I'm an IT graduate from Laguna State Polytechnic University with hands-on QA and data experience gained through real projects. As a QA Tester intern at Certicode, I tested two live applications, logging 90 bugs with a 78% resolution rate. For my capstone project, Taxease, I served as QA Tester and System Documenter, designing and executing functional test cases across all core modules of a tax and accounting document management system. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and TESDA certifications in Contact Center Services and Computer Systems Servicing, and I'm currently building toward a career in data analysis — learning SQL, Power BI, and Python to complement my QA background.
