The ING Experience is a culture-driven media and technology brand based in Inglewood, CA. We are preparing for a national app launch, community events, and multiple merch drops connected to our brand pillars: Access, Culture, Community.

We are expanding our merchandise division and need someone who can help us source affordable products, coordinate with vendors, assist with design workflows, and manage production from start to finish.

If you’re resourceful, organized, and great at finding high-quality items at low cost, this role is for you.
We are looking for a Merchandise Sourcing & Production Assistant who can support all aspects of our merch operations, including:

Finding affordable merch suppliers (local, international, print-on-demand, bulk vendors)

Comparing pricing, quality, shipping, and minimum order quantities

Requesting samples and coordinating delivery

Assisting with merch design mockups (Canva or Photoshop)

Managing production timelines and vendor communication

Tracking orders, inventory, and fulfillment

Supporting merch for:

ING Experience app pre-launch

PGN (Pretty Girl Nation)

Streetwear capsules

Event merchandise

Brand identity products

This role blends procurement, coordination, and creative support.
