E-commerce Customer Service VA

We run several online stores (Shopify) and are looking for a reliable, full-time Customer Service VA to join our team long term.

What you will do:

Reply to customer email s and messages quickly and in a friendly, professional way
Check orders and tracking in Shopify and update customers on where their order is
Handle returns, refunds and exchanges, and keep a clear tracker of all returns
Talk to our suppliers about orders, stock, shipping delays and issues
Flag any problems or unhappy customers to the owner
Other small Shopify and admin tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

Very good written English
Past experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopify experience is a big plus)
Organized, detail-focused and good at following up
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Available 8 hours a day, full time

Details:

Pay: $2/hour, full time, 8 hours a day
Fully remote
Long-term role with room to grow and take on more as you prove yourself
