  • Prepare branded templates for documents, presentations and communications.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent use of fonts, colours, logos and layouts.
  • Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and production.
  • Liaise with printers and external vendors where required and review proofs before production.

  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Improve user journeys and simplify complex processes.
  • Design forms, workflows, dashboards and information displays that are intuitive and easy to use.
  • Work with technology and automation teams when new digital products or features are being developed.

Marketing & Content Design

  • Create graphics and visual content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Turn written content into engaging visual formats, including carousels, infographics and short-form graphics.
  • Design marketing campaigns, advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Support launches, announcements, events and thought-leadership content.
  • Create event invitations, programmes, presentation materials and branded merchandise artwork.
  • Produce simple video, animation or motion graphics where appropriate.

Presentations & Business Materials

  • Design professional PowerPoint and presentation decks.
  • Improve the visual quality of proposals, pitches and client materials.
  • Develop reusable templates to enable teams to produce consistent materials efficiently.
  • Convert complex information into clear charts, diagrams and visual explanations.

AI-Assisted Design

  • Use AI-enabled design tools to improve the speed and quality of design production.
  • Experiment with new tools for image generation, layout, content creation and prototyping.
  • Develop efficient and repeatable design workflows.
  • Maintain appropriate human review and quality control over AI-generated materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital, graphic, web or UI/UX design.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both digital use and professional printing.
  • Ability to design responsive websites and digital interfaces.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and attractive designs.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Strong in both digital and print design.
  • Fast and comfortable iterating based on feedback.
