoaPods Android: Kotlin, Fragments and XML layouts, Rx-style reactive code, Realm, Retrofit, Gradle Shared: REST APIs with OAuth and Microsoft sign-in, Sentry, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, GitHub, Linear How to apply IMPORTANT: We assess candidates primarily through video responses. Please do not apply without submitting a video. Step 1: Create a short video (3 to 7 minutes) Record yourself answering these 5 questions: 1. Tell us about yourself: Briefly introduce yourself and how you got into mobile development. 2. An app you shipped: Walk us through an app you took from first commit to the stores. What was the hardest part of getting it released and keeping it running? 3. A hard crash you fixed: Tell us about the most complex crash or background issue you tracked down. Why was it hard to reproduce, and how did you fix it? 4. AI in your work: How do you use AI coding assistants in your mobile work today? Where do they help, and where do they not? 5. Your next role: What would you like to achieve in your next role? Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years? Video guidelines: Length: 3 to 7 minutes in total Production: no need for professional quality, we want to see the real you Authenticity: it's fine to use AI to prepare, but talk to us in your own words. Please don't read from a script. Language: English (this assesses your communication skills) Format: any video format is fine (MP4, MOV, etc.) Hosting: upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube (unlisted) or similar Step 2: Submit your application Send the following to ---------- 1. Your video (link or attachment) 2. Your CV / resume 3. Optional: App Store or Google Play links to apps you built, GitHub profile, LinkedIn profile Email subject: "Mobile Developer Application - [Your Name]" What happens next 1. We review your video and CV within 2 to 3 days 2. If you are a strong match, we schedule an initial interview 3. Successful candidates move to a technical evaluation with our Head of Technology 4. Final candidates meet with our founder 5. We aim to complete the entire process in 1 to 2 weeks Who should apply Apply if you: Want a long-term career in a high-performance organization Like owning an app end to end, including the store releases Care about how a screen looks and feels, not just whether it works Are curious about AI and how it changes mobile development Don't apply if you: Only want short-term gigs or are juggling multiple clients Aren't willing to create a video response Have only built apps with cross-platform frameworks, not native Swift or Kotlin Ready to apply? Send your video and CV to ---------- are happy to answer any questions. We look forward to learning more about you. MSTR, ----------

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Ad Voiceover Specialist to create high-quality English voiceovers using ElevenLabs for paid social ads, UGC ads and longer VSL-style creatives. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY unless you have at least 2 years of direct experience creating and editing voiceovers for e-commerce advertising. We are not looking for someone who has simply used ElevenLabs a few times. You need to already understand how a good e-commerce ad voiceover should sound. Requirements: Absolutely fluent / near-native English is required. Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce advertising voiceover experience. Strong experience with ElevenLabs is mandatory. Experience creating voiceovers for Meta/Facebook/TikTok e-commerce ads. Able to make AI voiceovers sound natural, conversational and human. Understand pacing, emphasis, emotion and how an advertising script should be delivered. Able to identify and fix bad generations, strange pronunciation, incorrect emphasis and unnatural delivery. Able to split longer scripts into sections when necessary instead of forcing one long generation. Able to edit the final audio properly — remove unnecessary pauses, awkward gaps, repeated words/lines, bad takes and other ElevenLabs errors. Final voiceover must be clean and ready for a video editor to use immediately. Able to follow instructions precisely and work consistently. This is not just a copy/paste ElevenLabs job. We need someone who understands what makes a voiceover perform well in an e-commerce ad and can produce a polished final audio file without someone having to fix it afterward. DO NOT APPLY IF: You have no direct e-commerce ad voiceover experience. You are new to ElevenLabs. Your English is not fully fluent. Your experience is mainly generic AI voice generation rather than paid advertising. You cannot edit and clean the generated audio yourself. To apply, start your application with the words “ELEVENLABS ECOM” so we know you read the full job post. Please include: 1. How many years you have worked specifically with e-commerce ad voiceovers. 2. How long you have used ElevenLabs. 3. Examples of e-commerce ad/VSL voiceovers you personally created. 4. What software you use to edit and clean the finished voiceovers. 5. Your availability per week. Applications without relevant examples will not be considered.

Part-Time / Flexible | Long-Term | UK Google Ads Agency Hi, I'm Ryan, founder of a UK-based Google Ads agency working primarily with e-commerce businesses. I'm building a small specialist team and looking for an exceptional Client Success & Communications Coordinator to become the communication link between our clients and the team. This is not a full-time role, and it's not a traditional VA position where you'll simply wait for me to give you tasks. I'm looking for someone proactive, extremely organised and comfortable taking ownership. What you'll be responsible for: Monitoring and responding to client email s Monitoring our Fiverr inbox and responding quickly to new enquiries Handling routine client communication and follow-ups Updating client information, audit briefs and tasks inside Slack Making sure the right information reaches the right team member Coordinating with our Google Ads Account Manager, Audit Specialist and Research Specialist Chasing missing information or client assets without waiting to be asked Identifying anything that genuinely needs Ryan's attention and escalating it clearly Potentially helping with client video reports in the future You will not be expected to manage Google Ads yourself. Your job is to make sure communication is excellent, and nothing falls through the cracks. The person I'm looking for: Exceptional written English is essential. Most of our communication should read as though it has been written by someone in the UK. You should be comfortable with British English spelling, grammar and natural conversational language, rather than American English or overly formal/corporate customer-service language. I'm specifically looking for someone who: Has outstanding attention to detail Is proactive rather than reactive Has excellent written English Uses good judgement and can think for themselves Notices missing information, mistakes and unfinished tasks Communicates warmly and professionally Is comfortable working independently Can distinguish between something they can handle themselves and something Ryan needs to see Takes genuine ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks Experience with Slack, Gmail and Fiverr would be useful, but attitude, communication and judgement matter more to me than knowing every piece of software. Hours & pay: This will initially be a small, part ---------- position, rather than a traditional 40-hour working week. I'm currently budgeting approximately $300-$400 USD per month, depending on experience, availability and the arrangement we agree. Of course, this depends on whether we do a fixed rate or an hourly rate. The role has the potential to grow as the agency grows. How to apply: Please don't send me a generic copy-and-paste application. Start your application with the words "Yorkshire Tea", so I know you've read the full job description. I'm looking for someone I can trust long-term as the agency grows. If you're proactive, meticulous and an excellent communicator, I'd love to hear from you! Thank you.

COMPANY OVERVIEW BKG is a home-renovation group in the Netherlands. Our brands include Sanitairstudio (bathrooms) and Tegelstudio (tiles), alongside 25+ other home-improvement brands in the wider BKG group. We are building an AI-first operation and want a hands-on automation expert to help run it. JOB DESCRIPTION You design, build and maintain the automations behind our content, SEO and lead handling. The core is a status-driven content pipeline that runs for several brands at once, from keyword research to an approved post on WordPress. Next to that you build our lead and CRM flows in Bitrix24, including AI reply suggestions in Dutch that get better from won/lost outcomes. Nothing goes live without human approval, and you build that in from the start. Your work spans the whole BKG group, with our bathroom brand (Sanitairstudio) as the biggest single focus. MAJOR FUNCTIONS Build and run our content pipeline in ---------- for several brands: keyword research, AI draft, SEO scoring and revision, human approval, WordPress publishing and repurposing. Keep it status-driven: a Google Sheets control sheet where each step reliably triggers the next. Build the AI steps on the Claude API: system prompts that hold our brand voice, return structured JSON and follow strict content rules. Example: customer reviews are quoted word for word and never invented. Build lead and approval flows with Bitrix24 webhooks, such as approve/reject buttons that write back to the automation, plus AI reply suggestions for our Dutch team. Monitor, troubleshoot and document: error handling, usage costs, and handover material that non-technical colleagues can use. REQUIRED SKILLS Proven hands-on experience building production workflows in ---------- : scenarios, routers, filters, repeaters/loops, scheduling, error handling and keeping operations (credits) usage efficient. Able to design status-driven, multi-stage pipelines where each step triggers the next reliably. Strong working knowledge of REST APIs: HTTP requests, headers, authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0, application passwords), JSON parsing and mapping. Experience setting up inbound and outbound webhooks, and with asynchronous API patterns: starting a job, waiting, then fetching and handling results. Hands-on experience calling the Anthropic Claude API (or a similar LLM API) directly, with strong prompt engineering: consistent brand voice, reliable structured JSON, strict content rules. Able to build iterative AI loops, such as draft → score → revise → re-score, with sensible stop conditions and cost control. Experience automating WordPress through its REST API (drafts, posts, categories, tags, application passwords) and comfortable using Google Sheets as a control layer (structured data, data validation, lookups). Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, so the automation improves rankings rather than just producing more content. Quality and security: you build in human-in-the-loop checkpoints, handle credentials and API keys securely, resolve authentication, formatting and rate-limit issues on your own, and write clear documentation. Fluent spoken and written English. You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members. TOOLS WE USE Experience with these is a strong plus. We don’t expect you to know all of them; tell us which ones you have worked with. SEMrush: keyword research, Keyword Gap, Content Gap, and the API/MCP options on different plans. NeuronWriter or similar SERP-based content optimization tools (Surfer, Clearscope), including their APIs and content scoring. Google Search Console: property verification, performance data (clicks, impressions, average position) and pulling that data through the API. Bitrix24: inbound and outbound webhooks and approval flows. MCP (Model Context Protocol) for connecting AI tools to external data sources such as SEMrush. Google reviews through review aggregators (Trustmary, EmbedSocial, Elfsight) and/or the Google Business Profile API. NICE TO HAVE Experience running automations for multiple brands or websites at once. Experience tracking and optimizing API and usage costs. Basic scripting (JavaScript or Python) for edge cases that no-code tools can’t handle. Experience with content repurposing workflows (blog to LinkedIn, Instagram and newsletter). Experience with n8n. Knowledge of Dutch or German. AVAILABILITY Full-time, 40 hours per week. You meet regularly with our Dutch colleagues during Amsterdam business hours (CET/CEST), which is afternoon and evening in the Philippines. Flexible otherwise. A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required. EXPECTATIONS You take ownership and work independently: you don’t wait to be told what to do next. If you spot a way to improve a process, a tool or a result, you raise it with your manager. You build systems that produce Dutch output you can’t read yourself, so approval steps and quality safeguards matter to you. WORKING CONDITIONS / SALARY $1,275/month, with room to grow for the right person. Long-term, stable role. BONUSES Paid Time Off after 1.5 months · salary reviews every 2–3 months · professional-development budget · second monitor after 6 months · new laptop after 2 years. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word “SCENARIO” so we know you have read the full post. Then answer these four questions, 3 to 6 sentences each: 1. Describe one ---------- scenario you built that runs in production: what triggers it, the main modules and routers, how errors are handled, and roughly how many operations (credits) it uses per run or per month. 2. Describe one automation where you called an LLM API (Claude or similar) directly. How did you get valid JSON back every time, and how do you stop the model from making things up? For example: we quote customer reviews word for word and never invent them. 3. We want a content pipeline where an article is drafted by AI, scored by an SEO tool, revised and re-scored, and published to WordPress only after a human approves it. How would you structure this: which stages or statuses, where the approval sits, and what stops the revise loop from running forever or burning budget? 4. Give one example of an integration that was asynchronous (start a job, wait, fetch the result) or that kept failing (authentication, rate limits, formatting). What exactly did you do? Also include: Links to two automations you have built: one in ---------- and one using an AI/LLM API. Screenshots, a blueprint export or a short screen recording are fine. Only share what already exists; please don’t build anything for this. Which of the tools under “Tools we use” you have worked with, and which hours (Philippine time) you are available for meetings with our Dutch team. We read every application that starts with the codeword and answers the questions specifically. Generic or copy-paste replies aren’t considered.

COMPANY OVERVIEW BKG is a home-renovation group in the Netherlands. Our brands include Sanitairstudio (bathrooms) and Tegelstudio (tiles), alongside 25+ other home-improvement brands in the wider BKG group. Our websites bring in the leads the whole group runs on. JOB DESCRIPTION You build and maintain the websites of the BKG group. We are bringing our brand sites together on one WordPress Multisite built with Elementor Pro: 13 brand sites to start, growing to 25+. Your first job is the design system that every brand site is built from. After that you build and launch brand after brand, while the current live sites keep running until each new one is ready. About a fifth of your time goes to the website of our bathroom brand, Sanitairstudio. You think about all sites at once, not one at a time. MAJOR FUNCTIONS Build our Elementor design system on the Multisite: design tokens (colors, typography, spacing), about 12 reusable components and 5 page templates, with a mobile Lighthouse score of 85 or higher. Build brand sites from that system (8 to 10 pages each), so a change is made once and each brand keeps its own logo, colors and name. Launch each brand on its real domain together with our SEO specialist: redirect mapping, domain mapping, SSL, Cloudflare, sitemap and Search Console checks after launch. Connect lead forms (Gravity Forms) to our CRM (Bitrix24) and automations through webhooks, and build the tracking basis (data layer, tags) into the templates. Keep the network healthy: tested updates, backups, security and Core Web Vitals across all sites. Maintain and improve the Sanitairstudio website: templates, speed, mobile and lead forms (about 8 hours a week). Document what you build so colleagues can maintain it. Later on: WooCommerce shops. REQUIRED SKILLS 3+ years of professional WordPress development, including hands-on work on a Multisite network (subdomains, domain mapping) or a comparable multi-brand setup you can show. Strong in Elementor Pro: Theme Builder, global colors and fonts, reusable templates and components, dynamic tags, custom CSS. Able to design a system where a change is made once and reaches every site, while each brand keeps its own identity. Solid PHP, HTML, CSS and [removed] custom functions, hooks, shortcodes or a small plugin when Elementor alone isn’t the right tool. Performance optimization with measurable Core Web Vitals results (LCP, INP, CLS): caching, images, fonts, scripts and lean Elementor builds. Site launches and migrations without losing rankings: 301 redirect mapping, domain mapping, SSL, DNS basics and checks after launch. Forms and integrations: lead forms that reliably deliver to a CRM through webhooks or an API, plus tracking events for analytics (Google Tag Manager, data layer). A safe way of working on live sites: staging, backups, tested plugin updates, rollback, and careful handling of credentials. Clear documentation, and fluent spoken and written English. TOOLS WE USE This is our stack. Elementor Pro is required; experience with the rest is a plus. Tell us which ones you have worked with. Hello Elementor theme with Elementor Pro and ElementsKit. Gravity Forms for lead forms. Rank Math for SEO, and a redirect manager for migrations. BerqWP, Redis object cache and Cloudflare for performance. WordPress REST API and application passwords: our content automation creates drafts through the API. Bitrix24 (CRM) and ---------- on the receiving end of form webhooks. NICE TO HAVE WooCommerce: we will add shops later. Experience with 10 or more sites on one network. Experience moving a Multisite from shared hosting to managed WordPress hosting. WP-CLI and Git. Technical SEO basics: schema markup, canonical and indexing settings. A good eye for design details and accessibility basics (WCAG). EXPECTATIONS One source, many brands: you build reusable systems instead of one-off pages. You keep performance and consistency front of mind, you test before you touch a live site, and you document what you build. If you spot a way to improve a process, a tool or a result, you raise it with your manager. WORKING CONDITIONS / SALARY $637/month, with room to grow for the right person. Long-term, stable role. BONUSES Paid Time Off after 1.5 months · salary reviews every 2–3 months · professional-development budget · second monitor after 6 months · new laptop after 2 years. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word “NETWORK” so we know you have read the full post. Then answer these four questions, 3 to 6 sentences each: Describe one Multisite or multi-brand WordPress project you built: how many sites, which page builder, what was shared across the sites and what was set per site. We build with Elementor Pro on a Multisite. A shared header component changes. How do you get that change onto every brand site while each brand keeps its own logo, colors and name? Tell us what you would build once and what stays per site. Give one concrete example of improving Core Web Vitals on an Elementor site: the numbers before and after, and the two or three changes that made the difference. You launch a rebuilt site on its real domain, replacing a live site that ranks in Google and brings in leads. What are your steps before, during and after the switch so rankings and leads survive? Also include: Links to two sites you built, at least one of them on a Multisite or part of a multi-brand setup, with a short note on your part in each.
