Job Description

We are a US-based life insurance agency looking for reliable, motivated Virtual Assistants to help connect potential customers with our licensed insurance agents.

We use ReadyMode, an automated dialing system, that automatically connects you with live prospects. You will not need to manually dial numbers or find your own leads.

Your job is simple: speak with prospects, follow our script, ask basic qualifying questions, and transfer interested prospects to our licensed agents or schedule appointments.

We provide the leads, dialer, scripts, and training.

Responsibilities

• Handle live calls automatically connected through ReadyMode.
• Follow provided scripts and ask basic qualifying questions.
• Identify interested prospects and transfer them to licensed agents.
• Schedule appointments or callbacks when necessary.
• Handle basic objections professionally.
• Update call dispositions and customer notes.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with US customers, primarily seniors.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Previous call center, appointment-setting, or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to follow scripts and handle rejection.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, and quality headset.
• Available to work during US business hours.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $3–$4 USD/hour, depending on experience.
