Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator

We are Vareoo, a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable and motivated Social Media Manager to help us grow our organic presence on TikTok and Instagram. Our main goal is to build and grow our organic presence on TikTok and Instagram.
We're looking for someone who can independently manage multiple social media accounts, follow instructions carefully, and consistently publish content.

Phase 1 – Social Media Management
Your main responsibilities:

• Create and manage different TikTok and Instagram accounts.
• Regularly publish content according to our schedule.
• Write captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
• Keep all accounts active and organized.
• Monitor performance, engagement, and follower growth.
• Research trends and content ideas.

We provide weekly videos, content materials, and clear instructions. Your main job is to manage the accounts and publish content consistently.

Phase 2 – Content Sourcing & Influencer Outreach

After successful onboarding, your responsibilities may expand to:

• Finding suitable influencers and UGC creators.
• Contacting creators via Instagram, TikTok, and email .
• Managing outreach and follow-ups.
• Researching content ideas and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinating creator collaborations.

Requirements

• Experience with TikTok and Instagram.
• Good English communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of organic social media growth.
