About the Role

Social Media Growth Director, Fitness & Performance

We are a fast-growing mindset, fitness, health, and performance coaching company for ambitious men.

We are looking for a proven Social Media Growth Director to take ownership of our entire social media operation.

This is not an entry-level social media manager role.

You must have several years of real experience and a proven record of success specifically in the:

  • Fitness industry
  • Health and wellness industry
  • Performance coaching industry
  • Personal development or life coaching industry

Fitness experience is required. Life-coaching experience is a plus, but fitness and performance marketing come first.

You must be able to show real proof of your previous work, including:

  • Social media accounts you helped grow
  • Fitness or health brands you worked with
  • Audience growth results
  • Lead-generation results
  • Qualified conversations or booked-call results
  • Content examples
  • Case studies
  • References or verifiable employers

The Opportunity

We already have:

  • Stefan’s personal brand and authority
  • A large library of fitness, mindset, and performance content
  • An AI editor capable of producing thousands of high-quality content assets
  • Multiple Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and other social-media accounts
  • A chatbot system being deployed across additional accounts
  • A high-ticket coaching offer
  • A sales team and fulfillment infrastructure

Your job is to turn this content and technology into a serious social-media growth and acquisition machine.

You will be expected to operate as if this were your own company.

This requires judgment, urgency, ownership, and measurable results. We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts.

Responsibilities

You will own:

  • Social-media strategy
  • Content distribution across multiple accounts
  • Publishing calendars
  • Platform growth
  • Content quality control
  • Feedback to the AI editor
  • Identifying winning hooks, formats, and topics
  • Comments and community engagement
  • Social-media inbox coordination
  • Chatbot and setter handoff
  • Organic lead generation
  • Qualified conversation growth
  • Booked-call contribution
  • Weekly reporting and performance analysis
  • Account health and platform compliance
  • Continuous improvement of the social-media system

You must be able to look at content and explain clearly:

  • Why it will or will not perform
  • What should be improved
  • Which audience it targets
  • What CTA it should use
  • Where it should be distributed
  • How it can contribute to qualified leads and booked calls

Compensation

Paid probationary performance period:

  • Month 1: €700
  • Month 2: €800
  • Month 3: €900

After successful probation:

  • €1,200/month base salary

After Month 6, there is potential to increase the base salary to €1,500–€2,000/month based on proven performance.

Additional upside may include:

  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Incentives tied to qualified booked calls and organic revenue
  • Long-term phantom-equity eligibility after proven performance and continued commitment
  • The possibility to earn €3,000–€4,000+ per month over time through base pay, bonuses, and incentives if the company grows and your results justify it

Bonuses are based on measurable performance, not vanity metrics such as followers or likes.

Performance Scorecard

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Publishing reliability
  • Content quality
  • Platform health
  • Audience quality
  • Qualified conversations
  • Booked calls
  • Organic revenue contribution
  • AI-editor feedback quality
  • Chatbot and setter coordination
  • Ability to build repeatable systems

Who This Is For

You are:

  • Highly experienced
  • Obsessed with social media
  • Extremely organized
  • Fast and proactive
  • Comfortable owning outcomes
  • Strong at written communication
  • Experienced in fitness marketing
  • Able to work independently
  • Interested in building one company long term
  • Motivated by significant upside tied to company growth

You are not someone who waits for instructions for every task.

You see problems, solve them, and report what happened.

Application Requirements

Please send:

1. Your CV or work history
2. Three relevant fitness, health, or performance case studies
3. The exact accounts or companies you worked with
4. Your specific responsibilities
5. Starting audience and ending audience
6. Lead, booked-call, or revenue results where available
7. Links to content you personally managed
8. At least two professional references
9. Your expected compensation after probation
10. A short explanation of why you want to build one company long term
11. A short audit of our social media and the first three things you would improve

Applications without verifiable fitness-industry experience will not be considered.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build, own, and grow the social-media division of a serious fitness and performance company.
