U.S. B2B Cold Caller & Sales Closer

ApexSmartAI is hiring experienced U.S. B2B Cold Callers & Sales Closers to sell our 24/7 English and Spanish AI Answering Service to service businesses across the United States.

This is a full-cycle sales role — not customer service and not appointment setting only.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Cold call qualified U.S. business prospects
Reach owners and decision-makers
Identify problems with missed and after-hours calls
Present ApexSmartAI clearly and professionally
Introduce prospects to our live AI demo
Handle objections confidently
Follow up with interested prospects
Ask for the sale and close paying customers
Keep accurate records of every call in our CRM

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want people who can SELL — not simply read a script.

You should have strong spoken English and real experience with outbound cold calling, preferably to U.S. businesses.

Experience speaking directly with business owners or decision-makers is strongly preferred.

You must be comfortable handling rejection, overcoming objections, following up, and asking for the sale.

You must have your own computer, professional headset with microphone, and reliable internet connection.

SCHEDULE

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will work during U.S. business hours, which means this is generally a night-shift position in the Philippines. Exact working hours may vary depending on the U.S. time zone of the leads assigned to you.

COMPENSATION

₱25,000 monthly base pay for 0–3 new paying customers
₱30,000 monthly base pay for 4–5 new paying customers
₱35,000 monthly base pay for 6 or more new paying customers

PLUS ₱10,000 commission for EVERY new paying customer you close.

There is no limit on commissions.
