Cold Caller for a Real Estate Photography Business: Appointment Setter (Part Time, Long Term) READ FIRST: Applications without a short video will not be reviewed. Instructions are at the bottom. IMPORTANT: This is a real estate MEDIA business (photography, drone, video, virtual tours). It is NOT a real estate brokerage. You will not help anyone buy or sell homes, and you will not handle transactions, contracts, escrow or paperwork. If you are looking for a realtor assistant, transaction coordinator, ISA or property management role, do not apply. ABOUT US Real Estate PHOTO Media is a growing real estate photography and video business in Southern California. We've shot 300+ homes this year for real estate agents across the Inland Empire and Orange County, with photos, drone, video and 3D tours delivered the next day. THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE You call active real estate agents, start a real conversation, and book their next photo shoot with me. This is calls only and outbound only. You will not send DMs, texts or email s, and you will not handle inbound inquiries. You MUST have cold calling experience with the REPP method or Eli Jones's approach. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. THE OFFER Qualified agents get a free vertical video with their first paid shoot. This is the only offer you can make. WHO QUALIFIES An agent qualifies only if they: Work in Riverside County (Inland Empire) or Orange County Have at least 5 listings in the last 12 months, confirmed on their ---------- agent profile Are booking a residential listing (house, condo or townhome) Do not call, offer the free video to, or book anyone who does not meet all three. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. Build the Call List Use ---------- to find agents who qualify Add every agent to a Google Sheet: name, phone, brokerage, city, listings in the last 12 months 2. Cold Calls Make 60 to 100 dials per shift using my script Use a pattern interrupt opener, qualify in 30 seconds, then book or move on Ask about their upcoming listings Handle common objections naturally using my approved responses Log every dial in the Google Sheet: date called, outcome, follow up date Call agents back on a 60 to 90 day cycle if they said not now 3. Booking in Spiro When an agent is ready to book, collect the property address, square footage, date and email Book the shoot in Spiro yourself using my standard package pricing, with the free vertical video added. Never send the agent a booking link Double check every booking: correct address, date, package and add-ons Send me every booking on WhatsApp right away so I can confirm my schedule Never offer discounts or anything besides the free vertical video 4. Daily Reports Start of day WhatsApp message at the start of your shift End of day WhatsApp message with counts: agents added, dials, conversations, follow ups set, shoots booked Weekly 15 minute video check in WORK RULES Start and end at your agreed time every day Clock in and out using the time tracker I provide. It only runs while you are clocked in All daily tasks must be complete before you clock out Only do the tasks listed here. If you think something else needs doing, ask me first Only bill for time you actually worked Follow my script, but sound like a real person. Never aggressive, pushy or robotic Never ask an agent who their current photographer is Only call from the phone number I provide Dial every number by hand. No auto-dialers If anyone asks not to be called, mark them in the sheet and never call them again Send me any pricing questions outside my standard packages, commercial properties or complaints on WhatsApp within 1 hour REQUIREMENTS Required: cold calling experience using the REPP method or Eli Jones's approach 1+ year cold calling experience for a US business (appointment setting, SDR or similar) Proven results: booked appointments or closed sales from cold calls Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that Americans understand on the first try Friendly, confident and upbeat. Agents can hear you smiling Comfortable with rejection. Most calls will be a no, and you move on with a good attitude Must learn and use Spiro to book every shoot. I will train you during your first week. Spiro experience is a big plus Follows scripts and instructions exactly and asks when unsure USB headset with a noise cancelling microphone (no laptop mic or Bluetooth earbuds) Quiet room during your shift Stable internet plus a backup connection (mobile hotspot) and backup power WhatsApp for daily communication NICE TO HAVE Cold calling experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance or home services Has closed B2B services on cold calls, not just set appointments SCHEDULE 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 4 hours per shift between 8am and 4pm Pacific Time. Keep the same shift every day. PAY $6 per hour USD, plus a $10 bonus per completed shoot. Paid weekly via Wise. The first week is a paid trial. HOW THE BONUS WORKS When you book a qualified agent who has never worked with me before, that agent is yours for 90 days. You earn $10 for every completed, paid shoot they book with me during those 90 days, not just the first one. If your agent books 4 shoots in 90 days, you earn $40 from that one agent. GROWTH This is long-term work with a growing business. Hours increase in spring, and this role can grow into a full-time position as the business grows. HOW TO APPLY 1. Record a 60 to 90 second video with your face on camera (use your headset if you have one). Start by saying: "Hi Abidur, I'm applying for the cold calling role at Vista Media Homes." Then introduce yourself and your cold calling experience, including any REPP or Eli Jones work and your results. Then read this out loud like you're on a real call: "Hi Jessica, this is [your name] calling for Vista Media Homes. I saw your new listing on Oak Street, nice home. I help agents in the Inland Empire and Orange County get their listings shot with photos, drone and video, delivered the next day. Do you have a quick minute?" 2. Upload it to Loom, Google Drive or unlisted YouTube, and make sure anyone with the link can view it. 3. In your application, include: The words "VISTA CALLS" at the top of your message so I know you read the whole post Your video link Your other cold calling experience: company names, how long, what you sold and your daily dial volume What booking system or CRM you have used, and whether you have used Spiro A screenshot of a speed test from this week, plus your backup internet and power Your headset brand and model Applications without a video, or that skip a step, will not be reviewed.

About InSync Media InSync Media is a digital marketing agency based in Colorado. We build websites and run SEO and AI search programs for home builders and service businesses. Our small team works remotely across the U.S. and the Philippines. The Role Our web designer runs our whole web program. She handles page designs, client communication, project management, hosting, and maintenance. Our website projects create more work than one person can finish. We need a reliable WordPress developer to take a large share of that work off her plate. You will report to our lead designer. You will own five areas: updates and security, support tickets, forms and integrations, ACF and custom code, and page builds from our designs. This is a part-time contract role that we plan to grow into a full-time role. It starts at 10 hours per week. Your hours will grow as you learn our sites and systems. You'd Be a Great Fit If You... Take a backup before you touch anything, even when the update looks minor. Click through the site after an update instead of assuming it worked. Notice the details others miss, like a button that moved or an image that went blurry. Want to find out why something broke, not patch over it. Follow an SOP and suggest improvements when it needs updating. Work through a ticket queue on your own and ask questions when something is unclear. Write down what you changed so the next person can follow it. Can handle a small text swap and a complex ACF debug in the same week. Use the theme builder's options before writing custom code, and leave client sites cleaner than you found them. Speak up early when you are stuck or a task will take longer than planned. What You Will Do 1. WordPress, Theme, and Plugin Updates and Security Run monthly core, theme, and plugin updates on client sites. Take a WP Engine backup first. Check each site afterward. Confirm pages load, forms submit, tracking fires, the cookie banner shows, and mobile layouts hold. Roll back and fix any update that breaks a site. Recommend when a large core or theme update should wait. Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals. Run security scans, clean up malware, and track plugin and theme licenses. 2. Support Tickets Complete client and team requests in ClickUp, from content swaps to bug fixes. Fix broken forms, layouts, menus, maps, images, and mobile display issues. Fix plugin conflicts and PHP errors. Install privacy policy and cookie consent banners. Keep a log of the changes you make. 3. Forms and Integrations Build Gravity Forms and connect them to CRMs and email platforms such as HighLevel, HubSpot, and Constant Contact. Set up Zapier when no native integration exists. Set up notification email s, auto-replies, and SMTP so the site can send email . Test every form from submission to the CRM or inbox. 4. ACF and Custom Code Build and edit ACF field groups, custom post types, and templates. Troubleshoot ACF fields that stop saving or displaying. Maintain Divi child themes and custom PHP. Restore changes when an update or another developer overwrites them. 5. Page and Site Builds Build pages and full sites from Photoshop designs or AI-generated HTML mockups. Build in Divi first. Some clients use WPBakery, Elementor, or Oxygen. Use the builder's native modules. Add custom HTML or CSS only when the builder cannot do the job. Test sites across browsers and devices. Launch sites, handle DNS updates, and migrate sites to WP Engine. Requirements 5 or more years of hands-on WordPress development Expert-level ACF Pro, including repeaters, flexible content, relationship fields, options pages, and custom post types Able to build a template file from scratch that displays ACF data Strong PHP in WordPress themes and child themes Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with several page builders, especially Divi Experience turning design files into Divi pages with native modules Experience connecting WordPress forms to CRMs and email platforms, including through Zapier Experience running updates on live client sites and fixing what breaks Experience improving page speed with PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix Experience with WP Engine or another managed WordPress host Clear written English. Most of our communication happens in ClickUp and email . A reliable computer and internet connection, plus a backup plan for outages Nice to Have Experience cleaning up hacked WordPress sites Agency experience supporting many client sites at once Shopify and Wix experience Schedule and Pay Hours: 10 hours per week to start, with more hours as you grow into this role. Schedule: Set your own hours. You must be online for at least 2 hours between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on weekdays. That is 10:00 p.m. to midnight Philippine time through October 31. It shifts to 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. after U.S. daylight saving time ends on November 1. Location: Fully remote. Open to candidates in the Philippines and other countries. Pay: $15 to $20 per hour, paid twice a month. Contract: Independent contractor. Growth: A path to full-time hours and owning significant portions of our web program as you become independent. How to Apply Message me on this platform. Start your message with the words "ORANGE BALLOON." Include: 1. Your resume. 2. Links to 2 or 3 WordPress sites you built or maintained. If you worked as part of a team, tell us about your specific role in the project. 3. A short description of a custom ACF build you are proud of. Name the field types you used and how the data displayed on the page. 4. A short description of a time an update broke a site. Explain how you found the cause and fixed it. 5. Your availability to start 6. If you are looking for part time or full time work

We are an established Arizona real estate brokerage looking for a highly experienced, results driven Real Estate ISA to join our team. This is NOT an entry level ISA position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to work a real estate database, engage leads, build genuine rapport, uncover motivation, handle objections, follow up consistently and turn conversations into appointments. If you need to be taught how to talk to leads, this is not the position for you. If you know how to take a lead who says, “I’m just looking,” have a natural conversation, earn their trust, discover what they actually need and create a legitimate opportunity for one of our agents, we want to hear from you. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We want a strong ISA, but we are not looking for an aggressive, scripted or pushy salesperson. You should be persuasive without making people feel pressured. You should know how to guide a conversation without dominating it. You should be confident enough to ask for the appointment, but personable enough that the prospect actually wants to meet with our agent. Our preferred communication style is warm, conversational, confident and genuine. We believe the best ISAs don’t sound like salespeople. They sound like knowledgeable, helpful people who know how to listen, ask the right questions and build trust. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your primary responsibility will be turning opportunities in our database into meaningful conversations and qualified appointments for our agents. Responsibilities will include: Working buyer and seller leads within our CRM Responding quickly to new inbound leads Calling, texting and following up with existing database contacts Nurturing long term prospects who are not ready today Re engaging older and inactive leads Qualifying buyer and seller motivation Identifying timelines, needs and opportunities Handling common objections naturally and confidently Scheduling qualified buyer and listing appointments for our agents Maintaining accurate notes, tasks, stages and follow up plans in the CRM Making sure leads do not disappear because someone forgot to follow up Participating in targeted outbound campaigns when we identify specific opportunities Following up consistently without becoming annoying or overly aggressive Communicating important lead information to our agents so they are prepared before appointments This position requires someone who understands that the fortune really is in the follow up. EXPERIENCE WE EXPECT We are specifically looking for an experienced Real Estate ISA. You should already have significant experience with: Real estate lead conversion Buyer and seller lead qualification Database management CRM lead management Appointment setting Lead nurturing Long term follow up Database reactivation Objection handling Phone, text and CRM communication Building rapport quickly Recognizing when a conversation has turned into a real opportunity Experience working with a U.S. real estate brokerage or team is strongly preferred. Experience with distressed sellers, expired listings, old leads, internet leads or seller lead generation is a plus. SPOKEN ENGLISH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT You will communicate directly with our U.S. clients and prospects every day. Your spoken English must be exceptionally fluent, natural, clear and easily understood by U.S. clients. We need someone with excellent conversational English who is comfortable with the pace, vocabulary and back and forth of a natural conversation with an American client. This is not simply about grammar. We are listening for communication skills. Can you make someone comfortable? Can you keep a conversation going? Can you listen instead of waiting for your turn to speak? Can you make someone laugh? Can you recognize hesitation in someone’s voice? Can you ask another question instead of immediately jumping back to your script? Can you confidently ask for an appointment without suddenly sounding like a salesperson? Those skills matter to us. WE DO NOT WANT A ROBOT Please don’t misunderstand “experienced ISA” to mean aggressive salesperson. We don’t want someone hammering through a script trying to get an appointment at any cost. We want personality. Be friendly. Be curious. Be confident. Have a sense of humor. Listen to people. Our goal is for prospects to feel like they are having a conversation with someone they know and trust, not someone working through a call sheet. Scripts and systems have their place. Rapport comes first. THE PERSON WHO WILL DO WELL HERE You are competitive and like getting results, but you also genuinely like talking to people. You don’t give up after 2 attempts. You don’t need someone reminding you which leads need follow up. You understand that “not right now” doesn’t necessarily mean “never.” You know the difference between persistence and pestering. You take excellent notes because you understand that the next conversation should continue where the previous one ended. And when you schedule an appointment, our agent should receive more than a name and phone number. They should understand who this person is, what they need, their motivation, their timeline and what matters to them. SCHEDULE Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona Time 1 hour lunch off Please make sure you understand the time difference between the Philippines and Arizona before applying. You must be able to consistently work this schedule and have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset and professional work environment suitable for daily phone conversations. HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY For the initial screening, please send us ONLY the following 2 required items: 1. Your current resume 2. A 60 to 90 second voice recording In your recording, introduce yourself, tell us about your ISA experience and tell us why you think you would be a great fit for our team. But here’s the important part: Don’t give us your formal interview voice. Talk to us like you would talk to a new lead you genuinely enjoyed speaking with. We want to hear your personality. Be conversational. Be confident. Have some fun with it. Tell us something that makes us want to keep talking to you. We’re evaluating much more than pronunciation. We’re listening for rapport, warmth, confidence, personality, conversational ability and how naturally you communicate. BOTH ITEMS ARE REQUIRED. If you do not submit BOTH a resume AND a voice recording, you will NOT be considered for this position. If we like your experience and your introduction, we will contact you with a private link to complete our full application process. We are intentionally keeping the first step simple. Resume + voice recording. Show us what you’ve got.
