We have a substantially built Amazon Sponsored Products dayparting tool and need an experienced engineer to complete it. The analysis side is done: OAuth account linking, hourly performance ingestion (CSV report + Amazon Marketing Stream), and an interactive CPC/ACOS heatmap that lets us design hourly bid-modifier schedules. The main missing piece is the execution layer — pushing bid adjustments back to Amazon — plus hardening auth and a few correctness fixes. The data model and scheduler scaffolding for this already exist; we need someone who can build on an existing, well-structured codebase rather than start from scratch. Required skills NestJS (v11) and TypeScript — strong. You'll be extending existing modules, DTOs, guards, and services, not greenfield. Amazon Advertising API — demonstrable, hands-on. Specifically the Sponsored Products endpoints for campaigns, ad groups, bidding, and bid adjustments/dayparting, plus how bid rules are actually applied. This is the single most important skill — please describe a real Amazon Ads integration you've shipped. Amazon LWA OAuth and token/refresh lifecycle. Prisma (v7) with PostgreSQL, including migrations and raw SQL. Next.js (v16, App Router) and React (v19) — React Query, Zod, Jotai a plus. Auth implementation: JWT / session-based auth wired end-to-end (frontend ? backend). Comfortable with an existing test suite (Jest), Docker, and reading someone else's code carefully. Nice to have AWS SNS/SQS (the Marketing Stream ingestion uses them) and S3. OpenTelemetry / Sentry. Experience with Amazon Ads API rate limits and throttling at scale. Renumeration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Estimate provided. In your application, please: 1. Link an Amazon Advertising API integration you've built and say which endpoints you used. 2. Tell us, in your own words, how Amazon Sponsored Products handles hourly bid adjustments/dayparting today, and any constraints or gotchas. 3. Confirm you're comfortable extending an existing NestJS + Next.js codebase (~90 backend files, Prisma schema, existing tests).

Senior Fullstack Engineer - Payments About OutsideHire Outside Hire is a growing outsourcing company with over 75 employees, building custom products and solutions for our clients. We're dynamic, fast-paced, and always evolving! ---------- Why OutsideHire? An inclusive and dynamic work environment that values creativity and collaboration Opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects that make an impact Perks: Competitive salary, remote work, professional development support, etc. A team that truly values your skills and contributions About the Role You will build across the payments platform: the embeddable SDK that collects card and wallet credentials, the services that create sessions and route transactions to the right gateway, the tokenization boundaries that keep sensitive card data out of our systems, and the webhook and reconciliation flows that keep money accurate. This is not a role about building forms and CRUD screens. It is infrastructure that real money flows through, where a bug is not a broken layout but a failed transaction, a double charge, or a compliance i ---------- . You will work both sides of the wire, and you need to be genuinely strong on both. What You'll Be Building The payment SDK and client layer. Hosted-fields integration with iframe isolation, a gateway-agnostic API so integrators write one integration regardless of processor, and the client-side state model for declines, 3DS, retries, and timeouts. The payment services. Session intent and gateway routing, tokenization boundaries, idempotency, HMAC-signed request flows, and the webhook and reconciliation logic that guarantees correctness. The platform around it. Versioning and deprecation so we evolve without breaking live merchants, observability across the payment path, and the developer experience for the engineers who integrate against us. What We're Looking For Required 7+ years building production software across frontend and backend Strong React and TypeScript. Not "I use React." You understand rendering behavior, state boundaries, effect lifecycles, and how to design a component API other engineers consume Strong backend. .NET and React are our core stack. You can design services, reason about API contracts, debug across the stack, and hold your own in an architecture discussion Payment systems experience. Gateway APIs, tokenization, hosted fields, webhooks, reconciliation, or equivalent work in a domain where correctness is non-negotiable Security fundamentals as instinct. Same-origin policy, CSP, CORS, XSS vectors, iframe isolation, token handling, why secrets never live in client bundles Agentic AI in your workflow. You use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalents as a daily driver, not a novelty. We build AI-native and expect you to move at that speed Testing discipline. You write tests because untested payment code is a liability, not because a policy says to Strong Plus Java, Kotlin, and Quarkus experience — strongly preferred Hands-on experience with gateway and tokenization stacks PCI DSS scope reduction, SAQ A or SAQ A-EP work 3D Secure 2 implementation Cloud and DevOps exposure (Azure or AWS), CI/CD ownership How We Work We move fast and requirements change. You will not get a fully specified ticket handed to you. You will get a problem, the business context behind it, and the autonomy to solve it. You ask the sharp question before writing code, not after shipping the wrong thing You escalate ambiguity early instead of guessing quietly You push back when an approach is wrong, with a better alternative You are comfortable working directly with product and client stakeholders You do not need to be managed into producing work you are proud of. If you have only worked in environments with detailed specs, dedicated QA, and long review cycles, you will find this uncomfortable. If you have worked in startups or fast-moving product teams, this will feel familiar. The Bar We are explicit about this because it saves everyone time. We are hiring for craft. That means naming things well, keeping abstractions honest, deleting code that should not exist, reading the gateway documentation rather than guessing, and caring what the integration feels like for the engineer on the other side. We would rather ship one correct payment flow than five that mostly work. If that sounds like unnecessary perfectionism, we are not a fit. If it sounds like how software should have been built all along, we want to talk. Please submit your CV and a short cover letter to ----------

About the Role We run a portfolio of businesses operated largely by AI agents. We are hiring an experienced Print on Demand (POD) operator whose job is not to run a POD store manually — it is to teach our AI agents how to run one. You will document your knowledge as step-by-step processes (SOPs), train the agent through examples and feedback, review the agent's output, and continuously refine its instructions until the business runs with minimal human input. This is a role for someone who has actually run POD stores and can explain why things work, not just how to click buttons. What You'll Do 1) Design the end-to-end POD workflow (niche research ? design briefs ? listing creation ? pricing ? fulfillment ? customer service) as clear, written SOPs an AI agent can follow 2) Train the agent by reviewing its niche picks, listings, titles/tags, and design briefs — approving, correcting, and explaining your reasoning 3) Set quality standards: what a good listing looks like, what gets rejected, and why 4) Monitor early store performance and translate learnings into updated agent instructions 5) Flag platform policy risks (trademark/IP issues, account health) and build guardrails into the process Required Experience 1) 2+ years hands-on experience running POD stores (your own or for clients) on Etsy, Amazon Merch, Shopify, or TikTok Shop 2) Deep familiarity with at least one POD supplier stack (Printify, Printful, Gelato, or similar) 3) Proven niche/keyword research skills (eRank, EverBee, Merch Informer, or similar tools) 4) Strong understanding of trademark/IP risk in POD and how to avoid account suspensions 5) Excellent written English — this role is mostly writing instructions and feedback 6) Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar); you don't need to be technical, but you can't be afraid of AI Nice to Have 1) Experience writing SOPs or training other VAs 2) Experience with AI-generated designs and prompt writing 3) Data-driven mindset (you track CTR, conversion, and returns, not just sales) How We Work Remote and mostly async. You'll communicate in written English via chat and short documents. Flexible hours with some overlap for check-ins. Application Questionnaire (required) Please answer all questions in English. Short, specific answers beat long generic ones. 1) Describe the most successful POD store you've worked on: platform, niche, your role, and results (revenue range or units sold is fine — we don't need exact numbers, but be specific about what YOU did). 2) Walk us through your niche research process step by step, naming the exact tools you use at each step. 3) A design idea references a popular sports team's colors and city name but not its logo. Do you publish it? Explain your reasoning. 4) What are the three most common reasons POD listings fail to sell, in your experience? 5) Have you ever had a POD account suspended or a listing taken down? What happened and what did you change afterward? 6) Have you used AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) in your POD work? Give one concrete example. 7) Imagine you must teach a very literal-minded new employee to write Etsy listing titles. Write the exact instructions you would give them (5–10 lines).

Who we are MOVE FWD www.movefwd.co is a US-based Shopify growth agency. We run content, email , and ads as one system for ecommerce brands, and we co-own a top 1 percent Shopify brand where we prove everything we sell. Our team is 20+ people across five continents. We move fast, we write like humans, and we keep people long-term. What you'll actually write This is real work waiting for you, not a maybe-someday list. Email campaigns and automation flows for a hot sauce brand during harvest season, a performance footwear brand, a magnesium sleep cream, a wine chiller, and a sports betting app. Founder-voice email s built from interview transcripts we hand you, the email has to sound like him, not like AI. Abandoned cart, welcome, and post-purchase flows inside Omnisend. Product listing copy and landing page copy pulled from the brand's own story. Daily LinkedIn posts for a financial advisor, reviewed by a compliance officer, so precision matters. SMS campaigns. Blog articles from podcast transcripts. You'll work inside our five-stage system: your copy goes to design, build, QA, and schedule, with your name on your stage. Deadlines are real because clients see the board. You'll use Claude AI daily with our custom voice prompts, we train you on the exact workflow, and your judgment on top of the machine is the entire reason we're hiring a human. What we require Excellent written English that sounds like a person, not a brochure. 2+ years writing marketing copy, email strongly preferred. You can take a founder's podcast transcript and write in his voice. Comfortable with feedback and same-day revisions. Reliable internet, Hubstaff time tracking (non-negotiable), Slack during overlap hours. Bonus: Omnisend or Klaviyo experience, ecommerce background, US brand experience. What you get Stable long-term role with a growing agency and payment reliability we treat as sacred. Training on our system and AI workflow, skills that compound. A team that communicates and leadership that answers Slack. Growth path to senior copywriter as we scale. How to apply Put the word CHILE as the first word of your subject line so we know you read this. Send your rate expectation, your rate should match your experience, if you ask for the top of the range your samples need to show it. Two writing samples, email or ad copy preferred. And this test: here is a product bullet from a hot sauce brand, "small batch roasted in Hatch, New Mexico." Write a 2-sentence email opening based on that bullet, in the voice of a founder who grew up there. No AI-generated applications, we can tell, and the test exists to prove you can do what the machine can't.

About Us Prodigy Media is a multi-brand eCommerce company established in 2013, operating primarily on Amazon with a growing push into owned traffic and direct-to-consumer channels. We manage multiple brands across beauty, personal care, and lifestyle categories. Our focus is simple: build products that convert, scale them aggressively, and turn them into real brands — not just listings. After more than a decade in the game, we’re now at a turning point. Amazon remains a core channel, but we’re actively building systems to drive external traffic, own customer relationships, and reduce platform dependency. This role is critical to that shift. Overview We’re not looking for someone who’s “interested” in marketing. We’re looking for someone who has already done it — and can do it again at scale. This role owns one thing: building external traffic engines that convert into real revenue — both on Shopify and Amazon. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, converting it through landing pages, and building owned audiences (email , SMS, communities) that we can leverage long-term. If you’ve never built a system that consistently generates traffic ? converts ? and feeds Amazon ranking/reviews — this isn’t for you. What You’ll Own 1. External Traffic Engine (Core Priority) Build and scale traffic systems outside of Amazon Drive traffic through: TikTok (organic + creator content) Instagram Facebook Influencer networks Convert traffic through high-performing landing pages (Shopify or custom funnels) Feed qualified buyers into Amazon to improve ranking, velocity, and reviews 2. Influencer & Community Ecosystem Build and manage a network of influencers and creators Turn creators into long-term brand partners, not one-off posts Develop a loyal user base / community that actively engages with and promotes our products Launch and manage UGC systems at scale 3. Paid Traffic & Performance Marketing Own and scale Facebook /Instagram Ads (Meta PPC) Understand full funnel: Cold traffic ? landing page ? conversion ? retargeting ? email /SMS Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels Track CAC, ROAS, LTV — and make decisions based on data 4. Funnel Building & Conversion Optimization Build and optimize landing pages (Shopify or funnel builders) Improve conversion rates through: Offer positioning Page structure Copy Visual flow Work closely with design + copy teams to execute high-converting assets 5. Email , SMS & Automation Build and manage email marketing systems Create automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, retention) Use tools like ManyChat for messenger automation and engagement Turn traffic into owned audiences we can repeatedly monetize 6. Cross-Department Execution Work directly with: Brand Managers Designers Operations Align campaigns with product launches and brand strategy Execute fast and iterate constantly What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable) Proven track record of building traffic systems that convert (We will ask for results. Not theory.) Deep understanding of: Amazon ecosystem (ranking, reviews, velocity) External traffic ? Amazon strategy Strong experience with: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (organic + paid) Influencer marketing at scale Meta Ads expertise (years of hands-on experience) Shopify experience (building pages, managing stores, funnels) Email marketing & automation (Klaviyo, ManyChat, etc.) Strong copywriting skills (this is not optional) Ability to build and maintain engaged audiences, not just run ads Stays current with trends, tools, and strategies — and actually implements them What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This is a high-pressure, high-output role You will be expected to test fast, execute faster, and deliver results You will have freedom to build and innovate, but accountability is non-negotiable This is not for someone learning the space — this is for someone who already wins in it Why This Role Matters We are actively building systems to reduce reliance on Amazon while still using it as a conversion engine. This role is critical to: Building owned traffic channels Creating repeatable revenue systems Turning our brands into real, scalable assets Bottom Line If you made it this far and If you’ve built traffic, converted it, and scaled it — we want to talk. If not — this isn’t the role. Please send CV directly to ---------- with the subject headline "I'm a marketing magician"

We are hiring an experienced affiliate marketer whose job is to teach our AI agents how to build and run affiliate revenue streams. You will design the strategy, document it as step-by-step processes (SOPs), train the agent through examples and feedback, and review its output until the operation runs with minimal human input. This role is for a practitioner — someone who has personally earned affiliate commissions and understands offer selection, traffic, and compliance from real experience. What You'll Do 1) Design the end-to-end affiliate workflow (offer/network selection ? content or channel strategy ? publishing ? link/tracking setup ? optimization) as written SOPs an AI agent can follow 2) Train the agent on content creation for affiliate purposes: reviews, comparisons, roundups, short-form video scripts — reviewing drafts and explaining what converts and why 3) Set up and document tracking discipline: link management, attribution, and how to read the numbers 4) Build compliance into the process: FTC/ASC disclosure rules, network terms of service, and platform policies 5) Monitor performance and translate learnings into updated agent instructions Required Experience 1) 2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing with verifiable results (commissions earned through your own channels or campaigns you managed) 2) Experience with at least two of: Amazon Associates, Impact, ShareASale, ClickBank, CJ, Involve Asia, Shopee/Lazada affiliate programs 3) At least one proven traffic channel: SEO/blog, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, email , or paid — and you can explain your playbook for it 4) Solid understanding of tracking: affiliate links, UTMs, cookies/attribution windows, EPC, conversion rates 5) Knowledge of disclosure requirements and what gets accounts banned from networks 6) Excellent written English — this role is mostly writing instructions and feedback 7) Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for content drafting Nice to Have 1) Experience building affiliate content sites or niche channels from zero 2) Experience training or managing other VAs, or writing SOPs 3) Familiarity with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or free alternatives) How We Work Remote and mostly async. You'll communicate in written English via chat and short documents. Flexible hours with some overlap for check-ins. Application Questionnaire (required) Please answer all questions in English. Short, specific answers beat long generic ones. 1) Describe your best affiliate result to date: the offer/network, your traffic channel, what you did, and the outcome (ranges are fine, but be specific about your role). 2) How do you evaluate whether an affiliate offer is worth promoting? List your criteria in order of importance. 3) Pick one traffic channel you know best. Describe your playbook for taking it from zero to first commissions, step by step. 4) What tracking metrics do you check weekly on an affiliate campaign, and what decision does each one drive? 5) Give one example of an affiliate practice that is common but violates network rules or disclosure requirements — and what you do instead. 6) Have you ever had an affiliate account rejected, suspended, or clawed back? What happened? 7) Imagine you must teach a very literal-minded new employee to write a product comparison article that converts. Write the exact instructions you would give them (5–10 lines).

Location: Remote (Philippines) Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week, depending on business needs) Working Hours: U.S. Central Time (CST) Job Description Role Overview If you enjoy creating efficient systems, keeping projects moving, and ensuring every tax engagement is delivered accurately and on time, our Tax Operations Associate role is for you. DiLucci CPA Firm has been serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. For nearly two decades, we've built a reputation for doing tax differently—by going deeper than compliance, telling clients the truth, and using the tax code strategically to protect and grow their wealth. Our mission is simple: help clients keep more of what they earn while giving them clarity, confidence, and a long-term plan. We value enjoying what we do (what we call Fun Tax Energy), moving with speed, and operating independently with a focus on the outcome. As our Tax Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of the tax team by staying client focused on follow up regarding tax and accounting open items. You'll play a key role in creating operational excellence while allowing our tax professionals to focus on delivering exceptional client service. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Open Items Follow Up Review open-item requests prepared by the tax or accounting team. Confirm that requested documents or information are actually missing before contacting the client. Contact clients regarding outstanding documents, unanswered questions, signatures, approvals, and other required action items. Follow up consistently until each item is resolved. Track every request, response, follow-up date, and current status in the firm’s systems. Escalate unresponsive clients or time-sensitive issues before they affect deadlines. Avoid requesting documents or information that the client has already provided. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding outstanding items. Clearly explain what is needed, why it is needed, and when it is due. Send concise, professional, and easy-to-understand follow-up messages. Respond promptly to client questions related to document requests and next steps. Maintain a helpful but persistent approach when multiple follow-ups are required. Ensure clients always understand their remaining responsibilities. Document Review and Organization Review submitted documents to confirm that the requested item was received. Identify incomplete, unreadable, incorrect, or missing documents. Upload, categorize, and organize files in the appropriate client folder or system. Update open-item lists immediately when documents or responses are received. Confirm that resolved items are properly closed before work is returned to the tax or accounting team. Internal Coordination Communicate with tax preparers, reviewers, bookkeepers, and other tea ---------- mbers regarding unresolved items. Ask internal tea ---------- mbers for clarification when a request is unclear or appears duplicative. Provide clear status updates on clients with outstanding items. Notify the appropriate tea ---------- mber when all requested information has been received. Escalate technical tax or accounting questions rather than attempting to answer them independently. Deadline Management Monitor due dates associated with open requests. Prioritize follow-ups based on filing deadlines, internal deadlines, and engagement urgency. Follow up before outstanding items become urgent. Maintain accurate tracking so the team has visibility into delayed or unresponsive clients. Ensure no engagement is delayed without documented follow-up and escalation. Role Expectations Open-item requests are accurate and do not duplicate information already provided. Clients receive timely, clear, and professional follow-up. Outstanding items are followed through to completion rather than simply requested once. Client responses and documents are accurately tracked and organized. Unresponsive clients are escalated early. The tax and accounting teams can quickly see what is missing and what has been received. No engagement falls behind because an open item was forgotten or not followed up on. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Tax, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field Required: Previous experience supporting U.S. tax preparation or tax operations in a CPA firm or tax practice Strong understanding of the U.S. tax return preparation process for both individual and business tax engagements Familiarity with the following U.S. tax forms is strongly preferred: Individual Tax Forms Form 1040 – U.S. Individual Income Tax Return Schedule A – Itemized Deductions Schedule B – Interest and Ordinary Dividends Schedule C – Profit or Loss from Business Schedule D – Capital Gains and Losses Schedule E – Supplemental Income and Loss Form 4562 – Depreciation and Amortization Form 4797 – Sales of Business Property Form 8582 – Passive Activity Loss Limitations Form 8829 – Business Use of Home Form 8949 – Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets Form 8995 / Form 8995-A – Qualified Business Income (QBI) Deduction Business Tax Forms Form 1120 – U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return Form 1120-S – U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation Form 1065 – U.S. Return of Partnership Income Form 1041 – U.S. Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts Form 941 – Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return Form 940 – Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return Forms W-2 and W-3 Forms 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, and 1099-INT Form 1096 – Annual Summary and Transmittal of U.S. Information Returns Ability to identify missing tax documents and proactively follow up on open items with clients and internal tea ---------- mbers until resolved Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable using cloud-based tax software, document management systems, and project management tools Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM CST – 6:00 PM CST) Our Core Values 1.
