Stock and Operations Work closely with Trojanβs fulfilment and operational teams. Forecast stock requirements for campaigns, promotions and creator activity. Familiar with the language, terminology and commercial mechanics of TikTok Shop. Comfortable working remotely with a UK-based leadership team. Able to provide appropriate overlap with UK and European business hours. Candidates We Are Not Looking For This role is unlikely to suit someone whose experience is mainly limited to: Uploading products or maintaining listings. Responding to customer messages. General virtual-assistant work. Creating or editing TikTok videos. Livestream hosting without commercial responsibility. Contacting affiliates without measuring their commercial performance. Producing reports without providing conclusions or recommendations. Measures of Success The successful candidate will be measured against: Growth in GMV and net sales. Gross margin and promotional profitability. Advertising return and incremental sales. Affiliate and creator-generated revenue. Improvement in conversion and product performance. Delivery of agreed client growth plans. Accuracy of sales and stock forecasts. Quality of client reporting and recommendations. Strength of relationships with TikTok and brand clients. Successful launch and growth of TikTok Shop activity in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a commercial case study and present a proposed growth plan for a TikTok Shop. Candidates must have personally owned commercial performance, not just assisted with Seller Centre administration. Job Type: Full-time Please include a short cover letter with your CV addressing the following questions: Have you personally owned the commercial performance of a TikTok Shop, with responsibility for GMV/sales, profitability, advertising and growth? If yes, please provide the TikTok Shop(s) you managed, approximate GMV/sales, and one measurable result you personally achieved. Have you presented TikTok Shop performance, commercial recommendations and growth plans directly to clients or senior stakeholders? Please provide an example. After reading the full job description, briefly explain why you believe your experience is a good match for this role, particularly your experience in commercially managing and growing TikTok Shops.

Hi! We are looking for someone who is good at finding things online. We need a product that is no longer being produced. We are looking for: Methylzene 50 mg Ephedra Hard Rock (OLD VERSION) β but only in one specific version. There are two different labels for this product. We need ONLY the one shown in this photo: ---------- . Please look at the photo carefully before you start. The wrong label is useless to us. Inside the box of the correct version are white and green tablets. Important: You will NOT find this in normal pharmacies or shops. This product only exists with online sellers, Instagram accounts, Facebook groups and Marketplace, Telegram sellers, resellers, small online distributors, stock clearance pages, wholesalers with old inventory. That is where you need to search. What you need to do: 1. Search everywhere online for sellers who might still have this product. 2. Contact the seller or company directly β message them, email them, call them. Ask if they have this exact version in stock right now. 3. Get a clear confirmation from them that they have it. Send us proof: screenshots of the chat, a photo of the stock, their contact details. 4. Best case: ask them to open a box and send a short video showing the tablets inside. This makes everything faster. We contact them and arrange the order. Payment: $500 USD finder's fee. The fee is triggered by the confirmation: once you bring us a seller who confirms they have this exact product in stock, and we can verify it, you get paid. Start now: No long application needed. Open Google, Instagram, open Facebook , start searching. The first person who brings us a confirmed seller gets paid β whoever finds it first, wins.

A working grasp of B2B sales concepts such as ideal customer profiles, funding stages, and hiring signals, enough to pick the right targets without hand-holding. Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working as a freelancer who delivers to spec. Strong written and spoken English, clear and professional in both. HOW WE WORK This is a freelance, remote engagement. Work is scoped and priced per deliverable, agreed with you upfront, rather than by the hour. You manage your own schedule and deliver completed lists to the agreed specification and timeline. Strong, consistent work can lead to ongoing engagements. HIRING PROCESS Submit your application. Complete the AI interview. Complete a live interview with the CEO and PeopleOps Manager. INCLUSION STATEMENT We believe the best teams are built from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We're a US-based technology consultancy. We build custom operations portals, backend automations, and AI-powered tools for our business clients. We're hiring a full-time developer for a long-term role. This is a stable seat, not a one-off project. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and maintain API integrations (REST/JSON, JWT auth) with third-party platforms Set up and manage Supabase: schema design, Row Level Security, auth, edge functions Deploy and maintain apps on Vercel (Next.js API routes and serverless functions) Build n8n workflows: scheduled syncs, webhooks, data pipelines, and automation flows for client projects Build and harden Playwright browser automation bots in Node/TypeScript (logins, session persistence, file downloads, error recovery) Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude) for document comparison and data extraction Write clear documentation for everything you build. This is a job requirement, not a nice-to-have. REQUIREMENTS Strong Node.js and TypeScript Real Supabase experience (Postgres, RLS, auth) n8n experience. This is a must, not optional. Playwright or Puppeteer automation against real-world sites you didn't control Solid REST API integration experience Clear written English. You must be able to explain your work in plain language. Able to work US Eastern business hours (night shift Philippine time), every working day. Please only apply if you can genuinely sustain this schedule long-term. Full-time availability (40+ hrs/week). This role is not compatible with juggling multiple other clients or freelance projects. NICE TO HAVE (not required, but these move you up the list) Next.js frontend experience, especially turning design mockups into polished, professional-looking screens Experience building AI voice agents or automated phone/call systems (any platform) WHAT WE OFFER Stable full-time salary, paid reliably Real technical ownership from day one Long-term role that grows as the company adds clients and tea ---------- mbers HIRING PROCESS 1. Short application (see below) 2. Video interview 3. Paid test project ($150 to $300, about one week of scope) 4. Full-time engagement HOW TO APPLY Start your application with the word PORTAL so we know you read this. Questions 1 to 4 are required. Questions 5 and 6 are optional, but strong answers will move you to the top of the list. Short, specific answers beat long generic ones. 1. Describe one n8n workflow you built end-to-end. What did it do, and what broke along the way? 2. Describe one Playwright or Puppeteer automation you built against a site you didn't control. How did you handle logins, sessions, and file downloads? 3. Share a link to or sample of technical documentation you wrote. 4. Confirm you can work US Eastern business hours full-time or at least a portion of the hours should overlap, and tell us your current internet speed (screenshot of a speed test is a plus). 5. Optional but encouraged: A client needs data out of an old software system every day. The system has no API, and its website actively blocks automation. Part A: give us three different ways you might still get the data reliably, and the trade-off of each. Part B: now assume every automated approach fails and you're not allowed to write any code at all. The client still needs the data flowing by next week. What do you do? 6. Optional: Have you built AI voice agents or automated phone systems? Have you built user interfaces from design files or mockups? If yes to either, tell us briefly what you built and share links or screenshots. Applications without the keyword or answers to questions 1 to 4 will not be considered.
