Crypto Business Development Manager | Partnerships & Appointment Setting

Confidential employer

How to apply Applications missing any item are auto-rejected. Send: 1. Loom video (2-3 min): who you are, your crypto experience, the most qualified appointments you've personally booked in one month, and how you'd produce 5 qualified GMI partnership calls per week. 2. In writing (3-4 sentences): what a launchpad is and why one would want LP Bonds for its projects. 3. Scenario: "Your reps sent 250 targeted messages in one week, received 18 positive replies, and booked zero qualified calls. What do you inspect, and what do you change in the next 48 hours?" 4. One target for GMI (a DEX, launchpad, or ecosystem): why it's qualified, the exact role you'd contact, the channel, and the personalized first message you'd send. 5. Your Telegram handle, available hours in GMT+8, and earliest start date. Subject line must start with: BOND OPS At target pace this role pays roughly $1,500 to $2,500/month depending on how many appointments you book personally vs through your reps, with no cap on the upside. Base is the floor, not the offer. About GMI GonnaMakeIt (GMI) built LP Bonds, a live DeFi liquidity product deployed across 9+ EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and more). LP Bonds lock liquidity for 20 years while giving users a tradeable Bond NFT earning ---------- % APR. The liquidity is locked, the user is not: they can sell their Bond NFT anytime. Rewards accrue inside the bond instead of being farmed and dumped. Our partnership targets: DEXs, token launchpads, L1/L2 blockchain ecosystems, and select token projects with strong strategic fit. We need someone to build and run a BD engine that consistently puts qualified partnership calls on the founder's calendar. The role One job: produce qualified partnership calls that actually happen, every week. The founder takes the calls and closes. You own everything before that: rep recruiting and management, target selection, qualification, outreach strategy, follow-up, pipeline, booking, call prep, and funnel diagnosis. This is a player-coach role. You manage commission-based BD reps AND personally do outreach and book calls whenever the team is below target. Meetings, training, recruiting, and spreadsheet work do not count as output. Qualified calls held count as output. The metric Qualified partnership appointments held per week. After ramp: floor 2, target 5, strong 6+. A call counts only when ALL are true: the target passes our qualification standard, the attendee is a decision-maker (or credible sponsor with direct access to one), they explicitly expressed interest in LP Bonds for their org, they know what the call is about, the call happens, a real partnership discussion occurs, and the founder confirms it was qualified. Does NOT count: no-shows, reschedules until held, calls where they pitch their product to us, generic networking, community mods who can't advance a deal, duplicates, or projects that can't realistically use LP Bonds. What you own 1. Rep performance. Audit the existing rep team immediately. Recruit replacements as needed. Give each rep target accounts, messaging, channels, and weekly numbers. Coach producers, cut non-producers. A rep showing no meaningful pipeline progress after 10 working days gets diagnosed and acted on, not carried for 30. 2. Targeting. At least 80% of the active pipeline is DEXs, launchpads, and L1/L2 ecosystems. Targets are EVM-compatible unless the founder approves an exception. Do not fill the pipeline with projects just because they're easy to reach. 3. Qualification. You run (or audit) our LP Bonds Partner Assessment on every interested project. Score of 5/10+ passes to the founder. Below 5 can be escalated for founder review if you believe it's a real opportunity. Before any prospect reaches the founder you confirm: real scale/traction, a genuine LP Bonds fit, a decision-maker in the loop, and explicit interest in LP Bonds for THEM. "We want to explore this for our ecosystem" is interest. "Sounds cool, let's find synergies" is not. 4. Conversion, not volume. Our history shows the exact failure you're hired to prevent: reps sending 40-60 outreaches a week, reporting "interested projects," and producing no decision-maker conversations and no calls. You own the conversion at every stage: A. Positive reply ? meaningful advancement within 5 business days. That means a decision-maker conversation, a Telegram group or direct thread with the right person, or a concrete scheduled next step toward a call. If none occurs, the prospect is recycled or closed out of active pipeline. Claimed interest that never advances counts as nothing. B. Every live opportunity has one owner, one next action, one deadline. C. Any opportunity untouched for 5 business days gets a decision: advance, recycle, or close. Nothing sits in "waiting." D. "Calendly shared" is not a completed task. No booking within 2 business days means follow-up happens, and the prospect is told to confirm the booking with both you and the rep. E. If significant outreach produces no qualified calls, you identify the failure point (targets, contacts, messaging, channel, follow-up, or rep) and launch a new test within 24 hours. The same broken approach never runs for multiple weeks. 5. Pipeline control. One accurate source of truth: target, category, tier, contact and decision-maker status, owner, every touch, stage, next action, deadline, call status. Duplicate outreach prevented. All partner groups remain accessible to GMI even if a rep leaves. 6. Founder handoff. Before a call goes on the founder's calendar: a short brief covering who they are, why they're qualified, why LP Bonds fit, what interest they expressed, who d ---------- , and the desired outcome. No Calendly shared before the qualification gate is complete. 7. Reporting and escalation. Every Friday YOU post one consolidated report: outreach sent, positive replies, qualified conversations, groups created, calls booked, calls held, conversion at each stage, per-rep results, stalled deals, next week's tests. Exact numbers and names, no narratives. Chasing reps for their numbers is your job, done before Friday, never visible to the founder. If the week is heading to zero qualified calls, you tell the founder THAT DAY with the likely cause, the numbers, the fix being launched, and when results should show. Bad news early is rewarded. Bad news buried is a dealbreaker. Time allocation A. 50%+ on outreach, follow-up, and appointment conversion B. Up to 25% managing and recruiting reps C. Up to 25% research, reporting, and admin Building internal tools, assigning books, refining meeting formats, and polishing trackers do not count toward anything. If the team is below target, your personal outreach time goes up. First 30 days (paid trial) Day 3: Full audit of every rep and the current pipeline. Immediate correction plan presented. Day 7: Clean pipeline and reporting system live. 100+ prioritized qualified targets. Every rep assigned accounts and numbers. Two outreach tests launched. Your personal outreach started. Day 14: 2+ qualified appointments held. Measurable conversion at each funnel stage. Non-performers cut or on a final clock. Zero held appointments by Day 14 triggers an immediate role review. Day 30 minimum: 6 qualified appointments held, 2+ in the final week, clean pipeline, producing rep core. Target: 8-10 held, exiting at a 3-5/week pace. Hit the numbers and this grows into a larger BD leadership role with more hours and higher comp as we scale. Compensation A. Base: $10/hr, up to 20 hrs/week B. $100 for every qualified appointment held that you personally booked C. $30 override for every qualified appointment held that your reps booked Partnership revenue, two lanes: D. Partnerships YOU originated: you earn the full rep-tier package: 25% of upgrade fees for the first 90 days after go-live, then 10% through month 12, plus the bond bonus ladder (+$500 at $10K minted, +$1,000 at $20K, +$5,000 at $100K and every $100K after, cumulative, no ceiling). E. Partnerships your REPS originated: you earn an override equal to 20% of your rep's commission payouts, paid by GMI on top of their commission, never deducted from them, plus $250 per partnership once $2,500 in cumulative LP Bond value has been minted in that partner's pools (USD value at time of mint, verified on-chain). Every partnership has exactly one originator of record in our tracker, so lanes never stack on the same deal. F, Additional bonuses possible for exceptional strategic partnerships G. No cap on any of the above. One appointment bonus per call ($100 personal OR $30 override, not both) H. Appointment bonuses paid after the call happens and the founder confirms it met the standard I. Base and bonuses paid 50/50 in ETH and GMI, exact valuation method provided in writing before you start Requirements A. Crypto-native: DEXs, launchpads, liquidity, TVL, ecosystems, no googling required B. Prior crypto BD, partnerships, lead-gen, or appointment-setting experience with calls you personally booked C. Experience managing contractors or reps against numbers, and comfortable cutting non-performers D. Excellent written English, comfortable messaging founders and senior decision-makers E. Organized: CRMs, trackers, Telegram , X, LinkedIn, email, outreach platforms (we use Saleshandy) F. 3+ hrs daily overlap with GMT+7/+8 G. Responsive within 10 minutes during your agreed working block unless on a scheduled call Working standards Outcomes over activity. Calls held over calls promised. Decision-makers over moderators. Explicit interest over vague networking. Exact numbers over narratives. Problems escalated the day they appear. Every opportunity has an owner, a next action, and a deadline. No hiding bad weeks. No perfecting systems that don't produce calls. The founder never manages your reps.

You will work directly with the founders, our media buyer, and our ad creative team. We have enough traffic to run several real tests every month, so you will see results fast. U.S. Bookkeeping & Accounting Professional

Confidential employer

Immediate Opening We are looking for a full-time accounting professional in the Philippines who wants to build a long-term career working with U.S.-based clients. This position is a little different from a typical bookkeeping role, so please read the entire description before applying. What the Role Looks Like For the first 1 to 3 months, a significant part of this position will involve high-volume data entry for one U.S. client. This client processes a large number of transactions, potentially 50 to 100+ invoices per day, across both accounts payable and accounts receivable. You need to be comfortable working accurately and efficiently with this level of volume. We want to be very clear about this upfront. If you dislike repetitive, high-volume transaction entry, this probably isn't the right position for you. However, the position will not stay this way. We are actively working to automate much of this process. Sales and AR activity will eventually flow from ServiceTitan into the accounting system, and AP invoices will increasingly be processed using OCR and automation tools. As those systems are implemented, your role will shift from primarily entering transactions to reviewing transactions, monitoring automated processes, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and working with additional U.S. clients. Our expectation is that this position will eventually support approximately 3 to 5 U.S. clients, starting with our less complicated accounts. As your skills and knowledge grow, there will be opportunities to take on more complex accounting responsibilities. What We're Looking For We would especially like to hear from candidates who have: Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients, preferably multiple clients Strong experience with QuickBooks Online Experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP and AR Experience processing a high volume of invoices or other financial transactions Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality Good written and verbal English communication skills A reliable, high-speed internet connection and dependable home work environment An interest in learning new accounting systems and technology A genuine interest in working with and eventually supporting multiple U.S. businesses Experience with ServiceTitan would be a major plus, but it is not required. Work Schedule This is a full-time, 8-hour-per-day position working U.S. hours. Your regular workday will end at 2:00 AM Pacific Time, so please make sure you are comfortable working this schedule on a long-term basis before applying. We strongly prefer candidates who have previously worked a night or graveyard schedule for U.S. clients and already know that this schedule works for them. Where This Position Can Go We're not looking for someone just to enter invoices. We're looking for someone who can handle the high-volume work required at the beginning, learn our clients and systems, and then grow into a broader accounting and bookkeeping role. As we automate the repetitive work, we want to give you more responsibility and expose you to additional U.S. clients. For someone who wants to develop their U.S. accounting experience, there is significant room to grow. How to Apply Please submit both of the following: 1. Your resume 2. A short video introduction, approximately 1 minute In your video, please briefly tell us: Your accounting/bookkeeping background How much experience you have working with U.S. clients The highest volume of invoices or transactions you've handled Whether you've previously worked a U.S. night/graveyard schedule Why you're interested in working with more U.S.-based clients Applications without both a resume and video will not be considered.

How to Apply Please send: 1. A link to your portfolio or demo reel. 2. 2–3 examples that specifically demonstrate green-screen compositing, rotoscoping, masking, or realistic VFX integration. 3. Office Manager / Dispatcher / Inside Sales - ServiceTitan - US HVAC (Cleveland, Ohio)

Confidential employer

OFFICE MANAGER / DISPATCHER / INSIDE SALES - ServiceTitan - US HVAC Company (Cleveland, Ohio) READ THIS WHOLE POST BEFORE APPLYING. Applications that skip the three requirements at the bottom are deleted without a reply. We are not being rude - we have hired before and we are done wasting time. WHO WE ARE Raber HVAC - heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical in Cleveland, Ohio. Real company, real technicians in the field every day, growing fast. We run everything on ServiceTitan. WHO WE WANT One person to run our office. You are the voice of this company on the phone. When a customer in Cleveland has no heat at 7am, you are who they talk to. You d ---------- which technician goes where, you keep the board full, and you turn phone calls into booked jobs. This is not a "virtual assistant" job and it is not a data-entry job. This is the person who holds the office together and pushes revenue up. If you do that well, you will be paid like someone who does that well - there is a monthly commission on top of your base, uncapped. The better this company does, the more you make. We want somebody who wants that. WHAT YOU WILL DO Answer every inbound call and convert it into a booked job. We measure your BOOKING RATE. Run the ServiceTitan dispatch board: assign and move technicians, optimize the day, handle same-day and emergency calls, keep the board tight. Follow up on unsold estimates until they close. This is real money and it is your money too. Sell and renew memberships. Outbound calls: recall lists, aging estimates, past customers. Keep job notes, customer records and scheduling clean in ServiceTitan. Coordinate with the technicians all day - by phone and by text. HOURS Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cleveland time (US Eastern). 60 hours a week. That is 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time. This is a NIGHT SHIFT for you. Be honest with yourself before you apply - we need you sharp at 3am your time, every night, for years. PAY 1,600 to 1,800 US dollars a month base, depending on what you actually bring, PLUS an uncapped monthly commission on what the office produces. A strong person here clears 2,500 to 3,000 a month. There is no ceiling on the commission - that is the whole point. Tell us the monthly number you need. Serious, experienced people are paid seriously here. ===================================================================== THE THREE REQUIREMENTS - NO EXCEPTIONS ===================================================================== 1. ENGLISH - SPOKEN, FAST, CLEAR, NEUTRAL ACCENT You will be on the phone with American homeowners all day. They must never have to ask you to repeat yourself. If you have worked US voice accounts in a call center and Americans understood you easily, that is what we are looking for. * SEND A VOICE RECORDING WITH YOUR APPLICATION. 60 TO 90 SECONDS. * Do not send a script you read out loud. Answer this, out loud, as if it were a real call: "A homeowner calls at 7:00 AM. Her furnace is dead, it is 20 degrees outside, she has a baby in the house and she is upset. Our first open slot is Thursday. What do you say to her, word for word, and what do you do in ServiceTitan?" No recording = no reply. This is the first thing we listen to. 2. EXPERIENCE - WE DO NOT TRAIN You must already know ServiceTitan and you must already know US home services (HVAC / plumbing / electrical). Day one you run the board on your own. In your application, name the US company you did this for and for how long, and say exactly what you did in ServiceTitan: dispatch board, scheduling, invoicing, unsold estimates, memberships, pricebook. "I am a fast learner" is not an answer to this. 3. INTERNET AND POWER - PROVE IT Our last hire went dark mid-shift because his line was cut and he had no backup. Never again. Send us: a speedtest.net screenshot from where you will actually work proof of a BACKUP INTERNET connection (mobile hotspot / second provider) proof of BACKUP POWER (UPS or battery that keeps your router and computer alive) one sentence: what do you do the moment the power dies at 2am in the middle of a shift? We do not accept excuses about internet or power. Ever. If that sounds harsh, this job is not for you. ===================================================================== HOW TO APPLY Reply with: (1) your voice recording, (2) your ServiceTitan / US home-services history with company names and dates, (3) your internet and power proof, (4) the monthly number you need and for how many hours a week, (5) your WhatsApp number. Anything missing and we move on to the next person. Everything included and you will hear from us within 24 hours.

Senior DTC Creative Strategist - Branded Dropshipping

Confidential employer

Lead a team of 5 experienced video editors β€” your research becomes their briefs, your strategy becomes their output Get access to $100k+ worth of premium learning materials, on us Join a culture that actually backs its people β€” no politics, just performance Insane bonus structure: easily double (or triple) your pay in bonuses, plus a fully paid Bali trip for top performers Work data-first: a dedicated data analyst and full competitor intelligence at your fingertips, every single day Who Are We? We're a branded dropshipping company running multiple health & beauty Shopify stores across different markets. We test multiple new products a day, run everything through Funnelish, and scale hard on Meta with a 20-person team of A-players. We've grown fast on instinct and speed β€” now we want to grow with intent. That means a Senior Creative Strategist who can turn raw data into winning creative direction, not just more content. The Role You'll sit at the intersection of data and creativity. Every day, you'll dig into performance numbers together with our data analyst to separate the noise from the real signal, spotting potential A-winners before anyone else does. From there, you'll go deep β€” researching new angles, mechanisms, avatars, and formats that others haven't found yet, then translating that research into sharp, actionable briefs for our editors. Once creative goes live, you close the loop: reviewing results, analysing what worked and what didn't, and feeding those insights straight back into the next round of testing. This isn't a "make more ads" role β€” it's a "find the next unfair advantage" role. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a creative strategist in DTC or performance e-commerce Strong grasp of DTC copywriting principles Fluent English, written and spoken Master's degree or equivalent level of analytical thinking A rare mix: sharp analyst mind, sharp creative instinct Ready to Apply? Send your CV and a short note on the best winning angle you've ever found (and why it worked). Use code NHH26 in your subject line β€” applications without it won't be reviewed. We move fast. Content Writer, Health and Wellness

Confidential employer

Remote - work from anywhere in the Philippines. Full-time, long-term role. Not project work, not per article, not a content mill. We make supplements the way they should be made. 100+ products, our own factory in the UK, no white-labelling, no nasties added. 1 million customers and nearing 3 million orders. Our products do the talking. When anyone in the UK asks Google, ChatGPT or Claude about a herb or vitamin, we intend to be the answer. You'll write the articles that get us there, sourced and checked. You report to our SEO & AI Search Manager, who briefs every piece and edits every draft. UK law is strict about what a supplement company can say. We'll train you on it, and nothing goes out unchecked. You're the right person if: You write plain English that a customer reads to the end. British spelling. You check things. You can tell a study from a blog post, you open every link, and you'd rather say less than say something you can't back up. You have a degree in science, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, biology, chemistry or a medical field. Big plus, not a must. Anyone who can write well can apply. The test d ---------- . You follow a brief exactly and you turn edits around the same day. You don't need managing. You ask when you're stuck and you flag a problem before anyone else spots it. You write every word yourself. We want a human writer with a real voice, someone who reads the research, explains it in plain English and checks every fact before it goes in. Daily output, building over the first month. Quality first, then speed. TO APPLY - read carefully, this is the first test: Start your application with the word BEETROOT or it will be deleted. Do NOT send a CV or cover letter. Send only: Two links to articles you wrote that are published online, at least one on a health, science or nutrition topic. One line on your degree or field. If you have none, what you've written about most. Three sentences: pick one of ashwagandha, lion's mane, magnesium glycinate or berberine, and tell us what you would check before writing about it. Three short bullet points: your top priorities for getting a blog cited in AI search (AEO and GEO). The more specific the better. Name the exact things you do on the page, not general advice. If you have a Google Search Console screenshot showing how an article you wrote performed, include it. Big plus, not required. Applications that don't follow this exactly will not be read. Shortlisted writers get two short tests before any offer.

Short-Form Video Editor & Creative (Ads + Social) - Sports/Fitness DTC Brand

Confidential employer

We're a fast-growing sports & fitness DTC brand. We make water-filled instability training gear used by athletes, coaches, and everyday people who want to move and feel better. Our growth runs on video - short-form ads and organic social - and creative is the single biggest lever we have. You'd join a small, fast team and own a big part of what the world sees. THE ROLE You turn raw footage, UGC, and briefs into scroll-stopping short-form video for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts - both paid ads and organic posts. Formats: UGC, hooks, problem/solution, testimonial, product-focus, VSL-style, and fresh angle/hook variations of what's already winning. Roughly 1 in 4 videos will use AI generation to extend or reimagine winning angles. THIS IS NOT THE ROLE IF... ...you log on and wait to be told every cut, send three "just checking?" messages, and need every concept handed to you. It's also not weddings, corporate, or long-form YouTube. THIS IS THE ROLE IF... You understand the algorithm and viewer psychology - why people stop, watch, and buy - and can say WHY an edit works, not just make it look nice. You bring your own concepts: you watch what's hitting on our socials and competitors', and pitch new ideas and hooks without being asked. You take ownership - you read the brief once, look at our last few winning videos, and ship something that belongs next to them, right the first time more often than not. You're resourceful: you find footage, music, and solutions yourself instead of getting stuck. Strong on pacing, captions, sound design, and light motion graphics. NICE TO HAVE AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs) - a real plus, about 25% of our work. Track record on performance / direct-response ads for a DTC / ecommerce brand. Sports, fitness, rehab, or anatomy / movement content experience. HOW WE WORK No micromanaging - do great work and you get freedom and a clear path to grow into a creative lead / strategist. Base salary + uncapped performance bonuses tied to what your videos deliver. Full-time, remote, long-term, with some daily overlap with EU (Amsterdam) hours. HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY) Apply here: ---------- - the short form takes about 5 minutes. It asks for: 1. An explainer video (MOST IMPORTANT): a short clip of YOU - on camera or voiceover - walking through one of your own edits: what you did and WHY. We hire on how you think and communicate, not just how you cut. 2. Two or three of your best short-form ads or social videos (links). 3. A brand you admire on social - why their videos work (hook, psychology, retention). 4. One video concept you'd make for a water-filled training product, and the hook you'd open with. 5. The monthly pay you're looking for (your asking rate) and the AI tools you use. Make every video link viewable - if it's a Google Drive link, set sharing to "Anyone with the link", or we can't open it. Shortlisted candidates get a small paid test edit before we hire. We review every application through the form above, so please apply there rather than only messaging here.
