Influencer Marketing Executive - Consumer E-commerce Brand

We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive for a growing UK-based consumer brand that sells home and kitchen products online. You'll run day-to-day influencer work, from finding creators to tracking results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Find creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and check their audience, engagement and brand fit
• Reach out to creators, negotiate, and follow up professionally
• Coordinate gifting, product seeding and affiliate collaborations
• Track posts and deliverables, and collect links and results in a Notion or Excel tracker
• Turn one-time collaborations into long-term partnerships
• Flag strong creator content for the paid ads team and report on performance

MUST-HAVES (please don't apply without these):

• At least 1-2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing or similar
• Hands-on experience researching, evaluating and reaching out to creators
• Strong written English and professional follow-up with partners
• Very organised: you can handle many conversations and deadlines at once
• Proactive, and able to work independently and remotely

NICE TO HAVE: affiliate programmes, gifting and product seeding, influencer platforms, AI or automation tools, consumer or e-commerce brands, Notion or Google Sheets.

WORK SETUP:

• Full-time, remote, independent contractor
• UK business hours (about 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine time)
• Hubstaff time tracking
