AI Tech Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are a high-performance digital agency with 5+ years of substantial growth We are NOT looking for a social media manager. We are looking for a sharp, tech-first thinker who lives and breathes new age systems, ai, automation, and data. Some executive assistant work will be involved as well.

This is a direct-support role working directly with upper management — not in our general operations team. You will be involved in building and optimizing the technology infrastructure that powers a large-scale agency from the inside.

What You'll Work On

• AI tooling, workflow automation, and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs, APIs)
• Software stack evaluation, implementation, and documentation
• Social media data analysis — extracting insights from platform analytics, trend analysis, meta research, not managing accounts
• Research and development of new systems and internal tools
• Supporting the founder in identifying and deploying tech solutions across the business

Who You Are

• You are genuinely excited by AI and emerging technology — not just familiar with the buzzwords
• You have hands-on experience with software platforms like Notion/ Airtable, or similar.
• You understand the principal concept of APIs, data flows, and how systems connect
• You enjoy problem solving and are unafraid to ask questions in order to succeed
• You are a self-starter who takes initiative and documents your work
• You are open-minded, adaptable, and hungry for growth
• Bonus: experience with Claude Code, VS Code, Vibe Coding, Python, JavaScript, or no-code/low-code tools
• Bonus: familiarity with social media platform strategy or ecosystems (not management)
