We are a real estate investment company in Michigan, USA that buys houses directly from homeowners. We send text campaigns to homeowners and need a reliable acquisitions VA to manage the seller conversations that come back.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work our SMS inbox (Smarter Contact) every day and reply to homeowners who respond to our texts
• Qualify sellers using our script: asking price, property condition, motivation, and timeline
• Label and sort leads (hot lead, follow-up, not interested, wrong number)
• Book phone calls between qualified sellers and our acquisitions manager
• Run follow-ups so no lead goes cold
• Optional: outbound follow-up calls to warm leads

MUST HAVE

• Experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or SMS lead management (Smarter Contact, Launch Control, Batch, or similar)
• Strong written English and a friendly, professional texting style
• Available during US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar)
• Experience with DealMachine or PropStream
• Understanding of motivated seller situations (probate, pre-foreclosure, vacant homes, tired landlords)

PAY
$5-7 USD per hour depending on experience, plus a $100 bonus for every lead that goes under contract. Starting part time (20-30 hours/week) with a path to full time for the right person.
