Hiring: Shopify Customer Support VA — Swedish Market
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Support Virtual Assistant for our Shopify dropshipping store targeting Sweden.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Klarna, including dispute handling (mandatory)
Shopify customer support experience
Previous experience with the Swedish market
Familiarity with dropshipping, order tracking, and customer inquiries
Ability to communicate professionally with Swedish customers using provided templates
Good English communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Check and respond to customer email s daily using provided templates
Track orders and assist customers with delivery inquiries
Monitor Klarna disputes, track deadlines, and prepare supporting information
Escalate refunds, disputes, and complex issues for approval
Working Conditions:
Rate: $5/hour
Schedule: Approximately 1 hour per day initially
Remote, part-time position
Opportunity to increase working hours as the business grows
