3PL Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are a natural health and wellness brand operating across D2C and wholesale channels, looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our back-office sales operations. This is not a front-end sales or marketing role — it sits firmly in operations, focused on order management, 3PL coordination, and the day-to-day logistics that keep our fulfilment running smoothly.

We need someone who already understands how a 3PL business works. This isn’t something we can teach from scratch — you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and take ownership of operational processes from day one.

Work Structure & Requirements

🏠 Location: Remote / Virtual
📅 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
🌏 Time Zone: AEST / NZST
💵 Compensation: $8 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. 3PL & Fulfilment Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Manage order flow, line forms, and fulfilment processes across channels
Track and reconcile inventory movements between 3PLs and internal records
Identify and resolve fulfilment issues — flag problems early and own the resolution

2. Order & Sales Operations Support

Process and manage orders across D2C and wholesale channels
Liaise with customers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Support back-office sales operations — not front-end sales or marketing

3. Communication & Coordination

Act as a key point of contact between the business, 3PL partners, and customers
Communicate clearly and professionally across internal and external stakeholders
Proactively surface issues and follow through to resolution without needing to be chased

Required Skills & Experience

⚠️ 3PL Experience: Hands-on experience working with third-party logistics providers — understanding how a 3PL operates is essential and cannot be substituted
⚠️ Inventory & Order Coordination: Demonstrated experience managing order flow, inventory reconciliation, and fulfilment coordination
