Friendly Phone Rep for a US Web Studio, Warm Leads Only (No Cold Calling)

We're Astra Labs, a small web design studio and part of LUX Media Network. Every week we build custom website concepts for small business owners in the US, Canada and the UK, and many of them reply asking us to call. We need a warm, genuinely friendly person to call them back.

This is NOT cold calling. Every person you call has already seen the website we built for them.

What you'll do

• Call business owners who saw their new website and asked to talk
• Have a real conversation: ask about their business, answer simple questions, and help them get started
• Log each call in our simple online desk. Calls are recorded so we can coach you.

Who we're looking for

• Warm, natural and curious. People open up when they talk to you.
• Excellent spoken English that US clients find easy and pleasant
• A quiet room, a headset and stable internet
• Full time, Monday to Friday, night shift Philippine time (US daytime)

Pay
PHP 25,000 to 35,000 a month depending on experience, plus 5% of everything your clients pay. Paid monthly. The first week is a paid trial.

How to apply (we only read applications that follow these steps)
1. Put WARM in the subject.
2. Record a 2-minute voice note. A florist called Sarah saw the new website we built for her shop and wrote "call me". Call her: say hi, ask about her shop, and invite her to get started. Upload it to Vocaroo or Google Drive and paste the link.
3. Answer these: (a) Tell us about a time a customer opened up to you on a call. What did you do? (b) Have you sold or booked appointments by phone before? What did you sell?
