Instagram carousel copywriter ---------- We're Digital Wealth Lab. We teach corporate people how to start AI marketing agencies for local businesses, and Bruno's Instagram is where most of that audience comes from. The account works because we skip the guru theater and just show the actual system. We need a writer who can keep it that way while we post more. This role is carousels. That's it. Not email sequences. Not landing pages. Not blogs. Not single-image posts with a clever caption. We're hiring someone who specializes in multi-slide Instagram carousels and has the receipts to prove it. Carousels are their own format with their own rules. Slide one has to earn slide two, slide two has to earn slide three, every break is a decision, and the last slide has to convert attention you spent nine slides building. Writing one good line is not the job. Holding a reader across ten of them is. The job Daily carousels for Bruno. You draft with our AI system to move fast, then rewrite it line by line until it's actually good. The AI gets you a draft. You write the post. Daily carousels in Bruno's voice, hook slide through CTA slide Structure that holds the swipe: one idea per slide, breaks that pull, no dead middle Hooks that stop the scroll, closing slides that get DMs QA every post against the voice, the format specs, and our guidelines Brief the designers so slide copy and slide design aren't fighting each other Track swipe-through, saves, shares, and DMs — what hits, what flops, what gets flagged — and fix the system off it Own the lead and growth numbers from organic Reels may come later once you've got the voice down, but carousels are the job and carousels are what we'll judge the work on. Who we want Not entry level. This is for someone already good at social who wants a bigger seat: real numbers, daily output, a small team, and a say in how the whole thing runs. You should have: A carousel portfolio. Actual multi-slide posts you wrote, ideally for influencers, coaches, or personal brands. Bonus if it's biz-op, finance, or self-improvement. Send slides, not tweets. Run an actual Instagram account day to day. You've watched your own carousels save and die, and you can explain why. Copy you'd defend. You can pull a reader from slide one to the CTA, and you know a good hook from a bad one without calling a meeting about it. A marketer's eye. Look at a post and tell us whether it's built to grow, to capture leads, or to sell. AI already in your workflow. You prompt Claude or GPT, you call out a weak draft, and you never ship the first thing it hands you. Nice if you've got: theme page or shoutout experience, an info-product or high-ticket background, work for a 100k+ creator, funnels that turn attention into calls or sales, or ghostwriting in someone else's voice. Who we're not looking for Being direct so nobody wastes a day on the task: * *Email marketers. Sequences are a real craft. It isn't this one. Single-slide / static post writers. One graphic and a caption is a different skill. Landing page, blog, SEO, or ad copywriters looking to cross over into social. Generalists whose portfolio is mostly the above with a couple of carousels at the bottom. If that's you, you're probably great at what you do. You're just not who we're after here. Two things we won't budge on The voice is Bruno's. If you'd rather write like yourself, you'll hate this. Hours are 4 AM to 12 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. How to apply No test task, no consideration. Finish the whole thing and you'll hear back either way. 1. Five-minute video. Loom or whatever you've got. Who you are, why this role, why you, how you use AI, and the carousels you've written for creators or brands. 2. The task.** Part 1: Go through Bruno's profile ( ---------- ), research the account, and pitch 5 carousel ideas (hook plus a short outline). No need to write the full posts. Example: > Hook: At 20 I was making $52k at a 9-5. I failed 6 businesses over the next 4 years. Everyone thought I was done. Then one boring AI tool changed everything. > > Outline: Bruno's story and the exact system he ran, with real numbers, named tools, and the math (what the tool costs vs. what the client pays). Part 2: Write out 2 of those 5 as full carousels, slide by slide, as many slides as the idea needs. Draft with AI if you want, but we're paying for your writing, so the final words are yours. If you used AI, send the transcript too. You get 24 to 48 hours once we send the task over. Send us the video, your 5 ideas, the 2 carousels, and the transcript if there is one.

I'm a senior developer / CTO running a small high-end dev agency. I only take on serious, high-stakes work: no WordPress, no throwaway projects. This is full remote, building for clients all over the world. The role itself isn't customer-facing: you work directly with me, and I deal with the clients. I'm not looking for a freelancer for a month or two. I want someone long-term who becomes part of the company and actually builds something interesting with me. Real work, done properly, never rushed or half-baked. WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE Fully AI-driven. Day to day is more about orchestrating AI agents (Claude, Codex, and similar), reading and reviewing their code, and holding the line on quality (including blocking a merge when the output isn't good enough) than hand-writing everything yourself. Building genuinely cool things and going deep on automation. Stacks are mostly React and Node, plus GCP and Cloudflare. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU Strong engineering practices. You know what good code and good architecture look like. Real infra / cloud experience (GCP, Cloudflare, CI/CD, deployments). Comfortable driving AI agents daily, and rigorous about reviewing their output. Fluent English, reliable, autonomous. SETUP Full remote, full time. Work whenever you want, as long as the work gets done. $2,000/month, plus I cover a Claude Code Max plan for you. You use your own machine for now (we can look at hardware later). Long-term, with room to grow and become part of the company. HOW TO APPLY No cover letter needed, I don't care about that. Just include a link to a short 3-5 minute video: camera on so I can see you, screen-share your setup, and walk me through how you work day to day, how you review code, and how you manage your AI agents. Show me some recent things you've built or tested that you think are cool. Keep it simple and real, not polished or scripted. And tell me what's caught your eye in GenAI lately: a model that impressed you, a side project, an article, an experiment, anything you got genuinely excited about.

Creative & Brand Manager Help shape the identity, content and future growth of NORDMOND. We are looking for a creative professional who wants to help build a recognizable brand - not simply complete design tasks. Who We Are NORDMOND is a fast-growing e-commerce brand creating premium, functional home-care products. We currently sell mainly through Amazon US and Canada and are preparing to expand our product line, website, social presence and external sales channels. We are at a defining stage: the products and opportunities exist, but the brand needs a stronger creative identity and a consistent voice. Our goal is to turn NORDMOND into a trusted, recognizable consumer brand - not another generic Amazon product. The Opportunity You will work closely with the CEO and have real influence over what NORDMOND becomes. You will help establish the creative direction, bring original ideas and connect every customer-facing touchpoint into one clear brand experience. This Role Is For You If You are a creative professional with strong visual judgment, taste and a clear point of view. You want to help shape a growing brand rather than maintain a finished corporate system. You can think strategically and also execute hands-on when needed. You see branding, content, social media and e-commerce as one connected customer experience. You understand that strong creative work should build trust, explain the product and support sales growth. You naturally bring ideas, spot opportunities and improve work without waiting for detailed instructions. You can lead creators, influencers and freelancers through clear briefs and constructive feedback. You actively use AI for research, ideation and content production, adding strong human judgment and brand consistency. You want to commit to one brand, take ownership and grow with the company over the long term. This Role Is Not For You If You are looking only for a graphic design production role or a fixed list of tasks. You rely on templates or generic AI output and struggle to create original work. You prefer presenting ideas but avoid execution, revisions and follow-through. You see social media mainly as scheduling posts or increasing vanity metrics. You need constant step-by-step direction or wait to be told what to do next. You are managing several full-time clients and can only treat NORDMOND as a side project. You do not have a relevant portfolio that clearly shows your own contribution. What You Will Own The detailed responsibilities, priorities and deliverables will be agreed through a 30/60/90-day plan. At a high level, you will own: Brand identity and overall creative direction. Photo, video and social media content strategy. Influencer, creator and UGC collaborations. Creative direction for Amazon, Shopify, packaging and product launches. Coordination of designers, editors, photographers and other creative specialists. New creative and branding ideas that can strengthen trust and support business growth. What We Expect At least 3 years of relevant creative, brand, content or e-commerce experience. A strong portfolio, ideally including consumer, DTC or product-based brands. Strong written and spoken English and professional remote communication. Confidence with design, video and current AI tools, plus strong judgment of production quality. Reliability, attention to detail, openness to feedback and ownership of outcomes. Role Structure Full-time, fully remote and intended as a long-term position. Reliable overlap with EEST working hours for collaboration. High autonomy, clear priorities and direct collaboration with the CEO. Compensation based on experience, portfolio and demonstrated ownership. How to Apply A short introduction explaining why this role and NORDMOND interest you. Your portfolio and three relevant projects, including your exact contribution. Your location, time zone, availability and compensation expectations. Include the word "clarity" in your application. Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be reviewed.

RATE / BUDGET (required field): $500–800 USD per finished video First video: $700 (includes character rig + asset library build) Videos 2+: $550–700 (library reuse reduces per-video time) Paid test project: $50 for one 90-second segment ABOUT THE PROJECT We make long-form anthology videos about history's darkest, strangest corners — think Trust Me Bro, Chat History, Sideprojects. Every 22-minute video contains 12 self-contained stories, each one about 90 seconds, bound by a single premise. The scripts are written, researched, and source-verified. Voiceover is recorded. Your job is everything visual. First video: "The Deadliest Job In Every Time Period" — twelve jobs across twelve eras, each one killing you in a different way. THE VISUAL STYLE 2D animation, character-driven, deliberately simple. Thick black outlines, flat fills, expressive faces doing emotional work. Cut-out animation with rigged characters — not frame-by-frame, not photoreal, not AI-generated. Real footage and archival stills carry the history — public-domain photographs, archival film, engravings, museum scans, maps. Roughly half the runtime lives here. The animation integrates with these photos (not pasted on top). Both layers feel like one show. THE FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 21–23 minute runtime 12 items, ~90 seconds each Hard cuts between items (no transitions, no "next up" cards) Visual change every 3–6 seconds (never static) Comic timing on the deflation beat (dry one-liner after escalation) Escalation you can see visually (framing, cuts, colour, sound) Sound design: ambience, SFX, music under the voice, no dead air Each item follows this structure: Name the thing (bare noun phrase) Establish the ordinary state Introduce the deviation Escalate 2–3 rungs Deliver the reveal Dry closing beat (the joke) Hard cut to next item DELIVERABLES PER VIDEO Final master: 1080p minimum (4K preferred), 16:9, H.264 Full sound mix: SFX, ambience, royalty-free music, VO levelled to -14 LUFS 3 vertical Shorts cuts (45–60s) pulled from strongest items Source project file + character/asset library Two revision rounds included per video WHAT YOU NEED MUST HAVE: After Effects (rigging, cut-out animation, expressions) Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Portfolio: minimum 60+ seconds of long-form animated work (not just shorts/TikToks) Ability to source, treat, and integrate archival material correctly Working English to read scripts and understand tone Reliable weekly turnaround: script + VO delivered Monday ? final cut Thursday NICE TO HAVE: Illustrator or Procreate for original assets Experience on faceless/documentary YouTube channels Understanding of pacing and retention mechanics IMPORTANT: PAID TEST REQUIRED You will edit one 90-second segment from the real script first. This costs $50 and takes ~2 hours of work. This weeds out mismatches before we commit to video 1. If the test lands, you move to the full first video at $700. HOW TO APPLY Send the following in your application message: 1. Link to ONE 60+ second animated piece with timestamp (e.g., "0:30–1:45") — Tell us what you did and why you're proud of it 2. Answer this question (2–3 sentences): "I have 12 items, each 90 seconds, hard cuts between them. Each item escalates then ends with a dry joke. About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand. We run Facebook Ads at scale and need someone to handle the daily execution inside the Ads Manager so the founder can focus on strategy and creative direction. This is NOT a strategy role. This is an execution role. You follow SOPs, upload ads, manage naming conventions, utilize bulk ad management tools, and keep the ad account organized. High performers will grow into a full Media Buyer role with decision-making responsibility. ???? Position Details Position: Ad Uploader & Media Buying Assistant Type: Remote Start: ASAP Workload: 10-20 hours per week Daily Work: Upload new ads (natively and via bulk uploaders like Ad Nova/Rapid Ads), duplicate campaigns, organize the ad account, pull reports. ???? Compensation Starting Rate: $4/hour Growth: More hours as ad volume increases Higher pay as you take on more responsibility Path to full Media Buyer role if you prove yourself ???? Your Role Your job is to: Upload new ad creatives into Facebook Ads Manager following our exact structure and naming convention. Utilize bulk ad uploader software (e.g., Ad Nova, Rapid Ads) to efficiently deploy high volumes of creatives. Duplicate existing campaigns and ad sets when instructed. Turn ads on and off based on instructions from the founder. Pull daily and weekly performance reports from Ads Manager. Keep the ad account clean and organized at all times. Follow SOPs precisely — no improvisation, no "I thought it would be better this way." ? Responsibilities Upload 5-15 new ads per day into correct campaigns and ad sets, leveraging bulk upload tools where applicable. Apply correct naming convention to every ad, ad set, and campaign (we have a specific system). Set correct targeting, budget, and optimization settings as instructed. Download performance data and fill in our tracking spreadsheet. Flag any issues (ads rejected, account warnings, billing problems) immediately. Duplicate winning ads into scaling campaigns when instructed. Turn off underperforming ads when instructed. ???? Requirements (IMPORTANT) You MUST have: At least 3 months of experience working INSIDE Facebook Ads Manager (not boosting posts — actually building campaigns, ad sets, and ads). Experience using bulk ad uploader software like Ad Nova, Rapid Ads, or similar platforms. Understanding of campaign structure (CBO vs ABO, ad set level targeting, ad level creative). Experience managing 20+ active ads at once. Extreme attention to detail — one wrong setting can waste hundreds of dollars. Ability to follow SOPs without deviation. Fast and reliable execution — if we say "upload these 10 ads today," it needs to happen today, not tomorrow. ???? This job is NOT for you if: You have only boosted posts on Facebook . You don't know the difference between CBO and ABO. You have never used bulk ad uploading software. You are sloppy with naming conventions and organization. You think this role is about making strategy decisions — it's not, it's execution. You cannot be available daily. --- ???? CIVIL ESTIMATOR, TENDERING AND COSTING Australian civil contractor | Full-time | Work from home in the Philippines | Long-term | Above-market pay An established Victorian civil contractor is hiring a full-time Civil Estimator to price and prepare its tender and quote submissions. The work is earthworks, drainage, subdivision, utilities and concreting, mostly for local government and public sector buyers. You will estimate in two directions. As prime contractor, the business tenders direct to councils and government. As subcontractor, it quotes civil packages to other builders. Both are civil. There is no building or fitout work in this role. Long-term, full-time, working exclusively for one Australian business. Home-based in the Philippines, with no relocation, travel or overseas placement. HAVE YOU APPLIED FOR A CIVIL ESTIMATOR ROLE WITH KASAMA BEFORE? Please apply again. This is a new opening at a different company, not a repost of a role you have already seen. A previous application does not carry over and does not count against you. Send your current resume and answer the questions below. THE ROLE Government work is not won on price alone. The number matters, but so does the case around it: a method written for that job, the real risks named, evidence that you understand the site, and the right corporate information supplied. Evaluators notice the difference immediately. So this is not only a take-off and pricing seat, and in fact on some jobs the take-offs are done for you. If you like building the sales argument as well as the number, you will do well here. If you would rather price the job and hand it to someone else to write up, this is not the role for you. The business sees more opportunities than it can currently answer. Your job is to lift the number of submissions going out while improving their quality and the judgement behind which ones are worth chasing. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work with the team to review, shortlist and select the tenders worth chasing. Read the tender documents, drawings and specifications. Identify what is in, what is out, and what needs a question lodged before pricing. Price the work: confirm supplied quantities or take them off yourself, then build the estimate across labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Source and chase supplier and subcontractor quotes, post civil packages on Estimate One, quote to builders where the business is bidding as subcontractor, and build the relationships that make the next quote easier to get. Log every quote with the item, supplier and date so pricing is reused rather than chased twice. Set the questions to be answered on site, brief whoever attends, and write what comes back into the submission. Build and lodge the submission: a project-specific methodology, a risk register naming the real risks such as ground conditions, long-lead items and plant access, clear assumptions and exclusions, an MS Project programme with a critical path, accurate returnable schedules, and the corporate documents the buyer asked for. Then handle post-tender questions. THE SUPPORT YOU GET You will have a dedicated manager whose job is to make you successful. That means proper onboarding, access to the information, software and people you need, workflows and templates designed together with you, and problems cleared out of your way. Your work is reviewed before anything is lodged. Accuracy is still yours to own. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Demonstrated civil estimating experience: earthworks, drainage, subdivision, roadworks, utilities or similar. This is the one requirement we cannot train around, and applications without it will not be progressed. Confident reading civil drawings and specifications and producing accurate quantity take-offs. Fluent in digital take-off and estimating software. Tell us what you use. We are not tied to a particular package. Strong written and spoken English, and a professional manner on camera. You will write documents that Australian government evaluators read and score, and you will be on phone and video calls with the team and with suppliers. Working knowledge of MS Project, or the ability to get there quickly. Strong Excel or Google Sheets. Organised and deadline-driven, able to run several live submissions at once without dropping detail. Reliable internet and a professional home working setup. Able to work a day shift aligned to Melbourne business hours, which means an early start in the Philippines. NICE TO HAVE Australian civil project experience, or familiarity with Australian standards and tender portals. Local government or council tendering experience. Experience quoting civil packages to head contractors as well as tendering direct. A working sense of Australian supplier and subcontractor pricing. Drafting or CAD experience. Experience in improving internal processes and systems for tendering and estimating. WHAT IS ON OFFER Above-market monthly pay, negotiable based on experience. Long-term, stable, full-time work. Melbourne business hours, Monday to Friday. Software, licences and tender portal access provided. A dedicated manager invested in your success. Real scope to shape how the estimating and tendering process is built. HOW TO APPLY Send your current resume and answer all eight questions below. If you have one, include a sanitised sample of your work with client details removed. A methodology or risk register you wrote yourself tells us more than a priced spreadsheet. 1. Your civil estimating background: years, project types, typical value ranges, and whether you tender as prime contractor, quote as a subcontractor, or both. 2. Walk us through one civil submission end to end: the project, roughly what it was worth, what you were responsible for, what software you used, and whether it won. 3. Do you write the methodology and risk register yourself, or does someone else do that part? If you write them, how do you approach it? 4. How do you source and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing, and what do you do when someone will not come back to you? 5. Which software do you use in your estimating (take-offs, project plans, pricing, documents and so on)? 6. Do you have Australian project experience? Please describe. 7. Have you worked on setting up or improving tendering systems and workflows? Please describe. 8. Your expected monthly salary in PHP, earliest start date and notice period, and confirmation you can work a day shift aligned to Melbourne business hours. Tell us if you have worked remotely for an overseas client before. Shortlisted candidates go to a short video interview and a brief estimating exercise.

JOB TITLE Instagram DM Sales Closer (3+ Years) - Own Our Entire DM Sales Channel TYPE OF WORK Part time to start (15 hrs/week), moving to full time SALARY PHP 450 to 600 per hour depending on what you can prove, plus PHP 2,000 commission for every new member you sign, uncapped HOURS 5 days a week inside 9:00am to 5:00pm Manila time (times are negotiable) ===================================== READ THIS PART FIRST This is not a message answering job and it is not a virtual assistant job. We are handing one person our entire Instagram sales channel and asking them to run it. You will report to the founder, but will have complete ownership of the sales system. If you need to be told what to do each day, this role will not work for you and you should not apply. We want someone who has done this for at least three years, who has their own opinions about what works, and who has proven results. ABOUT US We are a sports nutrition coaching business based in Sydney, Australia. We work with fighters. MMA, boxing, BJJ, judo, wrestling. Our job is to get them to their fight weight without wrecking their performance on fight night. We run Instagram content and paid ads and we get a steady flow of new leads every week. Right now the founder handles those conversations between coaching calls, which means good leads go cold and most never get followed up. HOW THE ROLE GROWS You start part time on inbound only. Roughly the first 4 to 8 weeks, 15 hours a week. You learn our voice, our offer and our fighters, and you work only the leads who come to us: our free making weight calculator, our free ebook, ad leads in Leads Center, story replies and comment to DM. We start you here because we want you closing well before we scale your volume. Once your numbers hold for two straight weeks, you move to full time and add outbound. That means 40 hours a week, keeping all the inbound, and going out to find fighters who already have a competition booked instead of waiting for them to find us. Hashtags, event pages, fight cards, gym accounts, our past clients, our old lead list and our workshop buyers. Outbound is where this role gets interesting, because it is the half you get to design. We will tell you what our best clients look like. How you go and find more of them is your call. The move to full time is based on your numbers, not on time served. We expect it to happen. If it does not, we hired the wrong person. WHAT YOU OWN Everything between a stranger seeing our content and a fighter paying us. Opening conversations, personalised to the human on the other end, never copy paste Qualifying properly, and letting go of the ones we cannot help quickly and politely Presenting the offer, handling objections, closing the sale Following up on a set cadence, not whenever you remember Reactivating our past clients and old leads Building and running the outbound side once you are full time Logging every conversation in the CRM with stage and outcome Owning the numbers, reporting them weekly, and telling us what the objections are saying about our offer and our ads You will be given a proven script, an offer document, an objection bank and a library of real conversations that have already turned into sales. You are not starting from zero. But we expect you to improve on all of it. If our script is losing people at a certain point, we want you to tell us and rewrite it, not run it silently for six months. WHAT YOU ARE NOT You are not the coach. You will never give nutrition advice, weight cutting advice, training advice or anything medical. If someone asks a coaching question you get them excited about speaking to the coach and pass it up. Any message about a weight cut in progress, an injury or anything clinical gets escalated to the founder straight away. We are a health business and this rule is not negotiable. THE NUMBERS YOU WILL BE HELD TO You see your own scoreboard and so do we. We review it every week. While you are on inbound: First reply to a new lead: within 15 minutes during your shift New leads left untouched at end of shift: zero Opener to reply rate: 35% or better Reply to qualified conversation: 40% or better Qualified to offer presented: 70% or better Offer presented to sale: 30% or better Follow up compliance: 100% of open threads touched on cadence Minimum 10 sign ups per month (20k commission bonus per month) Conversations logged in CRM: 100% Once you add outbound: New outbound conversations opened per day: 30 to 50 Outbound targets who already have a competition booked: 70% or better Inbound and outbound are tracked separately. They convert very differently and we do not want them blended. For your first 30 days we hold you to the process and the volume, not the sales. After that, conversion is the job. YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THIS IF You have 3+ years selling by chat and can show us the receipts, not just describe them You have owned a sales channel before, not just executed someone else's steps You are comfortable being ignored seven times out of ten and still showing up the next day You write like a real person. Short messages, real questions, no essays, no corporate tone, no obvious templates You already track your own numbers because you want to beat them You bring solutions. When something is broken you arrive with two options and a recommendation You can be trusted with our Instagram account and our brand voice without supervision YOU WILL HATE THIS ROLE IF You want a manager checking in on you three times a day You want a fixed script you never have to think about You are uncomfortable telling the founder he is wrong about something You have only ever done customer support or admin work in an inbox TOOLS Meta Business Suite and Leads Center, ManyChat, Google Sheets. You must have used Business Suite and Leads Center before. WHAT WE OFFER PHP 450 to 600 per hour based on what you can show us you have done PHP 2,000 for every new member you sign, uncapped, from day one A 30 day ramp where we pay commission at target while you learn, so you are not out of pocket during training A clear, numbers based path from 20 hours to 40 hours, and we want you to get there fast A yearly budget for a sales course of your choosing Long term work with one client, direct access to the founder, and no layers in between Real room to grow. As this scales, the person in this seat runs the sales side and hires the next rep HOW TO APPLY Read this carefully. We reject anyone who misses a step, because following instructions is the first test of the job. Start your message with the word CORNERMAN so we know you read the whole post. Then send us: 1. A voice note, 60 to 90 seconds. Tell us why you would be good at this, and walk us through one sale you made entirely by chat, start to finish. 2. Two screenshots of real DM conversations you ran end to end. Cover the names. We want to see how you actually write. 3. Your numbers. Conversations per day, reply rate, close rate, and how you tracked them. If you do not have real numbers, say so honestly rather than inventing them. 4. A three message opener for this lead: a 24 year old amateur MMA fighter followed us after watching a reel and downloaded our free making weight calculator. He has not replied to anything yet. Write the exact first three messages you would send him. 5. One thing you would want to change or test in a DM funnel like ours in your first month, and why. Two or three sentences is plenty. This is the question we care most about. 6. Your available start date. We want to move fast. Shortlisted applicants get a paid test project and then an interview with the founder. We want someone in the seat within two weeks.
