JMW Land Co. buys vacant land in the US directly from owners and resells it to builders. Marketing brings us our deals. This seat owns it. This is a full time role, main working hours 9 to 5 US Eastern. You start with SMS, which is our biggest channel today. As you get strong there, this role grows into our other channels: direct mail, email , and potentially our website. The right person ends up running marketing for the company, not just running texts. On SMS you build and send the campaigns, keep our numbers healthy, and personally work every reply until a qualified seller agrees to a call with our sales team. Everything runs in our CRM (we use GoHighLevel). We are hiring a person, not a task doer. The best people in this seat are warm, curious, and genuinely likeable, and they are also disciplined with data. If you are one without the other, this is not the right role. WHAT YOU OWN Building and launching campaigns from our cleaned lists, on schedule Deliverability: delivery rates, opt outs, number rotation, message variation Working every reply within 2 minutes. You are the assistant and analyst, not a salesperson. You never quote a price. We give you the full playbook. Valuing the lot before you hand it off. You will learn to comp a property: what similar lots are listed at, what they actually sold for, and what the land is worth to a builder. If you have never done this, we will teach you. You do need to be able to learn it fast and apply it the same way every time. Handing a confirmed call to our sales team immediately, with complete notes A one page end of day report, and a current KPI tracker Over time, our direct mail, email , and web marketing as we expand into those channels WHAT WE MEASURE Speed to first reply - 2 minutes or less Qualified out of positive replies - 50 percent or better Replies that reach a call ask - 40 percent or better End of day report - every working day WHAT WE NEED Great personality. Warm, human, curious, easy to talk to. You are texting real American property owners, not running a script. Someone who likes being on calls. We run daily Zoom with our team, and you should be comfortable on camera and willing to hop on a call with a seller when a call is what wins the deal. If you would rather hide behind a keyboard, this is not the seat. A strong data background. Clean spreadsheets, careful numbers, and the discipline to never guess a figure. Solid Google Sheets required. Real estate experience. Land, wholesaling, acquisitions support, or agent side work. This is the single strongest thing you can bring and we will pay more for it. Willingness to learn property valuation. We teach comping. We do not teach attention to detail. A real team player. You work hand in hand with our sales team every day, hand off leads cleanly, take feedback without ego, and speak up when something is not working. Excellent written and spoken English, warm and human, not corporate. Real experience running SMS or cold outreach at volume, and real CRM experience. GoHighLevel strongly preferred. Understanding of SMS deliverability and opt out handling. Ambition to grow into a broader marketing role. Direct mail, email , or web experience is a real plus. Steady temperament. You will get rude replies and you answer every one graciously. Reliable internet, a working webcam, and your own computer. Availability to work 9 to 5 US Eastern, full time. This as your only full time role. COMPENSATION 600 USD per month base, full time salary, paid every month regardless of how many deals close. DEAL BONUS on top of base. You earn a bonus on every deal our team closes, and the rate goes up as the month gets better. Deals 1 to 10 - 25 USD each Deals 11 to 15 - 50 USD each Deals 16 and up - 100 USD each The tiers stack, they do not replace each other. A 20 deal month pays 25 each on the first ten, 50 each on the next five, and 100 each on the last five. 10 deals - 600 base + 250 bonus = 850 USD 15 deals - 600 base + 500 bonus = 1,100 USD 20 deals - 600 base + 1,000 bonus = 1,600 USD 25 deals - 600 base + 1,500 bonus = 2,100 USD The more deals our sales team closes, the more you make. Every one of those deals starts with a campaign you sent and a conversation you handled. This is a team sport and you are paid like part of the team. As you take on more channels, your pay grows with the role. HOW TO APPLY Answer these three questions. Applications that skip them will not be reviewed. 1. An owner replies to our text with only "How much?" Write your exact next message, word for word. Remember we do not quote prices. 2. What is your real estate background, and what SMS platforms and CRMs have you worked in? Describe one campaign you built yourself, roughly how many messages went out, and your reply rate. Tell us about any direct mail, email , or web marketing you have run. 3. Delivery on one of our sending numbers drops from 95 percent to 60 percent overnight. What do you check first, and what do you tell us? Also confirm you can work 9 to 5 US Eastern full time, that you are comfortable on Zoom calls, and that you are not committed to another full time client.

Amazon PPC Specialist - Pax Distribution We manage Amazon end-to-end for premium brands. You'd run the ad accounts day to day. Build the campaigns, read the data, kill what's not working, double down on what is. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it seat. We don't manage everything to one ACoS number and call it a day. Every campaign has a job, and the job d ---------- the metric. A rank-building campaign gets judged differently than a profitability one. If that made sense to you, keep reading. If it didn't, this isn't your role. What you'd actually do Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display across several brands Structure campaigns so our own products don't bid against each other Own the negative keyword work. This is where most people get lazy and it's where accounts quietly leak money Read Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics, and tell me which terms we can actually win and which we can't Know when to stop spending, not just when to spend You're a fit if You think in terms of what a campaign is for, not just its ACoS You'll tell me a keyword isn't worth it even when it looks good on paper You get that sometimes the fix is the reviews or the listing, not more ad spend You treat a budget as a ceiling, not a quota to hit You're not a fit if You manage everything to one blended ACoS target You think more spend is always the answer You need to be told what to do every day You can't explain why you made a bid change

Customer Support & Store Operations VA — Spiritual Apparel Brand (Long-Term, Hourly) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Philippine Time (shifts to 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM for part of the year — details below) Hours: 25 hours/week, guaranteed Pay: ?426 per hour worked Commitment: Long-term. We are not hiring for a project. --- READ THIS FIRST This is an hourly, billable-hours role — not a monthly salary. You report your own hours in your daily end-of-shift report. You bill for hours actually worked. We pay for hours actually worked. There's no separate time-tracking software to install or run — we trust your report. To be clear about what that means: 25 hours per week is guaranteed, not a ceiling you have to earn. We are not going to quietly cut your hours. The schedule is fixed and the work is there. It cuts both ways: You are not expected to be "on" outside your shift. When the shift ends, you're done. You are expected to be present for every scheduled shift, on time, for the full window. This is live coverage. If you're not there, our customers aren't covered. At ?426/hour and 25 hours a week, this pays roughly ?46,000/month — comparable to or better than most full-time VA roles on this board, for 25 hours instead of 40. We're paying above market on purpose, because we'd rather have one excellent person than two average ones. --- THE SCHEDULE Monday through Friday, Philippine time. Your weekends are yours. Period - Your shift (Philippine Time) - Your days March – November - 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Monday through Friday November – March - 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Monday through Friday The one-hour change happens twice a year when the US clocks shift. We'll give you plenty of notice, but you need to be able to absorb it. *Why these hours matter so much: our order cutoff with our production partner falls at roughly 12:40 PM your time (1:40 PM during the November–March period). Every size change, cancellation, and address correction that reaches us before that cutoff can still be fixed before the shirt goes to print. Everything after it can't. Your shift exists to catch those. This is the single highest-value window in our entire day. Weekend coverage is handled by a separate part-time role. You will not be asked to work weekends. --- WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS We're being specific on purpose. A vague job post attracts vague applicants. 1. All customer service — you own it You are the relationship between our brand and our customers. Not a ticket-closer. The owner. That means genuinely understanding the whole buyer journey and what a customer experiences at each step: How Shopify and Printify talk to each other — and, critically, where they don't What happens between "order placed" and "shirt at the door" Production windows, shipping windows, carrier behavior, tracking quirks Which problems can still be fixed, which can't, and where the cutoff sits on each You'll handle: where-is-my-order, sizing questions and size changes, cancellations, address changes, damaged and misprinted items, wrong items, lost packages, refunds, exchanges, and the occasional genuinely strange one. We provide detailed SOPs, response templates, and custom AI tools covering most routine scenarios. Your job is judgment, accuracy, warmth, and escalating the tricky stuff — not inventing policy from scratch. 2. Product publishing Publishing products from Printify to our Shopify store, and using our in-house tools to generate and match mockups to the correct products, colors, and variants. This is detail work. A mockup matched to the wrong color variant is a customer complaint waiting to happen. --- THE THING WE CARE ABOUT MOST: FOLLOWING THE PROCESS EXACTLY Please read this section twice. Our workflows have steps that are not optional and not obvious. A real example we can share: > When a customer asks to change their shipping address, updating it in Shopify is not enough. Shopify does not push that change to our production partner. If you update only Shopify, the shirt prints and ships to the "old" address. We eat the cost, the customer is upset, and it is unrecoverable. That's one of many. Most of our SOPs contain a step like it. *A missed step in a workflow equals money lost. Not "a little sloppy." Money, directly out of a small business. There's a second reason this matters here more than at most brands: our helpdesk, Shark Support, is a tool we built ourselves. There's no public documentation for it, no YouTube tutorial, no previous job where you picked it up. Everything you know about how it works will come from our SOPs and our training — which means reading them carefully isn't a nice habit, it's the whole job. We'll teach you all of it, and we've built the training for someone starting from zero. So we're not looking for fast. We're looking for someone who: Reads the full SOP before acting, every time — including the parts they think they already know Completes every step, in order, even when a step feels redundant Verifies the result instead of assuming the action worked Says "I'm not sure" out loud instead of guessing Tells us immediately when they've made a mistake, before we find it If you're the kind of person bothered by a typo, an inconsistent format, or an unchecked checklist item — we will get along very well. --- END OF SHIFT REPORT — required, every shift At the close of every shift you send a written EOD report in Slack. Non-negotiable, and it takes about 10 minutes: Hours worked — start, end, total Tickets touched — count, plus anything notable Refunds issued — count and total amount Exchanges / replacements created — count Products published — count Issues encountered — bullet list. Anything that went wrong, got stuck, or surprised you. SOP updates needed — anything unclear, outdated, or missing from our documentation Questions — anything you're blocked on We read these. They're how we spot patterns, fix broken processes, and d ---------- what to improve. A thoughtful EOD report is one of the most valuable things you'll produce here. --- AVAILABILITY & TIME OFF You'll maintain a shared availability calendar we can both see. Time off is requested in advance, not announced. We're reasonable — we just need notice to arrange coverage. Outside approved time off, you're expected to be present for your scheduled shift. If something urgent comes up and you can't make a shift, tell us as early as you possibly can. Things happen. Silence is the only unacceptable response. --- COMPENSATION Rate: ?426 per hour worked Guaranteed hours: 25/week (5 hours × 5 days) — approximately ?46,000/month Time tracking: None required — your daily EOD report records hours worked. Payment: Via Wise. Weekly for the first 8 weeks, then biweekly. Paid training: Yes — onboarding hours are billable from day one. Trial: Paid trial week before a long-term offer. Rate reviews: Performance-based, at 6 months and annually. Growth: Clear path to more hours as the business grows. Rates are quoted and paid in pesos, not dollars, so exchange-rate swings never quietly cut your pay. --- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE — non-negotiable Applications missing any of these four will not be considered: 1. Hands-on Shopify experience — orders, refunds, customer profiles, basic product management 2. Hands-on Printify experience (or another POD platform — Printful, Gelato, etc.) 3. At least 1 year of e-commerce customer support with a real brand 4. Strong written English that does not need editing before it goes to a customer --- TOOLS WE USE Shark Support (our proprietary helpdesk — full training provided) · Shopify · Printify · Slack · Gmail · Google Drive/Sheets · Loox --- REQUIREMENTS Stable internet (speed test screenshot required) Backup internet or a reliable mobile hotspot — this is a live coverage role Unlimited data plan Laptop or desktop with working webcam and microphone Able to reliably work Monday–Friday mornings, Philippine time Looking for long-term, stable work --- HOW TO APPLY Submit everything as one single OnlineJobs.ph message. Read the entire post before applying. A) BASIC INFO Full name, city/province Internet speed test screenshot Your desired hourly rate in PHP LinkedIn or portfolio link (if applicable) B) AVAILABILITY — be honest, we will verify 1. Confirm you can commit to 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Friday (shifting to 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM from November to March). 2. Are you currently working with other clients or employers? List each: type of work, weekly hours, how long you've been with them. 3. Given those commitments, what is your realistic weekly capacity for us? 4. If this role grew to more hours over time, what is your maximum weekly availability? 5. Do you have backup internet? Describe it. C) EXPERIENCE — 3–6 sentences each. Be specific; we can tell when answers are generic. 1. Shopify. Walk us through your most relevant Shopify role. What store, and what did you own end-to-end? 2. Printify / POD. What platform, what brand, what tasks? Order issues, reprints, variant management, uploads? Give a specific example. 3. Process discipline. Describe a multi-step workflow you personally owned. What was the step people most commonly missed — and what did you do to make sure you never missed it? 4. A mistake you made. Tell us about a time you got something wrong at work. How did you find out, what did you do, and what changed afterward? (We're not looking for "I have no weaknesses." We're looking for how you handle being wrong.) 5. Self-starter. A time you saw a problem and fixed it without being asked. D) FIT 1. Why this role specifically? Not flattery — genuine fit. 2. What would make you leave a job like this one? (Honest answers only. There are no wrong answers, but there are unbelievable ones.) 3. Where do you want to be professionally in 2 years? Responsibilities Prepare and submit credit dispute rounds for clients Review client credit reports and identify accounts/items that need to be disputed Create and process disputes through DisputeFox Follow our company's dispute procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements Keep client files and dispute statuses organized and updated Review previous dispute results before preparing the next dispute round Upload and maintain supporting documentation when necessary Contact Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, creditors, or other applicable organizations by phone when certain disputes require call-ins or additional follow-up Document the outcome of calls and any actions taken Communicate with our team regarding client files, dispute results, missing information, or issues that require additional attention Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive consumer and credit information Required Experience Applicants must have previous credit repair disputing experience You must also have: Previous experience using DisputeFox Experience reviewing consumer credit reports Understanding of the credit dispute process Experience preparing and submitting credit bureau disputes Strong attention to detail Good written communication skills Strong organization and record keeping skills Ability to follow an established dispute process Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files Reliable internet connection and computer Professional English communication skills Phone Communication You must be comfortable speaking professionally on the phone. Certain client situations may require calling credit bureaus or other organizations directly, so applicants should be confident communicating with representatives, asking questions, documenting responses, and following our procedures for call-in disputes. Work Schedule This position offers some flexibility, but you must have availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours and be available until at least 12:00 PM EST on scheduled workdays. This availability is important because some credit bureau and creditor calls must be completed during U.S. business hours. Compensation This position is paid per completed dispute round submitted rather than hourly. Compensation and expected workload will be discussed with qualified applicants. There may be an opportunity for additional workload and responsibilities as the company and credit repair department continue to grow. Application Attention Check We receive applications from people who apply to positions without fully reviewing the job description. To show that you have read the entire listing, please begin your application with the words: "DisputeFox Ready" Then, at the very end of your application, tell us one specific part of this position that you believe you would be particularly good at and why. Applications that do not follow these instructions may not be considered. Quality Expectations Because this position is paid per completed dispute round, we want to be clear that quality and accuracy are more important than speed. Each client file should be properly reviewed before a dispute round is submitted. We are looking for someone who pays attention to account details, previous dispute results, documentation, and our established procedures rather than simply processing as many files as possible. Dispute rounds that are incomplete, incorrectly prepared, improperly documented, or do not follow our process may need to be corrected before they are considered completed. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can consistently produce accurate, well-documented dispute rounds. Training We have an established dispute process and will train you on how we want disputes handled within our company. However, this training is intended to teach you our process, not the fundamentals of credit repair. Applicants should already understand credit reports, credit disputing, dispute rounds, and how to work inside DisputeFox. To Apply Please answer each of the questions below in your application: 1. How many years or months of credit repair disputing experience do you have? 2. How long have you used DisputeFox? 3. Briefly describe your normal process for reviewing a client's credit report before preparing a dispute. 4. Are you comfortable making phone calls to credit bureaus when required? 5. What hours are you normally available to work in Eastern Time? Please do not apply if you do not have previous credit repair disputing experience or have never worked inside DisputeFox.
