TikTok Content Creator & Future LIVE Host – Japanese Real Estate | High Commission

JOB OVERVIEW

Sumica Corporation is a Japanese real estate company specializing in properties for overseas buyers.

We are looking for an experienced TikTok content creator to grow our existing TikTok account and eventually become our TikTok LIVE host.

YOUR ROLE

Initially:

Create and post TikTok videos using property photos/videos we provide
Develop hooks, captions, and content ideas
Grow followers organically
Analyze performance and improve the strategy

Once TikTok LIVE becomes available:

Host English-language LIVE sessions
Introduce Japanese properties
Engage with viewers and answer general questions
Generate qualified inquiries for our sales team

You do NOT need to be a real estate expert. We provide all property information and handle consultations, contracts, and transactions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience organically growing TikTok accounts
Strong TikTok content creation skills
Strong spoken English
Comfortable appearing on camera
Good understanding of hooks, engagement, and TikTok trends
TikTok LIVE or LIVE selling experience is a plus
COMPENSATION
PHP 5,000/month base
USD $300–$1,000 per successful property sale
Approximately 10–12 hours/month
