ABOUT VTC Views To Clients helps B2B founders, SaaS companies and leading brands build profitable YouTube channels. We started 2026 at approximately $100,000 per month and have since grown to around $500,000 per month. Our target is to reach $1 million per month by the end of 2026. Our clients and work include names such as Gary Vee, ManyChat, Instantly AI and Glencoco. We have helped build some of the leading business channels in their niches, generating millions of views, subscribers and attributable revenue. Our mission is to become undeniably and irrefutably the best team of experts for building profitable business YouTube channels. We now need exceptional people who can make sure every client receives the standard of service, execution and care that this mission requires. About the Role We're looking for a copywriter with direct response experience specifically within the info product / personal brand / coaching space, who is also a highly experienced YouTube scriptwriter. This is a dual-skillset role — not a generalist copywriting role, and not someone who dabbles in video scripts on the side. We need someone who deeply understands how offers, funnels, and messaging work in this industry, and who can write YouTube scripts that hold attention, retain viewers, and drive action. What You'll Do Write direct response copy across [sales pages, email s, ad copy, landing pages — adjust to what's actually needed] Write and structure YouTube scripts (hooks, retention structure, pacing, CTAs) for long-form and/or short-form content Translate offers and positioning into copy that speaks directly to our audience, on and off platform Work closely with the team to understand brand voice and audience psychology specific to the info product space [Add any recurring deliverables — e.g. weekly email sends, launch sequences, weekly video scripts, etc.] What We're Looking For Proven experience writing for info products, coaching, courses, or personal-brand businesses — copy experience limited to other industries (e.g. e-commerce, SaaS, agencies) will not be a fit for this role Significant, hands-on YouTube scriptwriting experience — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who has written scripts that have actually performed (retention, watch time, views), not someone who's only written a few as a side skill Strong grasp of direct response copywriting principles (not just "brand" or awareness copy) A focused skill set — we're looking for someone specialized, not someone listing five-plus unrelated skills or services Ability to write copy that reflects a founder/creator's voice authentically, not generic brand-speak Agency, SaaS, creative-production or other high-touch recurring-service experience is strongly preferred. Application Requirements 1. Please include at least 5 solid YouTube script samples and their YT video links. 2. Please also include samples of copy specifically written for info products, coaching, or personal-brand companies 3. Include context on the brand/niche each sample was written for and the result if available (open rates, conversion, sales, etc.) Applications without REQUIRED detailed above AND strong YouTube script samples will NOT be considered COMPENSATION $10–$15 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

I'm hiring the person who answers before I finish asking. You know the one. The friend who replies to the group chat in under a minute. The coworker who already made the doc before the meeting ended. The person who hears "someone should handle that" and has it handled before anyone figures out who "someone" was. If that's you, keep reading. If you're stuck in a job where you're doing that already and nobody's noticed, definitely keep reading. I'm Hunter Garnett, a personal injury lawyer and the owner of Garnett Patterson Injury Lawyers in Huntsville, Alabama. I run a team of dozens, and I work in bursts — early mornings, late nights, weekends, whenever the case needs it. I try to respect my team's time. But I'll be honest: the fastest way to impress me is to be responsive. Nothing else comes close. Here's the real job. You'll own my inbox. Triage it, answer what you can, flag what needs me, and make sure nothing sits. You'll sit in on my meetings, take the notes, and turn my scattered thinking into a clean list of what happens next. You'll run my to-do list, and I mean run it: delegate what belongs to someone else, knock out what you can yourself, and keep the big-ticket items in front of me so I stop drowning in the small ones. You'll watch our dashboards and KPIs and tell me when a number moves before I have to ask. The short version: your job is to reduce the noise in my life so I can do the part only a lawyer can do. Here's why this role is different from the last EA job you looked at. You won't stay an EA. As you earn trust, you'll start helping me oversee our mid-level managers and track performance across dozens of team members. If you've got a background in digital marketing, operations, or project management and you're ready for more responsibility than your current job will give you, this is where you get it. Personal injury experience is a huge plus but not required. Being sharp, organized, and fast is. What this is not: a wait-for-instructions job. We do a daily check-in and a weekly tag-up. Between those, you figure out what needs to happen and you make it happen. If you need someone standing over your shoulder, you'll be miserable here. If you've been waiting for someone to get out of your way, you'll feel like we built this for you. The details. Full-time. Remote. Flexible hours, but you need real overlap with US Central business hours and you need to be reachable. Pay: $7.50–$12.50/hour, reviewed as your responsibilities grow. We're a faith-driven firm and our Christian faith shapes how we treat clients and each other; you don't have to share it, but you should be comfortable working somewhere it matters. Tools we live in: Filevine, Microsoft 365, and Asana. Target start: as soon as we find the right person. P.S. To apply, email ---------- with the subject line "I answer before you finish asking" and tell me about a time you fixed a problem before your boss knew it existed. Best answers get read first. Fast replies get noticed.

I'm hiring someone who's already done this job. Probably for someone who didn't pay you what you were worth. You've run an executive's calendar and inbox for years. You've managed managers. You've tracked KPIs for a team, sat in the meetings that mattered, and quietly held the whole operation together while someone else's name was on the door. You're good at it. You're tired of being underpaid for it, or of doing it somewhere the culture drains you. This is a real job, with real authority, for that person. I'm Hunter Garnett, a personal injury lawyer and the owner of Garnett Patterson Injury Lawyers in Huntsville, Alabama. We're a growing firm with dozens of team members. I work around the clock and on weekends when a case demands it, and I need a right hand who can keep pace. I respect my team's time. But the simplest way to earn my trust is responsiveness, and I'll never pretend otherwise. Here's the honest version of the job. You'll be the gatekeeper for my inbox and the keeper of my commitments. You'll take the notes in every meeting I'm in and turn my thinking into action items with owners and deadlines. You'll own my to-do list: delegate what should be delegated, complete what you can, and ruthlessly protect my focus for the things that actually move the firm. You'll monitor our dashboards and KPIs and bring me the story behind the numbers. And then the part that makes this a senior role: you'll help me oversee several mid-level managers and track performance across dozens of team members. When something's slipping, you'll know before I do, and you'll already have a plan. I'm looking for someone well-rounded. Operations and management experience is essential. Project management and digital marketing experience are strongly preferred. A background in personal injury law is a huge plus, because you'll understand the rhythm of the work without a long ramp-up. You need to be tech-forward: comfortable in Filevine, Microsoft 365, and Asana, and quick to pick up whatever we adopt next. We run on a daily check-in and a weekly tag-up. Beyond that, you operate independently. If you need direction to function, this isn't your role. If you've been waiting for someone to hand you the keys, it is. A word on culture, because I know that's part of why you're reading. Our Christian faith is central to why this firm exists and how we treat people. We're not going to make it a job requirement, but if you've wanted to work somewhere your values aren't checked at the door, you'll find that here. The details. Full-time. Remote. Flexible schedule with meaningful overlap with US Central business hours, and reachable when it counts. Pay: $12.50–$17.50/hour, and I'm willing to pay for experience. Target start: as soon as we find the right person. P.S. To apply, email ---------- with the subject line "Right hand" and tell me about the hardest team or executive you've ever kept on track, and what you'd do differently now. The best answers get read first. The fastest ones get remembered.

We run a fast-growing online community for people learning how to flip vacant land in the US. It lives on Circle and has about 2,700 free members and 100+ paying students in our flagship program, LandClosers Blueprint. The community is growing every week and we need one person to own it. This is not a "post a meme and log off" role. You will be the first person our members hear from, the person who answers their questions, keeps the conversation going, spots the members who are ready to go deeper, and makes sure our paying students actually get results. You'll work directly with the founder (me) and report to me daily. You do not need real estate experience. We will train you on everything about land flipping and our course. What I can't train is caring about people, writing clearly, and following through. That's what I'm hiring for. What you'll do Community moderation (free community, ~2,700 members) Approve posts, remove spam and self-promotion, enforce the community rules Reply to member questions and comments daily. If you don't know the answer, find it in our course materials or flag it to me Tag me on the questions that need my voice, and keep a running list so I can answer them in batches Watch for problem members, drama, or anyone bad-mouthing the program and handle it calmly Weekly engagement content Post 3–5 pieces of content per week to keep the free community active: discussion prompts, polls, "share your wins" threads, member spotlights, quick tips pulled from our course Track which posts get the most engagement and do more of what works Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for the community Customer success (paid students, ~100 and growing) Onboard every new paying student: welcome message, make sure they're in the right Circle spaces, confirm they know where to start Check in on students who haven't logged in or posted in 2+ weeks and get them re-engaged Answer support questions (login issues, "where do I find X", access problems) and escalate anything technical to me Collect student wins and testimonials as they happen and log them in a shared doc Keep a simple weekly report: new members, engagement, active students, at-risk students, open questions for me Spotting members who are ready to upgrade Notice free members who are active, asking good questions, and clearly serious. Start a real conversation with them, learn what they're working on, and point them toward the course or a call with me when it fits This is not cold pitching and not spamming links. It's paying attention and being helpful. I'll give you exactly how we talk about the program and when to bring it up Keep a running list of warm members and what stage they're at Who this is for You write clear, friendly, natural English. Most of the job is written communication with Americans, so this matters a lot You've moderated or managed an online community before (Circle, Skool, Facebook Group, ---------- , Mighty Networks). Circle experience is a big plus but not required You are organized. You can juggle a queue of DMs, a content calendar, and a weekly report without dropping things You genuinely like helping people and you're patient with beginners who ask the same questions over and over You are self-directed. I will give you SOPs and training, but I'm not going to micromanage you. You need to be the type who sees something that needs doing and does it You can work in US Eastern hours for at least part of your day Bonus: interest in real estate, investing, or online business. You'll learn a lot here Who this is NOT for If you want a job where you just approve posts and delete spam, this isn't it If you're uncomfortable starting conversations with people you don't know, this isn't it If you're juggling 4 other clients and can only give this a few hours here and there, this isn't it

This gig or part-time job is expected to last about 16 weeks, at the least, with about (average) 5 hours a week of work. This gig may become a long-term part-time teaching assistant position.
