Linkedin Virtual Assistant

I'm an Founder looking for someone to support my LinkedIn presence and outreach. This is a 3-month engagement with potential to expand based on performance.

The Job Details:

• Manage daily engagement on my LinkedIn posts, respond to comments in my brand voice.
• Conduct strategic outreach to ideal connections (Vice Presidents at Fortune 500 companies ).
• Engage thoughtfully with target audience posts, comment, like, and build authentic relationships.
• Work to understand workflow and brand voice guidelines.
• Track engagement metrics and outreach activity weekly.
• Learn and apply my established brand voice (warm, observational, no corporate speak, no em-dashes, short direct sentences, etc.)
• Excellent command of English - both written and speaking is essential

After the initial 2 months, based on performance, the role may expand to include:

• Building LinkedIn posts.
• Creating and editing graphics.
• Supporting newsletter content.

• Intelligent, thoughtful, takes initiative, and brings genuine warmth to interactions.
• Strong relationship-building energy, this is essential as my work centers on human connection.
• Versed and familiar with LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace and ChatGPT
• Can pick up new technology and brand voice quickly.
• Comfortable meeting on Teams (video) on during work hours
• Has strong personal accountability, integrity and follow-through.
• Adapts well to writing in my established brand voice and tone, this is key.

Details:

• 10 hours/week
• Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 9:00 am Pacific Time (california)
• Potential for more hours and an expanded scope based on performance starting in January
