We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company operating multiple brands across the Nordic markets, and we are looking for an exceptional Senior Meta Media Buyer to join us full-time. This is NOT a role for someone who simply launches campaigns, checks Ads Manager once or twice per day, and waits for instructions. We need someone sharp, fast, analytical, highly responsive, and obsessed with performance. You will take real ownership of our Meta ad accounts and work directly with the founder, creative strategist, UGC team, and video editors. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own and actively manage Meta Ads across multiple DTC e-commerce brands Monitor performance closely throughout the day Scale winning campaigns and creatives quickly Identify and cut or reduce losing spend before someone has to tell you Analyze ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPM, CTR, AOV, spend allocation and overall account performance Diagnose WHY performance changes instead of simply reporting that it changed Build and execute structured testing and scaling strategies Identify creative winners, fatigue, new opportunities and patterns in the data Give clear feedback to our creative strategist and editors on what creatives we need next Analyze the complete funnel when necessary — ads, landing pages, offers, conversion rate and customer behavior Keep budgets allocated toward the highest-opportunity campaigns and markets Communicate proactively when you see a problem or opportunity THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are extremely proactive. If an account starts dropping, you investigate it before we ask. If a winner appears, you notice it and act. If spend is being wasted, you do not leave it running for days hoping performance comes back. If you see something important at 9 PM, you don't ignore it simply because your normal working day ended. We move quickly and we expect the same from you. At the same time, we do not want reckless decision-making. You need to understand when Meta needs room to optimize and when action is actually required. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred Strong DTC e-commerce experience is REQUIRED Experience managing and scaling significant daily ad spend Proven track record of profitable scaling Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager Strong analytical and diagnostic ability Strong understanding of creative testing and creative strategy Comfortable managing several brands/accounts simultaneously Excellent written English Fast response times during working hours Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to make decisions independently Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Available full-time and looking for a long-term role No agencies or people juggling several full-time clients THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF You need the founder to tell you which ads should be paused You only send reports without explaining what the data means You constantly wait for approval for routine optimization decisions You let obvious losers continue spending because you “hope they recover” You are slow to respond or difficult to reach You are looking for a relaxed side job Your experience is primarily lead generation rather than DTC e-commerce WHAT WE OFFER $1,800–$2,500 USD/month depending on experience and proven ability Performance-based bonuses Long-term full-time position Significant responsibility and autonomy Direct access to the founder Multiple brands and markets to scale Strong creative team including strategists, UGC sourcing and video editing Opportunity to grow into a Lead Media Buyer / Head of Performance role HOW TO APPLY Do not send us a generic application. Your best DTC e-commerce case study, including spend, revenue/ROAS and what YOU specifically did. 4. An example of a campaign that suddenly declined and how you diagnosed and fixed it. 5. Tell us about a time you identified a problem before your client or manager noticed it. 6. Your current availability and whether you are currently working with other clients. EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS ONLY — PLEASE READ This is a senior role. We cannot train you in Meta ads, GoHighLevel, tracking, or strategy. You must already be able to do this work at a high level and bring your full expertise from day one. We provide access, the offer, clinical guidance, and fast decisions — you provide the plan, the build, and the results. If you are still learning Meta ads or GoHighLevel, this is not the right role for you. ABOUT US Evolution Health is a cash-pay medical clinic in Washington State, USA (not a med spa). We offer medically guided weight loss, women's and men's hormone replacement therapy, T-Shape 2 body contouring, and Neogen skin regeneration, plus telehealth across Washington. Our patients are mostly women 40–60 who feel exhausted and dismissed by other providers. Our tone is warm and evidence-led — never pushy or salesy. THE ROLE We're bringing marketing in-house. You will own our patient acquisition system: build it from the ground up, run it, and expand it as it proves itself. You will work independently, make recommendations, and push back when something won't work. This is NOT a VA or assistant role — we already have admin support. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Build our HIPAA-enabled GoHighLevel CRM: pipeline, lead-source tracking, automations, 7-day follow-up Build and tune an AI text assistant for instant 24/7 lead response and booking, with strict handoff of all medical questions to our clinical staff Plan, launch and optimize Meta (Facebook /Instagram) campaigns: strategy, creative (video + static in Canva), copy, targeting Tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, GA4 — booked and showed appointments must flow back to Meta Weekly report: spend, leads, booked, showed, cost per showed patient, and what you're testing next HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS Showed patients — not leads, not clicks. Day 30 (paid trial): CRM live with AI first response + follow-up, tracking sending bookings/shows to Meta, campaigns live, weekly reporting started Day 60: at least 15 showed patients per month at a lower cost per showed patient than our current baseline REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (no exceptions) 3+ years managing Meta ads yourself, with proof of $3,000+/month spend Proven results for local service businesses — medical clinic, med spa, aesthetics, dental, or wellness strongly preferred Hands-on GoHighLevel builds you did yourself (pipelines, workflows, AI/conversation tools) — not just using a system someone else built Can explain Meta's health advertising rules (personal attributes policy, prescription drug ad restrictions) and how you set up Conversions API Live screen-share walkthrough of an ad account and a GoHighLevel account you currently manage At least 4 hours daily overlap with US Pacific business hours Natural, warm American English in writing NON-NEGOTIABLES Evolution Health owns every ad account, pixel, audience, CRM, creative asset and all data. You are added as a user/partner — never an owner. Signed contractor agreement (IP assignment, confidentiality, HIPAA) before any access No patient information on personal devices or personal accounts No guaranteed results or ROAS promises — show us real numbers instead PROCESS 1. Apply with the details below 2. Paid test task (US$75): a campaign + CRM plan for one of our real offers 3. Interview + live account walkthrough 4. 30-day paid trial (paid via Wise or Deel) TO APPLY — include ALL of the following (applications missing any item will not be reviewed): 1. Start your message with the words "Showed Patients" 2. One clinic, med spa, or local service account you've run: monthly spend, cost per booked appointment, and what you changed to improve it 3. A screenshot of a GoHighLevel workflow or pipeline you built yourself 4. 2–3 ad creatives you made (links are fine) 5. Your years of hands-on Meta ads and GoHighLevel experience 6. Your hours of availability in US Pacific time 7. Your monthly rate

I run a sports analytics platform launching late October with a 500 seat founding membership offer. This role exists to fill those seats. You own the growth number and you also do the hands-on work to hit it. Platforms: X is our main channel and you need to know it deeply, including what sports betting adjacent brands can and can't do there. You'll also run Instagram, Facebook and ---------- and you must know each platform's rules for our niche, because getting an account restricted before launch is not an option. How it works: I'll give you a 30 day content calendar as a starting point, plus raw material from my team (data, designs, results). You're expected to tidy it, rewrite hooks, replace what's weak and create your own content from what we provide. If you'd simply post the calendar as given, you're not who I'm looking for. You propose the strategy, commit to targets, run the plays, measure weekly, kill what doesn't work. I approve plans and budget, you drive everything else without daily direction. This is NOT a junior social media role. Requirements: you have grown something before (an audience, a list, a community, revenue) and can show me the numbers that moved. Launch, waitlist or referral experience is a big plus. Sports knowledge helps but growth ability matters more. How to apply: the FIRST LINE of your application must be the thing you're most proud of growing and the number attached to it. Then a few sentences on how you did it, and one thing you tried that failed. Applications that don't follow this format won't be read. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid trial task (AU$20).

In the video: Introduce yourself and your work experience with US customers Tell us about a time you won back or grew a customer account This position is a monthly base pay + commissions on sales Baghouse America is a US distributor of industrial dust collector parts: filter bags, cages, pulse valves, repair kits, rotary valves and solenoids. Our customers are plant managers, maintenance managers and buyers at factories, mills, woodshops and power plants across the United States. When a dust collector goes down, their plant can stop. We help them get the right part fast, at a fair price, without the dealer markup. We are a small team, and every person matters. You will work directly with our US sales manager and our operations team. We are hiring two Account Managers Opening 1: Eastern Shift. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM–5:00 AM Philippine time while the US is on daylight time; 9:00 PM–6:00 AM from November to March). Opening 2: Pacific Shift. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Pacific Time (11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine time while the US is on daylight time; 12:00 AM–9:00 AM from November to March). This is a night shift in the Philippines, and we need you on time and on the phone for the full shift. Tell us which shift you are applying for. What you will do Your day has two parts. 1. Inbound first. When a lead comes in or a customer calls, that comes first: Answer customer calls and email s professionally Qualify new leads: what part they need, the size, the quantity, and how soon they need it Build quotes in our CRM (Odoo) and send them the same day Turn accepted quotes into sales orders and keep the customer updated until the order ships 2. Account calling the rest of the day. When the phones are quiet, you pick up the phone: Call our existing customer accounts. Check in, find out what equipment they run and what parts they use, and learn when they change out their filter bags Reconnect with past customers who haven't ordered in a while When you find an opportunity, log it in the CRM and hand it to that customer's account manager Work alongside that account manager as they quote and close it. This is how you learn the products, the pricing and how we sell, so you can grow into running accounts yourself. Log every call, email and next step in the CRM. If it isn't in the system, it didn't happen. Pay Base pay: $1,000–$1,250 USD per month, depending on experience, paid twice a month Commission: 5% of the gross profit on orders that come from leads and opportunities you find, paid monthly once the customer has paid the invoice in full Example only: if the orders you sourced bring in $20,000 of gross profit in a month, your commission is $1,000 on top of your base pay. Growth path: as you learn to run accounts on your own, you move into managing your own book of customers. Independent contractor role (you will complete a W-8BEN form). Paid US holidays. Paid time off after your first year. What we are looking for Excellent spoken and written English. You will be talking to American plant managers and maintenance people all day. You will make 40+ calls on a normal day. If cold calling makes you nervous, this role is not for you. Organized. You follow up when you said you would, and your notes are good enough that a coworker can pick up where you left off Reliable home setup: a quiet workspace, a headset, a computer, stable internet, and a backup (power bank or mobile data) Nice to have Industrial, manufacturing, HVAC, or parts distribution experience Experience reading basic technical specs (sizes, materials, part numbers) Experience with quoting or order entry How to apply (read carefully, because incomplete applications are not reviewed) Send the following through OnlineJobs.ph: Subject line: start your message with "DUST COLLECTOR – EASTERN" or "DUST COLLECTOR – PACIFIC" so we know which shift you want. Applications without this are skipped. Your resume (PDF or Word). An introduction video, 2–3 minutes, as an unlisted YouTube, Loom or Google Drive link (make sure it can be viewed without asking us for permission). In the video: Introduce yourself and your work experience with US customers Tell us about a time you won back or grew a customer account Role-play: pretend you are calling a US plant maintenance manager who bought filter bags from us 8 months ago and hasn't ordered since. Give us your first 30 seconds. Short answers to these three questions: Which CRM systems have you used, and for how long? What is your current internet speed? (Paste a speedtest.net result.) Are you available to start within 2 weeks? Shortlisted applicants will have a live phone interview on US time, followed by a short paid trial. We are looking for people who want to stay and grow with us. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.

We’re a US-based church marketing company looking for one sharp, detail-obsessed Listings Specialist to keep the Google and online listings for about 180 US churches accurate. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who gets real satisfaction from getting small details exactly right. You don’t need local SEO experience. We’ll train you on our process. You need to be organized and careful, and you need to ask when you’re not sure. When a church’s Christmas Eve service time is wrong on Google, a family shows up to an empty parking lot and may not try again. Your job is to make sure that doesn’t happen at any church we serve. The basics: Full-time and long-term. This is not a short project or a gig. Salary: $800 USD per month. Paid in USD, reviewed at 90 days. Schedule: flexible. We’ll set your hours together, and at least part of your shift will fall during Philippine daytime. This is not the full graveyard shift most US-hours roles demand. Once we agree on your hours, you’re reliably at your desk during them, every workday. 100% remote. What you’ll own: Keeping each church’s Google Business Profile complete and correct: hours, service times, photos, categories, and holiday hours Setting up and claiming each church’s listings on 25+ sites, including Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and church directories, then logging every one in our tracker Checking that each church’s name, address, and phone number match exactly everywhere they appear online, and fixing the ones that don’t Scheduling Google posts for every church. AI writes the first draft. You check it against the facts and fix what it got wrong Posting replies to Google reviews from each church’s approved templates, and flagging any negative review to our US team the same day Sending short, templated email s to church offices to collect photos, verification codes, and holiday service times Running our Christmas and Easter updates across every church: holiday hours, event posts, and local community calendar submissions Keeping our tracking spreadsheet clean enough that monthly reports build themselves You will not make phone calls to clients. This is behind-the-scenes support. Who we’re looking for: This is a faith-based role. You must be a born-again Christian who is passionate about helping churches reach more people and grow. We are especially looking for people who are active leaders in their own local church The kind of detail-oriented that notices a phone number formatted two different ways in the same spreadsheet, and can’t leave it alone until it’s fixed Organized enough to track 180 churches without letting one slip. You follow a checklist the same way every time, even on the 40th church of the day At least one year of admin, data entry, or virtual assistant work for a US business or agency. Google Business Profile or local SEO experience is a plus, not a requirement Strong Google Sheets skills. Sorting, filtering, and keeping a big tracker accurate should feel normal to you Excellent written English. Posts and review replies go out under a church’s name, and you’re the last check before they do. You catch it when AI invents a service time or a sentence sounds off You ask instead of guessing. When two sources disagree about a church’s address or service time, you check with us first Rock-solid reliability. You show up every day, on time, and you do not need to be managed This job is NOT for you if: You want creative work all day. This role is mostly data and follow-through Doing the same task for dozens of churches in a row sounds boring to you You’d rather guess than ask a question You’re planning to keep freelance clients on the side. We’re hiring your full attention You’re not a believer, or you’d rather not spend every workday on church work. Our whole business is churches. There’s no version of this job that isn’t Your internet or power situation is shaky and you have no backup plan. Deadlines don’t wait for brownouts If any of those describe you, no hard feelings. Save us both the time and skip this one. About us REACHRIGHT is a US-based church marketing agency, 10 years old, with team members across the US and the Philippines. We already have 11 Filipino teammates. We are an openly Christian company, and everyone on our team shares one mission: helping churches reach more people. We serve pastors and churches every single day. How to apply: 1. Start your application with the word “Aloha” so we know you actually read this posting. 2. Take the detail test below. List every difference you find between the church’s correct information and the listing we found online. Then tell us which mistake would hurt the church most if nobody fixed it, and why. 3. Tell us about a time you caught a mistake that everyone else missed. 4. Tell us how you are involved in your local church today. 5. Include a resume and a link to a short video (2 to 3 minutes) introducing yourself. "THE DETAIL TEST" The church’s correct information: Grace Harbor Church 1420 Oak Hollow Drive, Suite 200, Round Rock, TX 78664 (512) ---------- Sunday services: 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM The listing we found online: Grace Harbour Church 1420 Oak Hollow Dr, Suite 200, Round Rock, TX 78646 (512) ---------- Sunday services: 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM Shortlisted applicants will complete a short paid test task before we make an offer. Applications that do not start with “Aloha,” that skip the detail test, or that have no video will not be reviewed.
