CURRENT & FUTURE STATE We already have GoHighLevel set up, with CRM pipelines, client communications, and several automations in place. We're not looking for someone to build a new GHL account from scratch. We need someone who can understand how our business operates, assess what's working and what needs improvement, and translate our processes into reliable automations. Priorities: Improve the reliability and efficiency of existing workflows. Reduce manual administrative work for our small team. Strengthen prospect follow-up, client onboarding, and program management. Improve visibility into where prospects and clients are in their journey. Organize contacts into accurate, structured Excel or Google Sheets files. Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other appropriate AI tools to accelerate research, categorization, and quality checks. Reduce manual copying, data cleanup, and repetitive list preparation. Create a repeatable process that can be customized for individual clients. We're looking for practical solutions that respect platform restrictions and data privacy requirements, rather than unreliable scraping methods. 3. Business Process Improvement Beyond individual automations, we'd value someone who can look at how our systems work together and identify opportunities to simplify operations. This might include connecting GHL with our scheduling, email , payment, client tracking, and reporting tools. Tools We Use Essential experience: GoHighLevel (GHL) — strong hands-on automation experience. LinkedIn Sales Navigator — familiarity with prospect research and targeted list building. Is thoughtful about cost and avoids unnecessary tools or overly complicated solutions. I don't necessarily know the technical terminology for everything I want to achieve. I need someone who can ask the right questions, understand the intended result, and turn that into a working solution. TO APPLY Please answer the following: How long have you worked with GoHighLevel? What types of GHL automations have you built? Describe a relatively complex automation you've implemented and the business problem it solved. Are you comfortable improving an existing GHL setup rather than starting from scratch? Have you built AI-assisted lead-generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator research, or automated spreadsheet workflows? Please describe an example. What is your hourly rate and preferred working arrangement? What is your availability and time zone? Please also send a short Loom or video showing an automation you've built in GoHighLevel, explaining what it does and how it works. You can use a demonstration account or remove confidential client information. INITIAL PROJECT & OPPORTUNITY We'd like to begin with a small, paid project reviewing our existing GHL setup, identifying the highest-priority improvements, and implementing one agreed-upon automation. This will give us an opportunity to evaluate your technical skills, communication, and working style. If we're a good fit, we'd like to develop an ongoing relationship for GHL maintenance, additional automations, and AI-assisted process improvements.

Company Overview The Compliance Services Organization didn't exist. We built it. MedPro Disposal is the nation's largest privately-held medical waste company, serving 35,000+ healthcare providers across 48 states for the past 15 years. On that foundation, we launched MP1 Solutions to pioneer the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined healthcare compliance for decades. MP1 Solutions extends MedPro Disposal's operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we're actively building — and leading — with a technology-forward approach that's making this model smarter, faster, and more scalable as we grow. What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf. Why it matters: Regulated facilities across the country are managing compliance the same fragmented way they always have. We're changing that, backed by 15 years of MedPro Disposal's operational credibility — and we're looking for people who want to help build what comes next. Our technology: We're actively building the AI infrastructure that sits behind this model — automating compliance tracking, surfacing risks before they become problems, and creating a system that gets smarter with every client we add. If you want to build at the intersection of compliance and technology, you're in the right place. Our impact: Our clients never have to worry about something falling through the cracks — obligations are coordinated, tracked, and documented in one place. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and deliver proof of compliance that always keeps practices inspection ready. Every client has one dedicated account manager who owns their program end to end. And unlike a traditional vendor relationship, our model is designed to get better over time — continuously re-evaluated, optimized, and improved with every client we serve. Position Overview: The moment a client signs with MedPro Disposal or MP1 Solutions is the moment their experience with us truly begins — and the MP1 BDR owns introducing our additional ancillaries with our existing client base. This role is to help schedule appointments with our existing customer base, introducing our clients to their MP1 account executive, in order to conduct a formal service review as well as introducing the additional services they currently don’t utilize with us. Key Responsibilities: Current Client Outreach: Regularly contact existing customer base via phone calls to schedule appointments with our MP1 account executive Ability to proficiently articulate the value in scheduling time with MP1 to do an account review Ability to respond to unique customer questions, such as service-related issues Submit and communicate unique requests/escalations to appropriate internal team member(s) Appointment Scheduling & Administrative tasks: Collaborate with MP1 AEs to schedule appointments at the appropriate time Call follow ups and email reminders day of the appointment Update client information in CRM fields for accuracy Measure and track performance on a daily basis Required Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience in a client onboarding, account setup, customer success, or operations coordination role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned quotas, KPIs, or performance targets. Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency — comfortable with data entry, account management, task tracking, and basic reporting. Excellent verbal communication skills — able to represent MedPro and MP1 professionally in all client-facing interactions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple concurrent accounts without errors or dropped tasks. Appointment scheduling – Follow up email s and AE coordination for introductory meetings Proactive problem-solver who identifies and resolves issues before they reach the client or escalate to management. Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and client support Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort learning new internal systems quickly. Healthcare, compliance, or regulated B2B service industry experience preferred but not required. Nice-to-Have: Experience with medical waste, environmental services, or compliance program onboarding. Familiarity with EOS/Traction operating framework. Experience building or improving onboarding workflows or standard operating procedures. Compensation & Benefits: $650 base salary per month; Pay Frequency: Weekly payments Full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST with weekly pay Paid time off and U.S. holidays Long-term remote role with growth potential within a U.S.-based organization Work anniversary bonuses Collaborative and performance-driven culture focused on professional development and results Performance-driven environment with clear daily KPIs tied to call activity, appointment setting, and show rates Opportunity to work directly with Sales and Account Executive teams, contributing to client expansion and revenue growth Opportunity to grow within a scaling sales organization supporting MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions Exposure to B2B client engagement, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional collaboration Technical Requirements: Personal laptop or desktop (i5 5th gen or AMD equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum) Stable primary internet connection (at least 25-30 Mbps) + backup internet source Noise-canceling headset and quiet, dedicated work environment Application Process 1.
