About the Role

We’re hiring a reliable, experienced VA to help Master Glass connect with commercial glass contractors across the United States.

Master Glass provides commercial glaziers for storefront, curtain wall, and window installation. We contact contractors who may need extra installation help when projects overlap or their crews are stretched thin.

Your role is to research prospects, maintain accurate records, and arrange qualified conversations with William DePew.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research and verify commercial glass contractors and the people responsible for field crews.
  • Maintain an organized lead list and call log in Google Sheets or our CRM.
  • Make outbound calls during agreed U.S. business hours after completing script training.
  • Speak with owners, project managers, operations managers, and field superintendents.
  • Ask brief questions about upcoming projects and potential glazier needs.
  • Schedule qualified calls with William and provide clear notes.
  • Track callbacks, email requests, project timing, and follow-up dates.
  • Prepare follow-up email drafts for review.

William handles pricing, crew availability, and final commitments. You must accurately represent the business and respect requests not to be contacted.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience with U.S. businesses.
  • Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English and strong listening skills.
  • Confidence speaking with busy business owners and office staff.
  • Ability to follow a script while sounding natural.
  • Accurate research, organized notes, and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfortable receiving coaching and handling rejection professionally.
  • A computer, reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace.

Construction, staffing, trades, or contractor outreach experience is helpful. Commercial glazing experience is welcome, but we can teach you the service.

HOURS AND PAY

  • Part-time: approximately 10 hours per week initially.
  • $3–$6 USD/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
  • Additional bonuses are earned only when leads you generate become new paying customers.
  • The bonus amount, lead-credit rules, and payment timing will be agreed upon before you start.
  • Calling blocks must overlap with U.S. business hours. We will agree on a consistent schedule before starting.
  • Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid 10-hour trial at their agreed hourly rate.
  • Initial work will include lead verification, CRM organization, and script practice before approved live calling.

We provide the call script, service information, and coaching.

WHAT GOOD PERFORMANCE LOOKS LIKE

Accurate contact information, professional conversations, useful follow-up notes, and appointments with contractors who have a relevant need or a clear reason to evaluate our service.

We will review qualified conversations and appointments that actually take place, alongside consistent activity and accurate reporting.
