Review customer questions and complaints regularly and turn patterns into content, product-page, and process improvements
Optimize our Amazon presence: listings, content, and advertising
Create industry-specific and store-specific newsletters, offers, and content
Plan and run targeted social campaigns on Facebook , YouTube, and TikTok, prioritizing channels where the data shows opportunity
Report monthly on what you tested, what worked, and what you'll do next
Requirements
3+ years in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing, with results you can show
Hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, A/B testing)
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and Amazon Ads

Piano technician experience or interest in learning the trade
Experience with Bigcommerce or similar platforms
Experience marketing to a craft, trade, or technical audience
Schedule
Full-time, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Philippine time (3 am-11 am US Eastern; 4 am-12 pm during US daylight saving time). Strong, regular communication with our COO-level team lead is part of the role.
