About the Role

About the role
We need an execution specialist who takes approved marketing content and campaigns from ready-to-launch through publication, advertising, optimization, and measurable results — without constant supervision.

You launch what is approved, verify it actually works, and report what happened. Setting up a draft is not launching it.

Businesses and campaigns

  • Kindred Mortgage Group: mortgage leads, loan programs, listing campaigns, realtor partnerships, borrower acquisition.
  • Future Ready Agents, HouseMatch, Equity Tracker: registrations, beta users, agent adoption, paid conversions.
  • Events and webinars: registration funnels, reminders, attendance, follow-up.
  • Film and OTT: audience development, trailers, content distribution, subscriber acquisition.

Required capabilities

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Google Ads (Search, YouTube, conversion tracking).
  • TikTok Ads Manager and organic content publishing.
  • Social media scheduling and platform-specific content optimization.
  • GoHighLevel: landing pages, forms, CRM integrations, lead tracking.
  • Pixel, conversion events, UTMs, retargeting, basic campaign reporting.
  • Ability to use AI tools to create variations, troubleshoot integrations, and automate repetitive work.
  • ChatGPT advertising experience is a plus, not a requirement. Verify actual account eligibility, available advertising products, and permitted workflows before including them in any campaign.

How we work

  • Simple task board: Assigned → In Progress → Ready for Review → Approved → Completed.
  • Each deliverable has an accessible link and objective acceptance criteria.
  • No long daily reports.
  • No launching paid ads, authorizing spend, or publishing unapproved marketing claims without approval. No sharing passwords or unrestricted access to business accounts.
  • Mortgage advertising requires compliance review of financing claims, program eligibility, fair-housing requirements, disclosures, and platform policies.
  • Success = approved content actually published, approved campaigns actually launched, working links and lead forms, verified tracking, and traffic reaching the intended destination.

Reliability — non-negotiable
Reliability is the job. Read this before you apply:

  • Internet speed test required: include a screenshot of your internet speed test (download, upload, ping) taken in the last 7 days. Reliable high-speed internet is required — proposed minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
  • Backup plan required: you must have a backup for power and internet outages (mobile data, alternate location, UPS/generator). Tell us what yours is.
  • Outages and lateness: repeated outages that stop your work, repeated lateness, or missed deadlines without advance notice will end the contract. Draft rule: 3 unexcused outages, late starts, or missed deadlines in a 30-day period = contract terminated.
  • No overtime unless reviewed: no overtime hours unless reviewed and approved in advance. Do not work extra hours and bill them without approval.
  • Part-time start is a trial: this role starts part-time as a paid trial. Perform reliably and deliver finished work on schedule, and the role becomes full-time.

To apply
Answer the screening questions on OnlineJobs.ph and include:
1. Portfolio/case links: campaigns you personally launched and managed (platform, objective, what you did, what happened — screenshots or reports welcome).
2. Tools/platforms you actually use (Ads Managers, GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, tracking).
3. Weekly availability (days/hours, timezone).
4. One example of a launch or tracking problem you solved independently — what broke, what you tried, how you verified it worked.
5. Your internet speed test screenshot (last 7 days) and your backup plan for power/internet outages.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a small paid skills test (same scope, deadline, and pay for all candidates, in a safe draft environment — no ad spend, no live publishing): using a sample campaign brief, prepare an Instagram/Facebook campaign, working landing-page test, tracking plan, and publishing schedule, and demonstrate verifying links and conversion events.

Additional screening questions:

  • What is your expected hourly rate within $3–$5/hr, and why?
  • How do you handle a task when the instructions are short and no SOP exists?
  • Have you ever been let go or had a contract ended for attendance, outages, or missed deadlines? Be honest — what changed since?
  • Name one Meta or Google campaign you personally launched end-to-end. What was the objective, budget, and result?
  • How do you verify a pixel/conversion event and a lead form are actually working before a campaign goes live?
