Amazon PPC Specialist — Growth-Minded & Hands-On Location: Remote (with EU working hours overlap) Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week Who We Are Roots & Branches is a remote-first e-commerce company building purpose-driven brands in the wellness and ergonomics space. Our portfolio includes Ella Sleeps (sleep products), Backerz (ergonomic seating), Fitage (fitness & health devices), Yunioo (baby & nursery), and Fae (personal care), sold across Amazon marketplaces in Europe and the US. We're a lean, fast-growing team and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. About the Role We're looking for someone who genuinely knows Amazon PPC and has real, hands-on experience building and scaling profitable campaigns. At the same time, the person behind the CV matters just as much: someone hands-on, hungry to grow, and who thinks about the actual impact of their work, not just the tasks on a to-do list. The fundamentals of PPC and the mentality to run campaigns every day, you bring with you from day one. The specific tools, dashboards, and internal workflows we use, we'll teach you. You'll manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across multiple brands and markets, with responsibility for strategy, execution, and reporting. This is a hands-on role with clear SOPs, real ownership from day one, and room to grow as our company expands. Who You Are You have at least 3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, ideally across international markets, and can speak confidently about bidding strategy, keyword structure, and what actually drives profitability. You take ownership, when something's off, you dig in and fix it, while keeping communication open: updating on progress and asking for help when you hit roadblocks. You're hungry to grow, you see this role as a real step in your career, not just a job, and you want to get better every month. You think in impact, not tasks. Before making a change, you ask yourself what it will actually do to revenue, profit, or TACoS. You have a business mindset: you optimize PPC toward total revenue, profit, or TACoS. Not just ACOS in isolation. You're familiar with keyword/performance tools such as Helium10, DataDive, or similar. You have sharp attention to detail. You can't live without a tight, well-maintained negatives list. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal: clear, tight, and consistent. Nice to have: experience with a PPC automation tool such as Scale Insights or Pacvue. Also, if you are actively using Claude/ChatGPT to manage campaigns is a plus. What You'll Do Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Conduct keyword research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to find growth opportunities. Analyze performance data continuously and adjust strategy to improve ACOS, TACoS, and overall profitability. Not just clicks and impressions. Build and refine bidding strategies as you learn our brands and markets. Collaborate with the wider e-commerce team to keep advertising aligned with business goals. Pull and interpret data from our dashboards and reporting tools to spot trends and suggest next steps. Deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting: what's working, what isn't, and what you'd do about it. What We Offer Competitive monthly salary, based on experience and level of independence. Fully remote and flexible work, with guaranteed EU working-hours overlap (no graveyard shifts, only evenings sometimes). Performance-based bonuses Health insurance & pension funds of an extra 80 USD after 3-months probationary 25 holidays per year A genuine growth path: as you prove yourself, more ownership and responsibility follow. The chance to make a visible, direct impact on the growth of multiple international brands. A 40-hour work week with a healthy work-life balance. A young, international, and ambitious team that's passionate about health, design, and building online brands. How to Apply To apply, please fill out the short application form: ---------- Note: applications will only be considered if the form is completed and the video is included. We do not want a general video. Please make one specifically why you think you are a great fit for R&B.

We run a digital marketing business that launches direct response offers — mostly VSL-driven info products on Facebook . I need a full-time editor who can take a script or brief and turn it into an ad that actually converts, fast, using AI. The work runs almost entirely through Higgsfield and Descript... ...so you need to be genuinely fluent in both. Higgsfield for generating and directing AI footage, Descript for assembling, cutting, and cleaning up the edit. If you bring real prompting taste on top of that (Kling, Veo, image models), even better. What you'd actually be doing Turning ---------- and DR scripts into Facebook ads, start to finish Generating and directing AI footage in Higgsfield that matches the emotional beat of each line Editing, pacing, and polishing in Descript Choosing footage that hooks in the first 3 seconds and holds through the close Producing volume without the quality sliding What I'm looking for Real Higgsfield + Descript experience. This is the core of the job. If these aren't already part of your workflow, this role isn't for you. An eye for what converts. Not just clean edits — ads with tension, emotion, and a reason to keep watching. I'll teach you what works for my specific offers; after that, you should be able to run with minimal hand-holding. Instinct for footage. You know which clip carries the hook, which sells the story, which lands the close. Speed and self-direction. You move fast and manage yourself. You catch your own mistakes. Glitched generations, audio that's out of sync, typos, jump cuts that shouldn't be there — you fix them before I ever see them. Errors that bounce back slow us both down. A DR background, not a brand one. You've made ads meant to sell, not corporate brand videos. How it works Strong applicants go straight to a paid trial: a real brief, tested on a live offer. If the work's good, we talk rate and move quickly. To apply Start your reply with the word "Riptide" so I know you read the whole thing. Then send a Google Drive link to the recent direct response ads you've made. Don't send a CV. I only care about the work. If it's strong, I'll reach out. — Lux

About Us We're Premium Invention, a fast growing e-commerce company selling premium solar-powered security cameras to property owners across North America. We're expanding our product line, and we need the person who makes everything we ship look premium. Every page, every image, every pixel. About This Role You own how Premium Invention looks everywhere a customer sees us. Every landing page, every ad, every email , every product image. Premium is our positioning, and you are the person who makes premium visible. This is not a support role where someone hands you a brief and you make it pretty. You will have real input on how the brand looks and feels. We hire designers for their taste and their opinions, not just their execution. What You Will Own Product landing pages and campaign pages, designed separately for desktop and mobile. 80% of our buyers are on mobile, so mobile is not an afterthought. AI-generated product imagery. Lifestyle scenes, hero shots, feature visuals using tools like Midjourney or Flux. You should be fast and comfortable working with AI as part of your daily workflow. Ad creative for Meta and Google. Email designs for Klaviyo campaigns and flows. The design system that keeps everything consistent. Spacing, components, typography rules, color usage. Occasional product support: packaging layouts, instruction manuals, product branding placement. This is maybe 10% of the role, not the core. What We Are Looking For 4+ years designing for e-commerce or DTC brands. Your portfolio must include live website URLs with shipped pages. Concept work and Dribbble mockups alone will not qualify. Premium visual taste. Your work should feel like it belongs next to Apple or a well-funded Kickstarter hardware launch. Clean, minimal, confident. Obsessive attention to detail. You are the person who notices 4 pixels off before anyone else does. Fast with AI, finished by hand. You use AI image tools for speed and volume, but your judgment and polish make the final output. You can show us the AI draft vs. your finished version and explain every change you made. Expert-level Figma. Clean auto-layout, organized components, files that another designer could pick up without a walkthrough. You design for conversion, not applause. You think about what makes someone click, scroll further, or buy. You bring ideas to the table, not just execute what is asked. Comfortable with time tracking through Hubstaff. Full-time hours with at least 3 to 4 hours of daily overlap with North American mornings for real-time collaboration. What We Offer $2,200 to $3,000/month depending on experience. Full-time, long-term position. Short feedback loops and real ownership. No design-by-committee, no three rounds of approvals. You ship work that customers see within days, not months. Who should NOT apply If your portfolio is only concept work, school projects, or unreleased designs. We need to see live pages that real customers have used. If you have never designed for products sold at a premium price point. Our products compete against cheaper alternatives, and the design needs to match the positioning. Premium product design requires a completely different instinct. If you only manage other designers or agencies but do not personally design. This is a hands-on role. If your experience is only print, branding identities, or logo design with no web or e-commerce work. If you cannot commit to full-time hours with time tracking. This is not a side project. How to apply We do not respond to direct messages on onlinejobs.ph Please complete the form below ----------

This starts part-time (20-25 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time for the right person. Creativity and visual quality come first. We're not looking for someone who fills a template — we're looking for someone with a real eye, who can make every post look like it belongs in a premium brand's feed, not a generic small-business account. What you'll do: Design and edit content (feed posts, carousels, Reels/TikToks, Stories) using Canva and CapCut — with a consistently elevated, polished aesthetic Adapt video/photo assets into branded templates — distinct, consistent look per brand, no cross-contamination of style Write captions and short-form copy in each brand's own voice Pitch original content ideas and trend-driven concepts weekly — we want a creative partner, not just an executor Stay current on platform trends (TikTok, Reels, Pinterest) and flag what's worth testing Schedule and publish posts, manage basic community engagement Keep a content calendar organized and hit posting deadlines without reminders You are: Fluent in Canva and CapCut (show us — don't just tell us) A genuinely strong visual eye — you can tell the difference between "fine" and "scroll-stopping," and you default to premium, never generic Creative first — you bring ideas, references, and formats we haven't thought of Genuinely online — you know what's trending before your friends send it to you Organized and self-directed; you don't need reminders to hit a deadline A strong English writer, comfortable adapting tone across different brands Reliable and punctual — this is a real commitment, not a side gig you'll ghost Nice to have: Experience managing multiple brand accounts at once Basic photo retouching / color grading sense Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or parenting content niches Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience. Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. To apply: Apply through OnlineJobs.ph. Please include: 2-3 samples of social content you've designed (link to Drive, portfolio, or Instagram) — prioritize samples that show a premium, editorial look, not just "on-brand" basics One sentence on the last trend/format you tried before it went mainstream (To confirm you read the full post, start your application with the word "TRENDSETTER" in the subject line.)

Only applications submitted through this link will be reviewed --> ---------- Brass Animals is a fast-growing live entertainment company offering brass bands, jazz combos, dance bands, and second-line parade experiences for weddings and corporate events across the US. We operate a nationally distributed musician model and are scaling toward $2M+ in revenue. We're a small, high-velocity team that runs on smart systems, AI-powered workflows, and a bias toward execution over process. The Role We're scaling our paid media efforts across Google Ads and Meta, and we need someone to own the day-to-day management layer around it: keeping track of what's running, what it's costing us, and where it needs attention. This is not a traditional project manager role. We don't want Gantt charts and status decks. We want someone who can get hands-on with ad management — checking in on active campaigns and tasks, tracking ad spend, and flagging what's working and what isn't — while building lightweight workflows that keep things visible without adding bureaucratic overhead. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead, with visibility into the role also shared with our CEO. What You'll Own In the first 30 days — launch coordination: Keep a simple tracker across our active growth workstreams (Vapi/Make speed-to-lead bridge, Meta campaign launch, Google Ads optimization, GHL/GCLID offline conversion tracking, Meta CAPI setup, Loveable sales dashboard) so we always know what's launched, what's in progress, and what's blocked Regular check-ins (async or a quick daily standup) with workstream owners to surface blockers early Help close the gaps that fall between lanes — the “whose job is this exactly” tasks, like coordinating the GHL ? Google Ads closed-won conversion connection between our CRM specialist and our Google Ads manager A weekly update to your manager (and visible to the CEO as needed) on what launched, what's blocked, what's at risk, and what needs a decision Ongoing — ad management and channel visibility: You'll be accountable to a short list of metrics, not a long list of tasks: Cost per qualified lead by channel — you help keep this measurable and flag in your weekly update where budget might need to shift across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and organic Lead-to-call-booked conversion rate — you help track where leads are dropping off stage by stage, and coordinate with sales and CRM to address it Closed-won attribution — you help keep the GHL ? Google/Meta conversion loop and channel tagging clean so deals can be traced back to a channel Specialist alignment — supporting Danko, Adel, and Alex in staying pointed at the same conversion goals and sharing what they're learning, rather than optimizing in isolation Workstream launch velocity — in the first 30 days, the goal is simple: did things ship on time and do they work What We're Looking For Must-haves: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at the campaign management level — you don't need to be a specialist, but you need to know enough to ask the right questions and recognize when something's wrong Comfortable tracking and reporting on ad spend — you can build and maintain a simple, reliable tracking system Active user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for real work — not just writing assistance, but workflow support and data synthesis Strong async communicator; comfortable managing up and across a distributed team via Slack and Loom US hours availability (PST preferred) Strong differentiators: Experience with a CRM (GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) at the workflow level Familiarity with offline conversion tracking (Google Ads GCLID, Meta CAPI) Experience with Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms Has worked in a high-velocity small team where you wore multiple hats and figured things out independently Mindset: You default to “I'll figure it out” before “I need more information” You manage by outcomes, not activity You're comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities You'd rather send a 3-minute Loom than write a 10-paragraph status email Work Schedule and Compensation Expected Hours: 40 hours per week Typical Shift: Monday to Friday, US Pacific Timezone Work Arrangement: Remote Salary: US$800.00 - $1,000.00 / monthly

They must communicate a clear message and support measurable business results. You are highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or comparable professional design software. You can quickly understand different target audiences, products, offers, and communication angles. You work in a structured and reliable manner and can implement feedback quickly and carefully.
