Etsy Virtual Assistant — Listings, Canva, Pinterest and Facebook

Hi there!

My name is Leila and I’m looking for a creative, reliable assistant to help grow my Etsy shop and manage ---------- and Facebook content. Templates, instructions, and brand guidelines will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating design variations in Canva using provided templates
• Creating, optimizing, and publishing Etsy listings with provided listing software
• Preparing product mockups, graphics, and short videos
• Creating and scheduling ---------- pins and Facebook posts
• Helping with relevant Facebook group marketing
• Responding to Etsy messages and keeping tasks organized
• Providing brief progress updates and monthly performance summaries

Strong Canva skills and Etsy listing experience are required. Pinterest, Facebook marketing, and basic video-editing experience are preferred.
