GoHighLevel Setup & Account Manager for US Contractor Clients (Long-Term)

ABOUT US

Hard Hat Office is a small, growing US agency that runs the online side of contractor and home service businesses (builders, remodelers, roofers, concrete, landscaping). We set up and manage their website, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, booking calendar, AI receptionist and automatic follow-ups, all in GoHighLevel. You'll work directly with me, the owner.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused person who's confident on the phone, to help new clients sign up, set up their accounts and keep them running smoothly. This is a long-term role with room to grow as we add clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead consultations:

• Run discovery calls with interested contractors (by phone or Google Meet): learn about their business, explain what we do, and walk them through our plans
• Answer questions about pricing and what's included, using our call script
• Send the agreement to contractors who are ready to sign, and follow up with those who aren't
• Log every call and its outcome in GoHighLevel

Client onboarding:

• Welcome new clients and run their onboarding call
• Make sure their onboarding form, photos and logo are in
• Walk them through the steps only they can do (ID checks, Stripe verification, Google verification), without ever asking for their passwords or private details
• Run the handover call: show them how to use their account, send quotes and manage jobs from their phone

New client setup:

• Set up client GoHighLevel sub-accounts from our snapshot: business profile, branding, calendars, forms, pipelines and workflows
• Put client websites live in GHL (pasting in ready-made HTML pages) and connect their domains, including DNS records (cPanel, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
• Set up email sending domains and branded link domains in GHL
• Connect Stripe to GHL, and set up branded estimate and invoice templates
• Set up Google Business Profiles, Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts, and connect them to GHL
• Prepare and submit A2P 10DLC texting registrations
• Set up Google Workspace business email for clients who want it

Ongoing management:

• Check client accounts daily: conversations, bookings and workflow errors
• Make small updates (website text and photos, calendar hours, workflow email s)
• Track each client's monthly texting and AI usage
• Keep a simple setup checklist and status for every client

WHAT YOU NEED

• 1+ year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (sub-accounts, workflows, calendars, forms, websites/funnels, snapshots)
• Confident, clear spoken and written English. You'll be on calls with US business owners.
• Comfortable on sales or client calls: friendly, patient, and good at explaining things simply to non-technical people
• Experience connecting domains and editing DNS records
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile
• Organised: you finish what you start and report back without being chased
• Reliable internet, a good headset and a quiet place to take calls
• Able to overlap at least 3–4 hours with US Pacific time

NICE TO HAVE

• Sales, appointment-setting or customer success experience with US clients
• A2P 10DLC registration experience
• GHL Conversation AI / Voice AI agents
• Stripe, Zapier, or using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work faster
• Experience with US home service or trades businesses

DETAILS

• Pay: $5–10 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: part-time to start, growing to full-time as we add clients
• Long-term, with a raise after a 3-6 months for strong performance
• Work from home, on your own schedule within the overlap hours
