About the Role

About the role
We produce mortgage marketing reels, real estate listing videos, and AI vertical dramas (CREW ONLY and future series). We need an operator who can take an idea, script, images, or references and return a finished, professional video — without lengthy SOPs, constant supervision, or daily check-ins from the owner.

You work independently, use AI tools to troubleshoot and finish assignments yourself, and deliver finished work on schedule.

What you'll do

  • Turn scripts, images, and references into finished 15–60 second vertical videos (MP4) — mortgage reels with AI talking-head clones, listing photos, financing explanations, animated captions, and motion graphics.
  • Produce real estate listing videos: cinematic transitions, property fly-throughs, short commercials.
  • Produce AI vertical drama scenes: character continuity, scene generation, editing, dialogue synchronization, final assembly.
  • Build reusable creative templates and efficient production workflows.
  • Deliver organized editable source files and usable production assets with every finished video.

Required capabilities

  • Hands-on AI image and video generation experience.
  • Video editing and motion graphics.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, EvoLink, FFmpeg, Remotion, CapCut, or comparable alternatives. You do NOT need experience with every tool listed — prioritize finished work and adaptability.
  • Ability to use ChatGPT and Claude independently to troubleshoot and finish assignments.
  • Strong visual judgment and quality control.

How we work

  • Simple task board: Assigned → In Progress → Ready for Review → Approved → Completed.
  • Each deliverable has an accessible link and objective acceptance criteria.
  • No long daily reports.
  • Success = finished MP4s, organized editable source files, and usable production assets delivered on schedule. No unfinished clips presented as completed videos.

Reliability — non-negotiable
Reliability is the job. Read this before you apply:

  • Internet speed test required: include a screenshot of your internet speed test (download, upload, ping) taken in the last 7 days. Reliable high-speed internet is required — proposed minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
  • Backup plan required: you must have a backup for power and internet outages (mobile data, alternate location, UPS/generator). Tell us what yours is.
  • Outages and lateness: repeated outages that stop your work, repeated lateness, or missed deadlines without advance notice will end the contract. Draft rule: 3 unexcused outages, late starts, or missed deadlines in a 30-day period = contract terminated.
  • No overtime unless reviewed: no overtime hours unless reviewed and approved in advance. Do not work extra hours and bill them without approval.
  • Part-time start is a trial: this role starts part-time as a paid trial. Perform reliably and deliver finished work on schedule, and the role becomes full-time.

To apply
Answer the screening questions on OnlineJobs.ph and include:
1. Portfolio links to finished videos you personally produced (not tutorials or other people's work).
2. Tools you actually use, and what you used on each portfolio piece.
3. Weekly availability (days/hours, timezone).
4. One example of a production problem you solved independently — what broke, what you tried, how it ended.
5. Your internet speed test screenshot (last 7 days) and your backup plan for power/internet outages.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a small paid skills test (same scope, deadline, and pay for all candidates): produce one finished 15–30-second mortgage reel from supplied materials, with captions, visual movement, clean editing, and correct formatting. Deliver MP4 + editable sources.

Additional screening questions:

  • What is your expected hourly rate within $3–$5/hr, and why?
  • How do you handle a task when the instructions are short and no SOP exists?
  • Have you ever been let go or had a contract ended for attendance, outages, or missed deadlines? Be honest — what changed since?
  • Share one finished vertical video (15–60 sec) with captions and movement. What was the turnaround time?
  • How do you keep the same character looking consistent across AI-generated scenes?
