URGENT Female Customer Service & Sales Representative – Curtains & Window Treatments Account

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service or online sales, preferably in curtains, window treatments, home décor, or related products.

The candidate must be comfortable assisting customers with curtain selection, explaining product specifications, guiding customers on proper window measurements, and recommending suitable products based on their needs.

Qualifications

At least a Senior High School graduate.
Experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is preferred.
Experience selling curtains, window treatments, or home décor products is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of curtain types, fabrics, styles, sizes, and installation options is an advantage.
Ability to guide customers on how to measure windows accurately for curtains, including width and length.
Ability to recommend suitable curtain sizes and styles based on customer measurements and preferences.
Comfortable assisting customers with product inquiries, pricing, customization options, orders, and delivery concerns.
Experience handling customer inquiries through phone calls, live chat, email , or social media.
Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to recommend products and convert inquiries into sales.
Patient, detail-oriented, and attentive when handling customer measurements and customized orders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Must have a complete work-from-home setup.
Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding curtains, window treatments, product specifications, pricing, and customization.
Assist customers in selecting the right curtain styles, fabrics, sizes, and designs based on their needs.
Guide customers through the proper process of measuring their windows for accurate curtain sizing.
Verify customer-provided measurements and clarify details before processing customized orders.
Recommend suitable products and upsell relevant options when appropriate.
Assist customers with order placement, order status, shipping, returns, and other post-purchase concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure that order details and measurements are properly documented.
Provide excellent customer service while helping achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in explaining curtain products and measurements. Candidates with previous experience in curtain sales, home furnishings, interior décor, or e-commerce sales will have an advantage.
