Paid Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)

Confidential employer

USD $1,000–$1,400 / month | Full-Time | Remote | Hire by Sep 30th! | Philippine hours --- Are you a performance marketer who wants to learn how a top e-com / DTC team actually scales paid — inside a brand that went from zero to ~$100M USD in under three years? Apply below for a role where you either grow newer ad channels or turn agency creatives into revenue — and build a track record with one of the strongest growth teams in the space. ---------- --- [1] About Ally Ally helps founders and leaders scale themselves before they scale their companies. We match Executive Partners with fast-growing e-commerce and creative businesses, combining human judgment with modern AI systems. We're not a traditional VA agency. We're a modern operating partner. This seat sits with one of our clients — a DTC brand that scaled from zero to ~$100M USD in under three years. You work inside their marketing team, with Ally behind you. --- [2] The Role You'll own paid performance in one of two shapes (same rate, same bar): Channel Owner — take newer paid channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola) and grow them so they carry real revenue on their own. There is no finished playbook; you write it as you learn. Agency Ads — get agency creatives live within two days, test properly, and scale winners. Measured on what they earn, not how much got uploaded. You buy/run the ads, watch the numbers every day, and tell the team what they mean. Leadership does not open the platforms — they read your report. First one to two months, recommendations go to the marketing lead; then you optimise alone inside a ROAS floor. --- [3] What You'll Do Keep your channels or agency ads running and growing (spend, accounts, billing flags, replacements when something gets rejected) Build the daily report — right every day, with what happened, why, and what to do next Launch at volume (often 100–200 ads/day) with clean structure D ---------- what to scale, cut, and test — with approval at first, then yours For Agency Ads: watch for new assets, get them live fast, tell agencies what to make more of Spot problems and opportunities before anyone asks Draft advertorials with AI; bring one outside idea to test each week You will not design creatives. Internal team + agencies produce assets; you shape what they make from the data. --- [4] What We're Looking For You've bought media with real spend and can read the numbers — not just upload You catch a wrong number before the reader does Initiative — see it, do it You ask constantly; a quiet week is a warning sign Creative judgment — which ad is the real winner, and what angle to make more of Clear reporting for a non-technical reader Open to newer channels (TikTok / Snapchat / Reddit / Taboola). Hands-on time there is rare and we notice it Bulk tooling (AdManage / Revealbot) or able to pick it up in two weeks --- [5] What You'll Get USD $1,000–$1,400 / month to start, full-time, remote, Philippine hours Two weeks one-to-one with the marketing lead, then real decision rights once earned Real spend on a brand that scaled $0 → ~$100M — a track record with numbers attached The playbook for your channels with your name on it (Channel Owner) Paid tools; direct access to the operators you work with --- [6] Schedule 5 days a week, 8am–5pm Philippine time. One of your five days is on a weekend so the team always has coverage. Days confirmed when we assign you. --- [7] How to Apply Submit here: ---------- 1. Upload your CV and provide your LinkedIn profile URL (both required) 2. Record one short Loom (2–3 mins total): Briefly introduce yourself and your relevant paid media experience Which platforms you've actually run paid on (especially TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola), and which you haven't Answer: Last 7 days — Ad A $120 / 1 purchase / $95; Ad B $2,400 / 41 / $4,300; Ad C $310 / 6 / $680. Which would you scale, and why? (~1 min) No video, no shortlist. Applications outside this link are not reviewed.

Content Researcher & Social Media Analyst

Confidential employer

Content Researcher & Social Media Analyst Type of Employment: Full-Time Salary: $800–$1,200 USD/month depending on experience About the Role We are looking for an experienced Content Researcher & Social Media Analyst to join our content team full-time. This is not a basic VA or data-entry research position. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands social media content, has experience working with content that has generated results, and knows how to identify why certain content performs and why other content doesn't. You will be responsible for researching content and generating ideas for the personal brands and businesses we work with. A major part of your job will be studying what is currently working across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X, identifying patterns, and turning those findings into actionable content ideas for our team. What You'll Be Doing You will: Research high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , X and other relevant platforms. Study competitors, creators and pages within each client's industry. Identify high-performing topics, hooks, formats, angles and content structures. Analyze why certain pieces of content performed well. Analyze underperforming content and identify what could have been improved. Track emerging trends and changes in what is working across social media. Research topics and ideas relevant to each client's target audience. Turn your research into specific content ideas our creative team can actually execute. Analyze our clients' existing content and use performance data to help determine what we should create more or less of. Find successful content from other industries that could be adapted to our clients. Build organized research documents, competitor databases and idea banks for each client. Work closely with our content team to continuously improve our creative strategy. We don't just want someone who can say, "This video got 2 million views." We want someone who can break it down and explain: Why did it get 2 million views? Was it the topic? The hook? The framing? The format? The person? The timing? The storytelling? The controversy? The value provided? And most importantly: How can we use that insight to create something great for our clients? What We're Looking For You should have: Previous experience working with social media content. Evidence that content you researched, strategized or worked on has generated strong results. A strong understanding of modern short-form and long-form content. A very good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and YouTube. Experience researching competitors, creators, trends and viral content. Strong analytical skills — you naturally want to understand why something worked. Experience using modern social media research, analytics, trend-discovery and AI tools. The ability to find information quickly and efficiently. Strong written English and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization. The ability to work independently and bring us ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to research. Very Important We are specifically looking for someone with real content experience. When applying, please send: A short explanation of your previous experience with social media/content. Examples of content you have worked on and the results it generated. The social media research and analytics tools you currently use. Three examples of creators or brands you think are doing an exceptional job with content right now and briefly explain why. Pick one piece of content that has performed extremely well recently and give us a short breakdown of why you believe it performed. Please include the word “ANALYST” at the beginning of your application so we know you have read the full job description. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our content team long-term and help us consistently produce better content for our clients.

Product research & sheet logging Specialist

Confidential employer

📋 SUMMARY We run a Q4 e-commerce operation selling Christmas gift products for kids. Our product researcher finds potential winning products every day and drops the competitor profiles in our group chat. We need someone to turn that stream into clean, complete, decision-ready rows in a Google Sheet, so the owner can review the data and pick what we test. *You are NOT finding products and you are NOT d ---------- what we sell. The owner does both. You own everything in between: the competitor research, the data, and the quality of the sheet. 🎄 Why This Q4 Matters We donate a percentage of our Q4 profit to a charity that buys Christmas gifts for kids whose parents cannot afford them. The more products we test successfully, the more gifts that becomes. Nothing gets tested unless the research behind it is solid — that is your part. 🧠 What We're Looking For ✦ Proven data entry or research VA experience in Google Sheets (send proof of work — a sheet you built or maintained) ✦ Real online research skill — you can find a brand's product page, their best-performing content and its exact view count, and a rough supplier cost on Alibaba/AliExpress without hand-holding ✦ Obsessive attention to detail — our score formula reads cells literally, so "maybe" instead of "no", or 1.7M instead of ---------- , breaks the row ✦ Commercial judgement — you can answer "would a grandparent buy this for a kid at Christmas?" without a rulebook for every case ✦ Consistency over speed — you notice when a row contradicts the 40 rows above it ✦ Reliable and organized — we shouldn't have to double-check your work ✦ Bonus: e-com/dropshipping VA background, Alibaba price-checking, using AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to check category consistency and catch near-duplicates 🛠 Your Main Tasks ✦ Research each shared competitor profile and log it as one complete row ✦ Spot duplicates before they enter the sheet ✦ Keep category naming identical across the whole sheet ✦ Verify the product is real, not a fake or AI-generated listing ✦ Flag each batch as ready for the owner's review ✦ Move approved rows to our second tab and build each product's Google Drive folder structure to our naming convention ✦ Communicate daily through ---------- 💻 Tools ✦ Google Sheets ✦ Google Drive ✦ WhatsApp ✦ ---------- ✦ Instagram ✦ TikTok ✦ Alibaba/AliExpress ✦ AI assistant of your choice. 📚 What You Get From Us ✦ A full written SOP with screenshots, a column-by-column guide, examples of right and wrong entries, and a pre-handover checklist. Explicit expectations from day one, not vague feedback in month two. ✦ Direct feedback — if a batch has errors we point at the exact cells, and we expect the same directness back. *We want a builder, not a filler. A filler does the rows and stops. A builder spots a gap in our SOP, tells us, and the next version is better because of them. That person gets kept. 💰 Pay ✦ Hourly — rate discussed on application. No maximum hours: research runs constantly, so the list refills constantly. The limit is how much you can process accurately. ⏱ Timeline ✦ Needed ASAP, starting this week. ✦ Q4 project, roughly 2–3 months, winding down mid-December. 🚀 What's Next? ✦ We run this same Q4 operation next year starting in Q1 throughout 2027 for general products. ✦ We'd far rather keep someone who already knows the process than retrain a stranger. 📋 How to Apply 1. Start with the word "GIFT" so we know you read this. 2. Send a 60–90 second Loom: who you are, and one example of detail-heavy research or data work you've done. No script needed. Just being yourself is more than enough. 3. Answer these questions: ✦ "Tell me about a time your data was wrong and someone caught it. What happened?" ✦ "A cell needs yes or no, and you genuinely can't d ---------- . What do you do?" ✦ "What was the most tedious part of your last data job?" Shortlisted applicants get a paid test task of 3–5 products. Under an hour, paid, and it d ---------- the hire. ⚠️ Only apply if you can show real proof of work in spreadsheet data entry or online research. Applications without the Loom and without an answers to the 3 questions are not reviewed.

Personal & Executive Assistant / Life Operations & Accountability Partner

Confidential employer

About the Role I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and confident Personal & Executive Assistant who can help me manage my personal life, education, administrative responsibilities, and multiple businesses. This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant position where you wait every morning for me to give you a list of tasks. I need someone who can gradually become my organizational “second brain”: understand what is happening across my life, keep track of unfinished responsibilities, prepare things before I need them, organize information, follow up with me, and actively help me stay focused. I am a mother to a young daughter whom I absolutely adore, and she naturally wants a lot of my attention throughout the day. I do not plan to hire a nanny due to personal reasons. Instead, I am looking for someone who can help me organize my work and responsibilities around being a very involved mother. I am also very aware that I have taken on a lot this year. I do not need someone to tell me that I am busy — I need someone who can help me turn that workload into something organized and manageable. Some days you may organize email s and documents. Another day you may prepare a grocery list, update an expense tracker, research flights, prepare instructions for an employee, attend a client meeting, organize employment/immigration records, help me organize my laptop, or simply stay on Zoom with me while I finish something important that I have been postponing. This role requires flexibility, initiative, discretion, excellent organization, and good judgment. Daily Organization & Accountability A major part of your job will be helping me determine what actually needs my attention. You may: Maintain one master task system across my personal life, education, and businesses Prepare my priorities for the day Prepare the following day's plan Review upcoming deadlines and commitments Maintain my calendar Schedule and reschedule appointments Protect important focus/work blocks Keep track of unfinished tasks Maintain follow-up and “waiting for” lists Break overwhelming projects into smaller actions Keep non-urgent ideas in a backlog Remind me about important responsibilities Follow up when something has not been completed Conduct weekly planning/reset sessions with me Adjust plans when real life changes unexpectedly I specifically want someone who is comfortable holding me accountable. If we agreed that I need to spend the next 90 minutes working on something important and I become distracted by something less important, I want you to respectfully redirect me. I do not need another person waiting for me to tell them what to do. I want someone who eventually understands my priorities well enough that I can ask: “What should I be working on right now?” and you can help me answer that. Zoom Accountability / “Do It With Me” Sessions This is an important and somewhat unusual part of the position. There will be times when I need you to join me on Zoom while I work. For example: Stay on Zoom while I work on my master's degree Help keep me focused during a 60–90 minute work session Sit with me while I complete business administration Work through a new business system/process alongside me Help me complete paperwork I have postponed Help me process and organize my inbox Screen-share while we organize files on my laptop Sit with me while I work through client/business processes Take notes while I work Capture action items that come up during the session Keep me from unnecessarily switching between tasks Record exactly where we stopped and what needs to happen next Sometimes your responsibility may simply be: “We said we were finishing this today. Let's finish it before moving to something else.” You will not complete my academic work for me. I remain responsible for my own academic work. Your role is accountability, organization, preparation, and helping me actually complete the things I have d ---------- are important. Voice-Based Productivity I would also like help learning how to use voice and dictation to work more efficiently. Typing can sometimes slow me down significantly, so I want to explore practical ways to use my voice for more of my work while still personally completing and reviewing everything that requires me. You may help me: Learn and set up speech-to-text/dictation tools Learn how to work efficiently using voice instead of typing everything Help me test voice-based workflows while we are together on Zoom Find ways for me to dictate my own thoughts for graduate-school work and then personally review, edit, verify, cite, and finalize them Use dictation to prepare email s and business communications faster Use voice when working on documents, planning, brainstorming, and other appropriate tasks Research tools or workflows that could reduce the amount of manual typing I need to do Help me practice and improve the workflow until it actually saves me time You do not need to already be an expert in voice technology. I mainly need someone who is comfortable researching solutions, testing them with me, and helping me find a system that works. Email & Communication Management I need significant help reducing the amount of time I spend processing email and routine communications. You may: Organize personal and business inboxes Create and maintain labels/folders Identify urgent messages Archive unnecessary messages Flag messages requiring my attention Draft responses Send routine approved communications when authorized Track unanswered email s Follow up when necessary Keep track of people/companies we are waiting to hear from Summarize long email conversations Organize attachments Prepare documents needed for responses Maintain reusable communication templates Maintain a “Needs My Decision” category so I can review important items together rather than constantly being interrupted The goal is for me to spend significantly less time processing routine communication myself. Business Operations I manage multiple business activities and already have/will have other team members with their own specific responsibilities. You are not replacing those employees. Your role is to support me across everything and help coordinate the administrative and executive side of the businesses. This may include: Maintain high-level business task lists Prepare documents Create SOPs Create employee instructions Prepare training materials Prepare “Golden Rules” documents Create checklists Maintain company files Organize business calendars Prepare meeting agendas Attend appropriate meetings Take meeting notes Convert meetings into actionable tasks Follow up after meetings Track deliverables Prepare client files Maintain CRM information Track missing client documents Prepare routine client follow-ups Schedule client calls Attend appropriate client meetings with me Eventually handle appropriate routine meetings independently Organize contracts and company records Research software, vendors, and services Maintain subscriptions and renewal dates Coordinate administrative matters with other team members Collect questions from team members that actually require my decision Help prevent routine questions from interrupting me throughout the day Employee Support & Documentation One of your responsibilities will be helping me turn my ideas and verbal explanations into organized materials for other team members. For example, I may explain how I want something handled and ask you to turn that information into: A “Golden Rules” document SOP Checklist Training document Daily workflow Client communication guidelines Escalation rules Quality-control checklist Reporting template FAQ Onboarding document First-week schedule Employee reference document You may also help organize materials and instructions needed by team members before they begin their work. A simple principle for this position is: If I have to explain something repeatedly, we should document it. I want you to help turn knowledge that currently exists in my head into organized systems that other people can follow. Client & Business Process Support Sometimes I will need you to learn a business process alongside me. Initially, we may sit together on Zoom while I learn and work through the process. You may: Observe and understand the workflow Take detailed notes Create an SOP from what we learn Create checklists Organize client information Update CRM records Prepare client files Track missing documents Prepare follow-up communications Schedule client calls Attend appropriate client meetings with me Take meeting notes Record meeting outcomes Track next steps Maintain pipeline information Track deal progress Track revenue/commissions Prepare information before client meetings Prepare things requiring my review or approval Handle appropriate routine client coordination As you become familiar with a process, I would like you to gradually take ownership of appropriate administrative portions rather than requiring me to continue doing everything. Important business, legal, financial, contractual, or other decisions that require me will remain my responsibility. Immigration & Employment Record Organization I am an international graduate working in the United States, so I have important employment and immigration-related administrative records that must remain extremely organized. This is administrative support only. You are not expected to provide immigration or legal advice. You may help me: Maintain my employment records Maintain employment dates and hours Transfer employment information into the spreadsheet/tracker I am working with Keep my OPT employment
