Digital Marketer (Social Media, Content & Ads) for a US AI Assistant App

About us. AdminAssist Ally is an AI assistant that works inside Telegram . It helps busy people in the US, like solo business owners, realtors, coaches and consultants, handle reminders, notes, questions and everyday admin. We opened our beta in September 2026 and are preparing for our full launch, with website chat and an iPhone app planned next. We also run Trade Stock Apps (TSA), our app and education brand for stock traders. We're a small, friendly remote team, and marketing is one of the most important parts of what comes next.

The role. You'll lead marketing for both brands, with Ally as the priority. TSA comes after Ally. You'll plan the strategy, create content, run ads, and show us what's working with real numbers. You'll report to our COO, who approves the plan and supports you, and you'll guide our video editor and marketing assistant.

What you'll do

• Build and run a 30, 60 and 90 day marketing plan for Ally, then for TSA
• Create content for Facebook , Instagram, TikTok and other channels, including hooks, captions, graphics and short video concepts
• Plan, launch and manage paid ads on Meta and Google
• Set up tracking so we know which posts and ads bring in sign-ups
• Own the full sign-up funnel, from first view to sign-up to first use on Telegram , and find where people drop off
• Plan and write email marketing, including welcome and follow-up email s, working with our tech team on the email tool
• Own the launch calendar for new features and apps, including our website chat and iPhone app launches
• Help US users understand how to get started on Telegram
• Send a short weekly report every Thursday with results and next steps
• Work closely with our tech team to make sure product content is accurate
• For TSA, follow our finance content rules: no promises of profits or returns

What we're looking for

• 2 to 3 years or more of hands-on social media marketing and content creation, with results you can show
• A proven track record of increasing visibility: accounts or brands you grew, with numbers before and after
• Experience running paid ads and tracking conversions (UTM links, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
• Comfortable using AI tools in your work, and able to make the final output sound human
• Strong eye for design and video (Canva and CapCut are a plus)
• Clear communicator who asks questions early, shares ideas, and speaks up when something isn't working
• Respectful and easy to work with, and comfortable working with developers, designers and a video editor
• Fluent written and spoken English for a US audience

Nice to have

• Experience marketing and launching mobile apps, SaaS or AI products, including App Store and Google Play launches
• Experience with a US audience
• Experience working with creators or influencers
• Experience with finance, investing or trading content
• Experience with email marketing and building sign-up funnels

Schedule and pay

Full time, remote, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. $200 USD per week, paid weekly. Independent contractor.
