About BrioDigital

BrioDigital is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping businesses attract more customers, improve their online visibility, generate leads, and grow their revenue.

Our services include website development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising, and other marketing solutions.

We are seeking experienced, professional appointment setters to contact U.S. businesses that provide products and services directly to consumers.

Our target industries include:

  • Attorneys and law firms
  • General contractors and home improvement companies
  • Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors
  • Landscaping and other home-service businesses
  • Dental practices and other professional service providers
  • Automotive repair and service businesses
  • Other local businesses serving individual consumers

We want professionals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, office managers, and decision-makers.

THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT-SETTING POSITION, NOT A SALES-CLOSING POSITION.

Our U.S. sales representatives handle presentations, proposals, and closing sales. Your responsibility is to identify interested businesses, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make professional outbound calls to U.S. service businesses.
  • Contact business owners, attorneys, contractors, office managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Navigate receptionists, office staff, and gatekeepers.
  • Introduce BrioDigital and explain how our services help businesses attract customers.
  • Ask questions to identify potential marketing needs.
  • Qualify interested prospects before scheduling appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for our U.S.-based sales representatives.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information, call notes, and appointment records in our CRM.
  • Work with company-provided prospect lists and contact information.
  • Research additional potential business prospects when appropriate.
  • Follow company calling scripts while communicating naturally and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to maintain appointment quality.

You are not responsible for closing sales.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of professional appointment-setting, outbound calling, or telemarketing experience, with proven appointment-setting results.
2. Experience contacting business owners, managers, or other decision-makers.
3. Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation, professional communication, and natural conversational ability.
4. Strong telephone communication and active-listening skills.
5. Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers and handle objections effectively.
6. Ability to think independently and adapt conversations rather than simply reading a script.
7. Previous experience using CRM software.
8. Ability to provide measurable appointment-setting results from previous positions.
9. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
10. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
11. Own computer, reliable high-speed internet connection, professional headset, and quiet workspace.

Traditional B2B sales experience is not required.

Experience contacting attorneys, contractors, home-service businesses, or other consumer-facing companies is particularly valuable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience calling law firms, contractors, or local service businesses.
  • Experience with digital marketing, advertising, SEO, website development, or lead-generation services.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Experience researching business prospects and identifying decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-assisted research and communication tools.

Digital marketing and ChatGPT experience are preferred, not mandatory. Training will be provided.

What Qualifies as a Successful Appointment?

Our goal is to schedule meetings with business owners or decision-makers who have expressed genuine interest in BrioDigital's services and agreed to meet with a sales representative.

We value:

  • Qualified prospects with a potential need for our services.
  • Appointments with actual decision-makers.
  • Genuine interest rather than appointments scheduled simply to meet a number.
  • Strong appointment attendance and follow-through.
  • Accurate CRM documentation.

We do not advertise a fixed daily call quota or weekly appointment minimum.

Performance is evaluated based on appointment quality, meeting attendance, and overall results.

Compensation and Opportunity

BrioDigital offers:

  • Hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional commission opportunities when scheduled appointments result in completed sales.
  • A permanent, long-term, full-time opportunity for qualified individuals.
  • Training on BrioDigital's services, calling scripts, CRM procedures, and appointment-setting processes.
  • Company-provided prospect lists and contact information.
  • The opportunity to work with an established U.S. digital marketing agency.
  • A professional, performance-focused working environment.

This is not a commission-only position.

The role includes hourly compensation, with additional opportunities to earn commissions when scheduled appointments result in completed sales.

Training and Onboarding

BrioDigital will provide training covering:

  • Our digital marketing services and how they help businesses.
  • How to communicate with attorneys, contractors, and other local service providers.
  • Company calling scripts and recommended approaches.
  • CRM procedures and accurate activity tracking.
  • Appointment qualification, scheduling, and confirmation procedures.
  • Effective coordination with our U.S. sales representatives.

Applicants must already have professional appointment-setting or outbound calling experience.

Training is intended to familiarize experienced professionals with BrioDigital's services and processes.

How to Apply — All Four Items Are Required

To be considered, submit the following:

1. Updated Resume

Include your previous appointment-setting, outbound calling, or telemarketing experience, employers, responsibilities, and dates of employment.

2. Mandatory 60-Second English Voice Recording

Record a brief introduction in English explaining:

  • Who you are.
  • Your previous appointment-setting experience.
  • The types of businesses or customers you have contacted.
  • Why you believe you are qualified for this position.

Your recording should demonstrate clear pronunciation, confidence, professionalism, and natural conversational ability.

3. Written Experience Summary

Provide a short written explanation covering:

  • Your appointment-setting background.
  • Industries and products or services you have worked with.
  • Whether you have contacted attorneys, contractors, business owners, or other decision-makers.
  • Your experience navigating gatekeepers and handling objections.

4. Measurable Appointment-Setting Results

Provide actual results from previous positions, including:

  • Average number of qualified appointments scheduled per week.
  • Appointment attendance or show-up rate, if available.
  • Other measurable results demonstrating your appointment-setting performance.

IMPORTANT: Applications missing any of these four required items will not be considered.

Interview and Selection Process

Qualified applicants selected for an interview will be required to complete a live appointment-setting role-play.

During the role-play, candidates will demonstrate their ability to:

  • Open a professional outbound telephone conversation.
  • Contact an attorney, contractor, or local service-business owner.
  • Navigate a receptionist or gatekeeper.
  • Communicate naturally with a business decision-maker.
  • Handle objections such as "We already have a marketing company" or "We're not interested."
  • Identify interest and qualify the prospect.
  • Successfully request and secure an appointment.

We are looking for experienced professionals who communicate confidently, think on their feet, and represent BrioDigital professionally.

No separate calling test is required beyond the interview role-play.

Start Date

Immediate availability is preferred. However, we are willing to wait for the right candidate with the necessary experience, communication skills, and proven results.

Join BrioDigital
