Cold Email Specialist (Full Setup + Management) for Commercial Cleaning Company

We have a commercial janitorial company in Boise, Idaho. We clean offices, medical clinics, schools, gyms, and restaurants on recurring monthly contracts. We’re growing and want a steady flow of new commercial leads from cold email .

About the role
I’m the owner and I need someone experienced with cold email set up and campaigns, long term. I need someone who can own this from start to finish: set it up, run it, fix it, and tell me in plain English what’s working. You’ll be the expert here. I’ll give you our services, our ideal clients, and our service area, and you take it from there.

What you’ll do

Set up and manage our sending inboxes through Scaled Mail (domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup)
Pick and set up a sequencer (Instantly, Smartlead, or what you recommend) and connect our inboxes
Build targeted lead lists of decision makers at Boise-area businesses (office managers, facility managers, property managers, clinic administrators, school operations staff)
Verify email s before sending to protect our deliverability
Write cold email sequences and follow-ups, then test subject lines and offers
Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and spam placement, and fix problems before they hurt us
Manage replies: sort interested leads and hand them off so we can book walkthroughs
Add booked leads into our GoHighLevel pipeline
Send me a simple weekly report: email s sent, open/reply rates, interested leads, meetings booked

Must have

Proven experience running B2B cold email campaigns from scratch (please share results)
Hands-on experience with Scaled Mail or similar inbox providers (Mailforge, Inframail, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 cold setups)
Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or a similar sequencer
Experience building lead lists (Apollo, Clay, or similar) and using email verification tools
Strong written English. Our email s go to US business owners and need to sound natural
Able to work on your own and explain technical things simply

Nice to have

Experience with local service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, etc.)
GoHighLevel experience
Copywriting samples from past campaigns

Details

Hours: TBD
Pay: $TBD per month, with a bonus per booked walkthrough
Remote, with some overlap with Mountain Time (Boise) business hours
