Remote Fitness DM Setter

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join the team at UpOne Coaching.

We help busy, career-driven men transform their physique, confidence, and lifestyle through premium 1:1 online coaching. With over 500,000 organic followers, we generate a consistent flow of leads and need someone who can turn conversations into booked calls.

What you'll be doing:
Responding to inbound Instagram enquiries
Starting conversations with outbound prospects
Qualifying leads through genuine conversations
Booking calls for our sales team
Following up with prospects
Keeping our CRM and ManyChat systems organised and up to date

Working hours:
5am AEST - 2pm AEST
6 days per week
Consistent availability during these hours is required

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous appointment-setting experience
Is comfortable working in Instagram DMs every day
Can build rapport quickly and qualify leads without sounding scripted
Enjoys following proven systems and taking on feedback
Wants to grow with a long-term team rather than jump between freelance gigs
Can commit to the required working hours and schedule

Experience in the online fitness or high-ticket coaching space is highly regarded but not essential.
