Job Overview:
Are you an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) product researcher looking to level up your career into Wholesale sourcing?

We are a UK-based eCommerce agency hiring on behalf of our US and UK based clients who are expanding into Wholesale. We are looking for a sharp, dedicated Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant with a solid background in Online Arbitrage (US or UK marketplace).

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and evaluate large wholesale/distributor product catalogs to find high-margin, profitable items.
Deep-dive into product viability using Keepa (Buy Box share, price stability, historical sales velocity, review trends, and FBA competition).

Identify potential brands and distributors for wholesale accounts.

Calculate net margins, landed costs, prep fees and Amazon FBA fees accurately.

Check brand restrictions, IP claim risks, hazmat and ungating eligibility.

Maintain organized lead sheets and supplier logs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven OA Experience: At least 6+ months of actual, hands-on experience doing product research in Online Arbitrage (Amazon US or UK marketplace). (Must understand BSR, Buy Box logic, seller counts, and fees).

Keepa Mastery: Strong ability to read and interpret Keepa charts accurately (not just looking at current rank/price).

Tools Knowledge: Experience with tools like SellerAmp (SAS), RevSeller, IP Alert, or ScanUnlimited / wholesale scanner software (or willingness to learn).

Eager to Learn: Excited to learn and master the Wholesale business model through our guided training and SOPs.
Work Setup: Stable PC/laptop, reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup power/data), and active communication via Slack/WhatsApp/Email.

High attention to detail, honesty, and analytical thinking.

Base Salary: $500 USD/month (can go higher based on experience and proven track record).
