Full Time AI Training Generalist — Long-Term, Semi-Consistent Work (Voice Message Required)

I'm hiring detail-oriented Filipinos for AI training work. You'll be reviewing, rating, and annotating AI-generated responses to help improve how AI models think and answer. This is a job on Mercor, which is similar to other sites like Handshake, DataAnnotation.Tech, and Outlier

REQUIRED: Need to be able to check a certain website extremely often throughout the day. It's first come, first serve so if someone else gets the task before you that's like 10-15 hours of work you just missed.

PREFERRED: Prior experience with Handshake, Outlier, Mercor, or DataAnnotation.Tech

This is NOT sales, not customer service, not cold calling. No experience in AI is required — but you must be able to read carefully, follow long instructions exactly, and stay focused for the full length of your shift.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Read AI-generated answers and rate them against a written rubric
Compare two or more AI responses and pick the better one, then explain why in clear written English
Fact-check AI outputs and flag errors, made-up information, or unsafe content
Write prompts and reference answers
Label and annotate text and images
Follow detailed guidelines without deviating — guidelines change often and you must keep up

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

Strong written English (this is the #1 requirement — your feedback has to be readable and specific)
Extremely detail-oriented. Small mistakes compound in this work
Able to focus. The tasks are repetitive by design. If you get bored and start rushing, your accuracy drops and you won't last
Reliable internet and a working computer (not phone-only)
Available 10 minimum hours per week. Will be up to 40 if you stay consistent
Bonus: prior experience as a rater, reviewer, annotator, or transcriptionist

WHAT I OFFER

Rate: $12/Hour
Payment: Paypal / Remitly / Wise
Semi-consistent workload — volume rises and falls with project demand. Some weeks are full, some are lighter. I'll be upfront with you about it
Fully remote, flexible schedule
