We are now expanding our team and looking for a Camera Technical Support Specialist to join us in Clark.
About the Job
We are hiring an office-based Technical Support Agent in Clark, Pampanga (Angeles City area). This is not a remote position — you will work from our office and provide technical support for security cameras (WiFi cameras, 4G cameras, and NVR kits) to customers worldwide via email , chat, and phone calls.
What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email , chat, and phone calls
• Guide customers through camera setup, APP pairing, motion detection, recording, and playback issues
• Perform diagnostic assessments and provide step-by-step troubleshooting solutions
• Resolve account issues, network/connection problems, and firmware questions
• Document common issues and solutions to improve our knowledge base
• Escalate complex technical cases to the engineering team

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (security camera/CCTV/smart home experience is a strong plus)
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Solid computer skills and comfort learning new software and APPs
• An interest in technology and a desire to learn new skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-player attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Clark / Angeles City, Pampanga
